I love living here best senior manufactured home park in all of Prescott. Beautiful surroundings, kept extremely well, lots of nature and very safe. Management is top-notch and always very helpful with many situations.

A gorgeous park! Obey the rules and you will have and amazing experience. The land is beautiful and has an old west feeling. There’s wildlife everywhere meaning it’s like a natural animal sanctuary. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I put a offer on a mobile there and owner excepted. Then owners of the park were Very Rude and not in this century. But when it came to getting park approval ..it was a nightmare..the owner was wanting 2yrs of IRS returns..all copies of your bank statements every page for 2yrs..plus Your original SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS..and all copies of your credit card statements every page 2yrs worth..insane..have to buy a print ing press..owner didnt do emails or fax..or take credit card..plus she did a Background check and ran your credit..so I was waiting for copies of our Social Security cards..but she would not agree to even let us fill out applications..ea. $50.00..so we didnt get park approval..I think we just missed a bullet..I wouldnt ever buy there without all your ducks in a row.and have a stuff animal..no real animal would never be allowed to be able to bark at all. We have owned many mobiles in M.parks and never have been so shocked and disappointed.also werent allowed in the office.

I had to give it a star just to review that all the negativity is truth. Yes pretty and quiet but they are skating on thin ice of discrimination and unethical practices not letting sellers sell without all the papers they ask buyers for. They make copies of your I.d. then after declined acceptance they said mine was invalid. Maybe at the time she might have explained what made it invalid..they run credit check then say it wasnt detailed enough. But they have 24 month of requested statements to look through to see if paid on time. And high credit score, if i didnt pay on time it would reflect it. So they legally ask for items knowing if you missed one or didnt put it all in chronological order as they requested its a reason to say you didnt supply them with requested information. Many other bad excuses for not allowing me or others I read on here to be in there park. As others have stated run dont walk away from them.

I was ready to make an offer on a mobile there. I was informed that even though I am 61 my 52 year old husband couldn’t live there. I guess some do some don’t. I was pretty heartbroken. I think it’s ridiculous to have that rule. He’s a mature man not a kid.

They double booked our site and said we had to move. We said No thanks. Got our money for the remaining nights and left. The lady that runs it is not particularly friendly or pleasant. She has lots of unnecessary rules. The park has an unhappy feel about it. One young gentleman was very nice. He is the one that should be running the place.

Terrible experience, all the negative reviews are justified, but we were desperate and hoped it would work out...nope. We paid cash (thats all they take, no reservations, first come basis) for a week stay with assurance we could have week-to-week renewal. Went to renew our spot shortly after arrival. The owners gave our spot to a monthly renter and we had to vacate 4 days early. The owners dont care about you or repeat business. I will never go back there. Not big rig friendly (low branches, narrow roads, old pads crumbling, sewer connections that flow up hill, no showers, toilets, or washer/dryers). Would not recommend this place.

I was there for 3 months, owner knew I knew I wanted to live there on permanent basis.I had asked permission to put in small storage shed, owner o.k.ed . Also said I could have a 75 gallon propane put on site. When I went in to pay my monthly rent, I was informed that I could not remain there.Im a widow, I keep to myself, I asked what was the reason I had to leave and she would not tell me.Rude owners, I wouldnt recommend staying there.I lived at Prescott Pines Mobile Home resort for 5 years, no problems.Ive never been treated this way, never told of any complaint.Husband walks around, it felt like I was being watched.Unsettling feeling. But the park was in the center of town, that is why I chose that locationDont stay there.

Not a good place for short-term RVers. No bathrooms(!) and no wi-fi. Most of the occupants are full-timers, and thats clearly what keeps the park going. So when our plans changed and we had to leave a day early (giving them a full days notice), they refused to refund the final day - its one thing to enforce that policy when your primary business is short-timers, but when theyre obviously only occasional customers and what they pay is found money, the courtesy of a modest refund isnt too much to ask for.

Scenic little park tucked away with lots of trees. Our space was quite funky. The 30 amp electrical box did not work properly and caused us to have our battery alert go off at 3 am. Made for a grumpy husband who initially thought we had a propane issue. We lived through a night of alarm beeps and open windows until the morning sun gave us enough light to investigate the real issue. Limited cable TV optuins. No credit cards accepted. Good place to park during dry, hot weather but was damp and cold during our November stay.

Almost rented a space their rules say no dogs. They were going to allow me to rent a space however if my dogs barked it could have presented an issue. Dont reccomend. Also they only take cash.

Location is what they have going for it. Residents seem friendly enough and the place is well kept and quiet. However, when it comes to friendly owners, forget it. I was a tenant, paid on time aand spent more time working then there. When I purchased a new coach to live in all hell broke loose. The landlord gave me approval, then the landlords daughter left an envelope in the snow stating that by Arizona Law they cannot accommodate a trailer longer than 40 (new trailer is 41). After I called and told her she has several trailers over 40 in there already AND faxed her the ARS statutes for legal clarification, she refused to call or give an explanation as to why she was not willing to accommodate. The rental agreement states NOTHING about size restrictions. Good thing is that I now have legal recourse against them via the AZRVLTRAA.If you attempt to stay here, good luck. Mentally unstable owners who will change their minds with the breeze. Karma will come back to Pine Lawn Ranch. I dont want to be there when it does.

No families allowed!! Even though it says (on the website)that the 55+ age restriction doesnt apply for a short stay, we were rudely informed that that means if you are broken down and only for one night. All that while a school age child is playing in her yard...
