I think this park is Fabulous. People are friendly and park is well maintained.

Alligator Park is a very well run organization. People in park are super friendly and sites are well maintained. Love it here!

Alligator park is an outstanding Park. Its close to all the things to do in Punta Gorda and Charlotte County. Its not the fanciest Park but it is so well maintained. The shower / restroom facility was immaculate. The office staff was very helpful and courteous Beyond expectation. We had a great experience there. We hated to leave.

Friendly atmosphere

Last 6 yrs visiting. This park is the very best of over 55 living. They have special events all the time. The dedication of park residents is what makes this park exceptional. It is a place u can feel safe. The caring residents want the park to continue its legacy. A place for the next generation to enjoy. Everyone is friendly and inviting. Great pool area n updated clubhouse . Its just the right size to enjoy morning and nightly walks. I love Alligator Park and it is close to the town of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Its just a great place overall. Oh, yes Walmart is just down the street!!

Older, well maintained, affordable, ($1100 monthly- good for this area) quiet, seniors 55 park, located a short distance to town, we rode our bikes! (7 miles one way) Many amenities including fully stocked pond with bass fish (no license needed), credit card operated laundry machines, heated pool and planned calendar events. Concrete, level sites with patio and grass. Sites are mixed with park model homes sitting side by side, you must keep shades down for privacy. Wi-Fi and cable available for purchase, but our air antenna picked up several local channels, so no need. Very friendly, helpful, happy people! Wed come back.

Cant believe the EPA allows this HOA to have their own septic recovery and disperse system. Looks and smells like something from a Mad Max movie. Buyer-Renter beware.

I have lived here since 2003. This park has spacious streets and the residents are very friendly. It has a very nice pool and clubhouse. Lots of activities in the winter months for you to do. We live on a RV Lot and enjoy the best of southwest Florida without it costing a fortune. I have it made in the shade!!

This Park is wonderful. Great Residents. Great Staff. And the comment regarding the lack of a pump out. The park is 100% full hookup. I have been a share holder for three years.

Fond memories of my life have been spent here. My great grandma had a trailer here then my grandma now my mother. Thanks for keeping my memories safe

Nice quaint RV Park, with Park models. People are nice in the park, staff is excellent, facilities are kept up. Definitely would recommend this place to stay, they also take Passport America, But only up to January February March. Full price if you are staying during those months.

Uncooperative. Arrived to be with our rally friends and ended up being four rows away from everyone.

Friendly neighbors! Maintenance needs improvement ie grass cutting weed whacking. Safe neighborhood to live in.

This is a 55+ park. Ok but refuse to accommodate an Irma evacuee returning, not 55+ while their park has no water or sewer is bad. Park has to maintain a certain % of residents over 55 but not 100%. Karma will get you
