Excellent little parked tucked away in the palisades (poway) although last time I was there the play ground was taped up due to covid.Pros: safe for families, bathrooms are clean

The playground equipment is a bit older and worn but its got a large field and is quiet and peaceful. I like to bring the kids here and walk around.

Nice shadey area with tables for lunch. Bathrooms are clean as far as parks go.

I use to walk just up the street w/ my Grandchildren Jasmine, Lil Anthony & Talan, and their darling little doggie Misty to this park whenever I would come dwn to Poway from San Francisco while on vacation for 2~3 weeks @ a time & had the best time ever!!the boys would bring their basketballs,,,We would ride bikes all arnd this huge safe park!!! Theres little gray Jack rabbits& squirrels everywhere!! A very safe neighborhood I must say My Son & I took photos of his car there at the park just yesterday to enter in the 2021 Calendar next year

Great park with lots of shade and good access to bathroom facilities. Playground for big and small is very safe.

What a nice place. Everything for kids playground plus a nice quick trail to have kids walk around. Clean restrooms, water, nice parking and best if all its free.Highly recommend for parents and grandparents alike.

Fun to see at least once. Take the time to get there early, park, and stroll along the streets.Theres music, people making food and beverages in their driveways, etc.It can get extremely crowded,and when it does, its not too enjoyable.Good parking spaces are at a minimum, so prepare to walk a distance.

Great park, partially shaded so can be nice in hot days. Had a hiking trail that starts right at the park. And many sticks and leaves to play with

This neighborhood does an awesome Christmas display each year. The children truly enjoy walking through and looking at all the wonderful lights and different ideas that the homeowners have created for that year in following a theme.

A very nice open park. Its easily accessible from different surrounding neighborhoods. Something is usually going on here. It seems sort of weird to see people sharing their personal photos on this site for a public park.

Excellent Park.

This park is older and is mostly open space with two playgrounds. That being said, my daughter is still a young toddler so for me this park is great because theres open space for her to run and I can see her without having to be on top of her. There is a shaded area, but none of the play areas are shaded. Because its woodchips and grass it easily gets muddy when it rains. For me personally my ratings kindof work like this:5 - exceptional amenities4 - clean, safe and usable3 - safe and usable, not very clean2 - usable, but needs repair and cleaning so I wouldnt recommend it.1 - I would advise against going because its grossly unclean or unsafe.

Nice little hidden park in a nice nieghborhood. Has a walking trail, bathrooms, playground and benches to sit and eat at. It also has a volleyball area and a decent size field to play tag or kickball in.

Small community. Very good Christmas lights. Too much traffic. Kids will enjoy.

I only came here to run into the restroom really quick but it was hard not to notice how beautiful this park is. Im looking forward to coming back when i have some more time. Seems like a great place to go if you are looking for a park with very few people.

Nice park with something for everyone, including wide open grassy areas, a playground with up-to-date equipment, and ample parking. In the past, weve used this as a meet-up point before going to visit nearby Candy Cane Lane.

Best light display around!

Love playing basketball there with some of the guys! And also has a nice little playground for the kids nearby so even while youre on the court you can watch and see them closely or from the picnic table area which is also in view of the court and kids play area . Just an all around nice park to enjoy for everyone!

Great place hidden in the local neighborhood. Fun safe family place with a nicely sized playground and basketball, baseball field.

For a park in Poway, it has problems with the equipment. The swings come out of the post when there is a decent amount of momentum.

Good softball fields and great playground for kids

I love taking my 1- and 4-year-old here. There are 2 playgrounds right next to each other for the different age groups. Its not huge, but thats what makes it nice for a young mom like me. The bathroom is 30 seconds away, parking lot is close, and most importantly, theres are always people around so you feel safe. Theres a HUGE field for playing or running around and a basketball court as well. Water fountain near bathrooms, benches and some shaded areas make it a nice park. Just be warned at high noon you will feel like passing out after chasing your kids around for any more than 10 mins!

We used to go here all the time. Lately, every time I go the park is filthy. There is open candy, wrappers, plates, you name it, just filth everywhere. The playground equipment is also broke. The only redeeming thing about this park is the very open field in the back.
