It is a good place for having rest with your children or friends. There is a playground for kids. Barbecue zone. Big parking. Clean restrooms.You may also improve your baseball skills here - there is proper place.

This a beautiful place to visit. The tree coverage in the area makes it feel secluded. Theres pathways that lead through the park. We primarily visit because of the fields. Its also a beautiful place for photos. Theres a big gazebo, old train station, and lots of places to stop for a bite to eat from the cute shops across the street.

This is in Poway. While visiting my sister we walked around the corner and this park was amazing. It was clean. It was warm with beauty and it had an Orchestra playing the sound track from THE SOUND OF MUSIC. It was so family oriented and the air was so refreshing. It has so much to offer if you take the family out for a picnic. Or a romantic walk around the park. It reminded me of the movie, Steele Magnolias. A five star place to visit.

Great park. Lots of room for kids and picnic areas for fun. Baseball field and kids area on one side. Walk across the street for train and fountain area. Nice walk, relaxing place. Public restroom available on weekends. Farmers market right by train station every Saturday morning. Families bring their kids and pets for fun.

Nice park but theres no shade on the equipment so it gets hot for little kids. Also no public restrooms during the week.

Great park. Its mainly the baseball/softball fields with a nice small playground. The bathrooms are pretty dirty though.

I love this playground is located near old Poway park you can see the Poway train on weekends.

We had my granddaughters birthday party there today! It was a beautiful day but alot of mud but the picnic tables that needs to be taken care of we havent had any rain doubt know where it came from. I but, hey Ive lived in Poway dice I was 13 I am now 61 I love Poway! Raised 10 kids mostley heart in Poway and grandkids to its a beautiful place to raise kids.

This park was really nice and quiet today. I went with my Kameron, Kristopher and Kaylee. Im sorry to say that Cori was at work and wasnt able to come.The park was clean with large trees in all around the park. It has swings and and slides and a Jungle gym.I also saw several BBQ grills, picnic tables. Nice place to spend time with loved ones and not have a lot of noise going on at the same time.

I really like this playground and softball park. Only downside is theplayground is so far from the softball fields that you dont feel safe letting your children go play while youre watching softball.

Nice quiet park. Not very large but offers plenty of shade from mature trees.

My dog was chased by a coyote...until my dog had run to me for back up...Pleasant atmosphere. Family oriented. Could get very crowded for ballgames. Not usually crowded during weekday hours.Not much shade or protections from natural weather occurences.I like the mini library. Lovely location.

Highly recommend family picnic place. Playground is great. The most important thing is A/C in bathrooms!!But no more charcoal place for bbq. Left one bbq grill in this park. If you need grill, you should go to Old Poway Park.

I live right behind this park. It has softball fields and a lot of grass and picnic benches and grill pits for barbeques. Also has a jungle jim for kids and water fountains throughout out the whole park. Highly recommend for family picnics or a nice walk threw a park.

Very nice park, this whole area is awesome for families.. Softball fields, playgrounds, the old poway park railroad right across the street, a creek runs by this park and right through the old poway park.. Plus there is a really cool veteran memorial right there. Dont forget to grab a bite to eat at the old hambuger factory that place is great!
