Really nice museum-like exhibit that deals with the history and formation of BYU. They offer free tours whenever you want. Just walk in and talk to the kids working at the desk and theyll give you a tour.

I did not know this permanent exhibit at the BYU Humanities building existed until this week! It has been there since 2006 after this building, the JFSB was built specificially to house it! There is a spiral staircase leading up to the exhibit, crowned with an oculus, both symbolic for Latter-day Saints and having ties to the temple. The Education in Zion exhibit is a must-see for anyone with an interest in education, whether parents, teachers, or lifelong learners. The processing room at the end of the tour was really special, too, and gave me a chance to ask myself some questions about how the Holy Spirit participates in my own learning endeavors. I was blessed and uplifted by the knowledgeable docents there, as well.

Its a really interesting mini-museum/massive diorama. Itll take 25 to 30 minutes to get through if you stop and read through everything. If youre interested in the history of education amongst the early Latter day saints, then this is the place for you!

Every Friday they have music at noon in the gallery. Ive been a visiting pianist for this open event multiple times. Their piano is extremely well cared for and I was pleased as a musician. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Its a good place to sit on the nice leather chairs and study while soft music is being played.

Nice atmosphere, very restful and quiet. The natural lighting is awesome. The spiral staircase is also impressive. The display is nice to glance at once or twice if theres nothing else to do, but not extremely engaging. I like the free postcards.

A little different kind of museum, but it is interesting. More adult themed with lots of historical information.

Education in Zion used to be balanced on the fulcrum of changing agricultural advancements and preventing diphtheria, these days we study from the best books and treasure up words of wisdom such that one day all will be able to go forth to serve in the campus of the world.

Its a nice place, very quiet. Its really good for studying. The exhibits are all about Mormon education, so it can be boring if youre not interested in that.

Its a really good exhibit actually. Not something to come all the way to campus to see, but if youre on campus its a nice place to stop

Great exhibit that is changed out every now and then. Great place to visit for YSA Home Evening activities. I would highly recommend that everyone who attends BYU visit the exhibit at least once before they graduate.

This is a museum with exhibits describing the history of education at BYU and in the early days of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The gallery has a huge window facing eastward that spans two stories of the building, offering a great view of campus. If you want to take a tour of BYU campus, this should definitely be a main destination on your list.
