Great little trailer park that also has several Rv spots. The Rate was way below anything else in the area. Laundry was small but clean and they have a nice system to make sure you can use it without other people swapping washers and dryers. It is really close to town and also the National Forest.

It was really clean, the tenants were friendly and happy, and my friends staying there seem pleased with there living conditions so I give it a 5 star review.

Dont count on getting your deposit back!
