Very nice park. I enjoyed walking the trail. On a nice day with family will make you forget your in Pottstown! It’s clean and grass was cut! Walking by water in nice, I wouldn’t get in the water but it’s nice.

The riverfront park has a nice long paved pathway, great for running, walking or biking. A portion of the path also follow right with the river which is great.

It was an amazing day for a walk. It was clean kids was playing! Everything was very nice. Even the water even though I would not get it. The trail was full of people out walking

Great riverfront Park with excellently level walking trails, majestically tall Sycamore trees. Great destination to go biking or bird watching.

The evening of August 4th 2020...after the storm came through.

It’s a secret. One of PA’s seminal rivers has bounced back ! Once so filthy and unpleasant, now budding again. Various outfitters will deliver you a canoe etc and then pick u up down river. Look to calendars for a few meetings/ events etc. you can do a short walk fro river to 100 places to eat/shop. Make no mistake. The mighty Schuykill has provided for us since native times. And will continue as long as we don’t deny science and posit toxic ideology.

Great job cleaning up after tropical storm

I love taking a nice bike here. There is also a wonderful carousel that has been restored as well as a miniature golf course that is very nice for a family to spend the day. My granddaughter loves walking along the bike trail by the river theory its especially beautiful in the springtime with all of the flowers.

Pleasant walking and plenty of places to stop. Good upkeep which is needed due to frequent river uprisings. A great start to it he Schuylkill river trail.

Clean, easy parking, nicely shaded. Ive used it numerous times when hitting the schuylkill river trail...great area to jump off from for biking. Easy to get to from the 476 route.

If you play pokemon, this is a great stop or if you just wanna walk beside the river

Decent enough park but because it gets flooded often there and there are not enough restroom facilities, we usually stay too long (lots of mosquitos too)

Yad to walk up and down gravel and grass hills,we are walking along and there are giant power lines,bums sleeping on the grass,and thats the most ok thing about this park,there is nothing at all to do except stare at the water or the cars passing by on the street,they need something for kids to play on,more seats and some kind of doc to walk out onto, Pottstown really needs to step it up,we were here once and it lasted about 15 minutes,smh

Good access to bike trail. There is usually a wide variety of people using the park, from joggers to bikers to people fishing. Sometimes has an issue with panhandlers.

This is a park that has a bike and walking trail next to the river. Large trees provide plenty of shade. There are two small areas where you children can put their feet in the water and throw small stones and twigs into the river. Picnic tables. Porta potties. Its a great place.

Its a quaint little park by the river. Take your family for a walk there after Sunday brunch, or if youre young, its a great place for taking a date to walk & talk on a lazy afternoon.If youre a distance runner, youre going to want more trail than this park has to offer.If you bring your four-footed friend, remember to clean up after. ;-)Nobody I know likes stepping in a pile of #2, regardless of how tiny & adorable the creator might be.

Nice place to ride ur bike and u can end up all the way out to Douglassville

Riverfront Park adjoins almost at the end of the Schuylkill River Trail, which makes it absolutely perfect for running. Theres a solid parking lot, two pavilions, and a few businesses that call it home. The trail is unmaintained during the winter months, but more and more there have been Park Rangers/Police removing fallen branches, which has been nice. The trail leads all the way to Birdsboro with minimal road crossings, and then after that it gets a little hairy. Much better for running than cycling, as its paved for 2.25 miles and then crushed gravel for an additional 5.

Great for biking or walking. Also Great landing for kayaks. Lots of parking. Overall nice. The trail is the Schuylkill trail and you can go North really far if you want.

Great trail! Always people on it which makes me feel safer than being all alone on a trail. There are benches along the way for you to sit and enjoy the views.

Took a lovely 3 mile walk with friends. Within the park you can view the river. The trail leads to the Schuylkill Trail. Perfect for walking, jogging, biking​, photography, and could even bring a picnic lunch.

Walk there and it is very energetic and the scenery is wonderful.
