This place is awesome!! I am Fully confident in the security of my R.V. At AAA lakeside storage! These guys have huge indoor storage units for the biggest of RV’S, and they also have outdoor spots to! I Highly recommend the museum as well! Thank you lakeside!!

Safe and convenient

This is the 4th time in the last 10 years I have stored items here. The new staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. I had not stored anything at this property in the last 5 years and it seems like things have definitely changed. I was given incorrect information by MULTIPLE employees. The General Manager was rude and apologetic when I made her aware of the issues. My family and I will never store at this property again!——————————————————————The first time I went in to get information one of the employees had his shoes off and was cleaning his toenails I should have turned around and left right away! The other employee who was behind the desk didn’t know how to look up empty storage units so I could visually see different sizes. They took me out to their own personal storage unit which was one of the storage units furthest away from the office. They usually drive you in a golf cart, but they said they forgot to charge one and the other was out of service. It was 100 Fahrenheit that day, which normally wouldn’t bother me, but walking in hot gravel in a MASK made it extremely uncomfortable.I told them I would only need the unit for about a month and a half and they verbally told me all of the time would be prorated. ( I found out this is NOT accurate) They only prorate partial months when you move IN. Even if you move out on the 5th of the month they charge you for the FULL MONTH!!

Moving and relocating is difficult all on its own. The service you receive at lakeside is honestly the best Ive had in the state of Utah. Great security and management thank you lakeside for the ability to care for our property as if it were your own. I hope if you are looking for storage . Just head down or call you will be taken care of .

First of all, beware that this place offers discounts for good reviews. We were actually having a good experience here until we came into contact with Darrin. However, we later learned that the previous employee we had dealt with multiple times was kind, but misinformed, which ended up costing us a lot of money. You would think a business would recognize when an employee has made a mistake, but not this one. I cant even think of the last time Ive raised my voice with someone in customer service. However, Darrin was so rude and condescending, literally interrupting every sentence I started and talking over me, that I lost my cool with him (which I even later apologized for because no matter how terrible and dishonest a person is, Id still rather not handle things that way). Terrible, terrible customer service. Moreover, in our first conversation, he told me he was NEW (the exact word he used!) . He told me that he didnt know how it worked, and would need to call and ask the owner. When I later asked to speak to someone else who could help me, he claimed he was the manager and there was nobody else and he knew how it worked. In a third phone call, I asked how long he had worked there (I was curious about someone being brand new who was a manager and unsure of policies), and he told me he had worked there for about a year. I couldnt make this crazy nonsense up if I tried! Basically, this company has some directly conflicting policies. On top of all of the other conflicting information I was given by different employees, I was told I would lose my deposit if I moved out with less than 2 weeks notice, even though I was already paid up for the next four weeks. Mental gymnastics at its finest. My advice...save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Huge storage sheds for reasonable price.

I don’t currently have a unit here anymore but I rented from them for almost 2 and a half years and never had a problem with them or the units. I even switched units a few times and the where happy to help me find the size I needed. The office staff knew me and where always in a good mood. I highly recommend getting a unit here.

I havent used it for storage purposes, but the signs and old cars are awesome to walk around and checkout. The owner has an impressive collection. We noticed them moving some more stuff to a lot across the street.

Our family has been in the process of moving from Missouri back to the Provo area for two years. We moved our travel trailer first, filled with boxes, which we were able to remove and store in a small unit to enable us to use our trailer while visiting our children who live there. We rented a space for the trailer until we would be coming back another time. We made several trips to visit thereafter, pulling a utility trailer each time. We were able to rent a larger unit to accommodate household goods from a 2700± square foot house, as well as an apartment for our son. We completed our move in July and moved into a two bedroom apartment while taking our time to look for a home to buy in the area. We have been able to come and go from the storage facility at our convenience while tweaking what we need out for the season change for warm clothes, blankets, etc. Each time we take a friend with us to help, they remark about the unique displays of collections of hard-to-find old signs and other objects on the property. This makes the drudgery of the work we are doing at the time a bit more pleasant. The office staff is helpful and I am always able to reach them, either by phone or email, as needed. The payment setup is convenient also. We use the auto-pay system from our bank account. We dont have to think about it. We have been well-pleased with our association with Lakeside Storage.

