Very clean area, I do utility locating and have been to many mobile home parks. There are a lot of speed bumps but why speed into a dead end? I saw a sign or two for availability for rent. I would reccomend this park for design, cleanliness and location.

The managers are awesome. Handling all the demands and challenges of tenants in a prompt efficient manner.

I agree listen to clean quiet place affordable place to live and thats what we all have to think about everything has its pros and cons but as we get older we need to live cheaper so having it clean and neat and a livable life is a good thing theres always going to be a negative side to something but overall R rated very good

Dont let the reviews fool you. The rent is cheap alright, but there are a lot of unhappy people with the management. I have a tree that is the main reason I came here. They want $400 a year to trim the tree after raising the rent $25 a month. Now the story is the tree is dead and they have to cut it down. Nothing but lies. Cut down a tree because of a contract with a local tree trimmer.

Lived here over 10 years. Clean, quiet, peaceful place. Feel safe every night.

Absolutely horrendous I hate going here, they have a speed bump every eleven feet, someone should take them to court for suspension damage
