Its a nice, spacious park to go with family of all ages. Great to get the family out and still be able to do PLENTY of SOCIAL DISTANCING...ONLY SUGGESTION: Bring things with you to do! Theres a paved trail around the park, bleachers, baseball fields, basketball court, and open fields...but thats all, very nature-esk... So unless youre going to walk/run, or to go do yoga in the grass, then youre going to want to bring activities like baseball equipment, basketball/football/soccer balls, corn hole, bikes, scooters, skates/ roller blades, frisbees... you get the idea...

The fireworks were beautiful I would go again and again it was great

A little something for everyone. Its in Pottstown, but all are welcome. I miss Gruber Pool personally but Im sure the bike kids are making their own great memories. The bridge on the south side of the island may never be rebuilt. Still a great place to enjoy.

Id like to see the bridge repaired and playground fixed again of course the situations we are dealing with during the summer of 2020 are make this difficult. Im glad those in the community are still cleaning up after themselves and taking their family for outdoor activities to keep it lively. Hopefully thing will be normalized by next spring and we can have community events again!

Great place to take your family to have a picnic...good fishing spot also...has a skatepark and baseball field.

Its a really nice and calm place. Not much places to sit but perfect to see ducks in water.

Hi I often go to the Pottstown skatepark and I like it but it is not great. It needs more flow. It just needs to be improved. A lot of people feel this way. People whove been skateboarding for a while feel as though its not a real park. We need a professional skatepark company to build us a real park please. I speak for everyone who Ive met there who also feel the same way I do. Please and thank you!

Parks dept needs to be more active with field prep and take better care of the fields. A lot of potential is wasted.

Nice place to rake your family and pets. They have a doggie run and a ruver runs through the park. If your looking for a enjoyable place to take your family and friends this is the place

The managing miniture golf course has been getting a well needed face lift so check them out rhis weekend

Even with recent flood damage the park is still nice and they are working on the playground

If its not the best park in Pottstown, its one of the best. Bike trails, ball parks, basket ball court, soccer field, picnik pavilion, and a sprinkler water park.

There is access to do many different things. From a creek to fish in (which they do stock it every year with trout for sure and probably other kinds of fish)to a fenced in area you can let your dog just run. They also have a nice little walking trail as well as a water park and regular park. Not to mention a basketball court and a few baseball diamomds. So technically memorial park has a little something for everyone. Thats why I gave it 5stars!

Great facility the folks who run the Fusion Center there for all the information collaboration should be commended for having such a complex operational under a ball field. Genius also the 5G EMF tower on site is brilliant. Great facility

My uncle Bills name is on the world war 11 memorial and my brother in law who was killed in Vietnam Nam has a memorial there too.

This park has changed a lot, not all changes for the better though not necessarily terrible either. The walking paths are nice but could be better finished/completed.?. There are too many ball fields... Hardly s park anymore for all the ball fields... Not exactly safe to park your car here. I specifically parked away from ongoing game but by the time at made a couple laps in the paths a new game was being put together and the people were using MY car as their home base of practice.... Ridiculous! I prefer not to pay for a new window. Its definitely less of a park type of park, and more of a ballpark now. Sad.

Visited the fountain of youth. Great for kids. Should have vending machines or snack bar. Pack yourselves something if you plan on staying a long time.

Nice park, has a small trail for biking or walking/running, there is also a small park for children to play! Also a pavilion for lunches/hangout, overall good place for a nice day outside!

This place was great because there were so many people that were respectful and kind. If you like camping this is the place to go.

We were down for the July 4th Go Festival! The entertainment was great. Grandpop Bubbles was awesome. Our kids had a blast!

Manatawny Park was my second home growing up. Its gone thru many changes over the years. Currently, they have a water splash park, pavilions to picnic in or bring board games and beverages, the Colebrookdale Train had a stop station, ball parks, creek for looking for tadpoles and frogs, War veterans memorial walkway and more.Across the street a beautiful hand carved carousel is housed with a snack bar and mini golf on the property. If you want a low key day with children this can meet your needs. Just bring sun screen and fold up chair and scope out restrooms ahead.

Its a good park for Pottstown. The river through is nice, the spray Park is great. The playground is just OK. Its being improved, but could be so, so much better for the size of the park. Needs better parking (theres a huge potential lot on the playground end, but its currently a mess of rock and weeds). Walking trail around the park is good, but not really scenic. Nearby Riverfront Park is much better for walking.

Growing up in Pottstown, we all went to Memorial Park. The township has done a good job of keeping up the landscaping. There is a walking path, dog park, Vietnam Vet memorial, and more. Plus its where you to to watch the July 4th fireworks!!

I enjoyed taking my son and grandchildren there for Community events

My boyfriend, daughter and I always love to come here and take a walk. The paved path is nice and I love the ducks too :)

Its a nice park and mostly clean. Probably the nicest looking thing in the entire town. The weird poles in the playground area are strange and kind of unsettling. I usually only go there for Pokemon Go nests but I have played tag with my niece and nephews down there. I wouldnt recommend going in the water though.

Nice family oriented park with a splash park, ball fields, basketball court, and the Manatawny Creek for some fun fishing including panfish mostly sunfish and rock bass but also catfish, smallmouth bass, and the occasional holdover trout,

Its a very nice park a lot of events throughout the year !!

Took my grandson who is 18mos to the park. The grass was so long it was above knee level to him. U found 2 ticks one on stroller, one on my grandsons arm. There is no swings or playground equipment suitable for small children. My iverall experience was quite disappointing. It was sad to see a memorial park for honoring our local veterans in such sad condition!

I love the nature and experience sight you get to see. Makes me speechless but once i tripped in the water it was cold... but thats nature for you! Otherwise the view is beautiful and it is also beautiful in the spring 10/10.

If you have a loved one that died in a war go to this park and you will see why i gave it 5 stars. This has a skatepark a dog park a water park a baseball field a pathway to walk or run. This place is really fun to be at.
