Weve been living here since November 2019. New owners recently, promise to clean it up, trim dead tree branches that caused a lot of damage last winter. Manager is nice, helpful. Love our neighbors.

Terrible place to live, don’t even bother. They allow certain tenants to have upwards of 3 animals but evict others for having 2. They allow certain tenants to have plants but evict others for “using their water” to water their plants. They’re unprofessional and cruel—just evicted 15+ people at one time with a 10 day notice..in the middle of a pandemic! They harass their tenants and have no respect for anyone. Turn the other way if you’d like to live somewhere that isn’t relatable to a concentration camp :)

Its a lot better than it used to be

Looks like TWEAKER PARK ! Took a tour nothing but old run down RVs spaces are not kept up or clean by renters piles of trash, junk located thru the so called park looks like California homeless encampment.save your time and look else where.

The manager has done wonders with this place

New management cleaning up the park. Old park, fictional and affordable.

The park is under new management and has not been well kept since. Still a decent park with friendly people. A safe place for kids and animals play.

Not bad aside from the loud drunks EVERYDAY walking around the park begging for smokes or arguing, and the Bar in the park playing loud music all night. If youre a drunk its great lol

Perfect name for this place and not for the big Shade Trees either!! I went SEVERAL TIMES to check into renting a space for my R.V. but no one was ever in the office, and ... I called them over 15 times and left messages each time But... NEVER Received a call back!!! Not very professional!

The picture posted speaks volumes. Dont even bother going here because this place is a joke. Its so run down with drug dealers in the houses behind this dive and a bar right there with the park. We drove up from Phoenix to check this and another place out.I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW DISGUSTING THIS PLACE IS.Some people reviews saying how nice this place is, either own it or friends of the owner.

Fair price, Good management, putting a lot of work into the place. Cons, people walking through back area that dont stay in the park. Could use a nice perimeter fence for sence of security. More of a long term park.

This place is full of drug users and grumpy old people.. Honestly its just bringing down the property values for the area. Could be put to better use

I called to inquire about their park and the owners wife i was talking to in the middle of our conversation says there is somebody at the desk that she was helping before me. i said thas fine and appologised for possibly taking too long on the phone which was only a 2 min and 37 sec call and she then just hangs up on me. I have never lived in an rv park before and needed to get some information. but these people are extremely rude and just dont care about anybody but them selves. self centered rude people.