Great storage space. Weve used them for a few months now and havent had any problems. They have like three different groups of people keeping an eye on it with adequate security. Plus, you have to check out their gas station memorabilia which covers their location as well as some classic cars on display.

The coolest storage facility by far. The grounds are always kept up and tidy and the 6 helpful and friendly on-site managers allow you to have complete confidence that your belongings will be safe. I think the location is excellent but I’d go out of my way if I had to just to store my stuff at Lakeside storage!!

The staff was great getting me set up with a storage for our boat. This place just feels cool driving into. The antique signs and all make it fun. Our boat has found a place to stay for a long time!

I have been renting from Lakeside Storage for about 6 months and they are AMAZING!!! The office staff is always very kind and willing to help with anything that you need. I have never had any problems. The property and all the memorabilia is so cool! I knew even before we started moving that I wanted to use AAA Lakeside. The lanes that separate the rows of units are super wide making congestion a non-issue. There are various sizes of units available. The staff ended up being super nice too.

It is a straightforward storage facility and good service. The prices seemed better for the size after searching a lot of storage places. It is pretty far west but good staff. It gets windy so it blows sometimes dust into storage units. But I used my moving blankets in the lip where the door meets the ground and it was an easy fix. Easy to pay online or in person and they do good deals every so often.

Awesome place! I love how clean they keep it. It’s fun to bring my kids with me because it’s like a museum of old gas station signs and pumps and fun things to look at when driving thru. *Update* When we returned to Utah all of our stuff was covered in mice droppings, they had even chewed through pillows and bedding. We had to meticulously clean everything and we even brought a tiny mouse home. That was the only (and big) drawback.My wife and I needed a place to store our belongings between moves and Lakeside Storage was so helpful. It has been great storing all my home stuff here. Weve stored basically all of our house things in a large unit for almost a year now. There early/late hours have been very appreciated with moving schedules that are always all over the place.Also, the staff is great too, which is always a bonus.

Awesome space and great drive around it

What a great collection of gasoline memorabilia! It was a short road trip filled with memories. Our kids loved it too, there was so much to see! The office staff was very kind and accommodating, and the lot was extremely clean and tidy. Well worth the short drive, everyone should check it out!

Ive been storing my boat at AAA Lakeside since 2013. I’ve been so happy with my experience, I have upgraded twice into bigger, nicer units. I love my pull-through unit for storing my boat!The staff is quick to address concerns, and Paris is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I appreciate the security measures they take as well, in addition to how clean the facility is kept.Great prices, and a really cool setup with all the antique signs, gas pumps, and cars. Definitely the coolest storage facility Ive ever been to. I’ve used two other storage facilities in the past, and neither was anywhere near as impressive all around.

10/10 would recommend. Some would even say AAA Lakeside is dope, lit, or even fire. The west fence line is always clear of weeds and that makes my little heart so happy...not to mention how the look on the Big Boys face when I drive in to the park makes all my troubles melt away.

Have used them for the last four (almost 5) years to store things both in between moves and while I have been working overseas. They have always been secure and helpful in meeting my needs even when I have been overseas and in limited contact with them. Its never too crowded and the facilities are excellent!

To drive in, you have to have a code, but there is a walk-through gate that is open. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. Its an impressive collection! Thanks for sharing!

I love that the facility is out in a secluded place where a thousand people arent passing it every day. The service was fast, respectful, and fantastic. It seems to be a very clean facility, and a great price for the services offered.

My son and I came to tour the Petrolania Museum, and were not disappointed! There is a good variety of old gas pumps, tanks, signs, and more. It was interesting to see how some of the company logos have changed over time. My son was interested in the fact that gas prices used to be under 50 cents!While we didnt use the storage facility, I must say that I have never seen a storage facility with wider aisles. They would be perfect for maneuvering large vehicles, or for trucks that are towing something.
