Love it!!! I am so glad I discovered this statue. It would have been nice to have his bull with him too. That would be adorable. Go Paul Bunyan for wearing a mask. Such a trooper.

My daughter and I loved seeing the Paul Bunyan statute on our visit to Portland. Whats even cooler is that it is just to the street from my best friend apartment!! Super neat

Very cool to see. Not much to say it does its job at being a Paul Bunyan Statue very well.

The Paul Bunyan statue is a quirky landmark of N Interstate Ave & the Kenton neighborhood that has been in existence since before my early childhood; my siblings and I thought it was sooo cool. His outfit has changed (for the better) and this 57-year-old, 37 tall dude is always camera-ready for any foto-fun you could want... I invite you to give him a visit, and learn his story...

Its an awesome statue, fun to take pictures with, and very colorful for sure. However, I do wish there was parking closer to him, just for ease. But thats probably just my own complaint.

I thought there would be more to this statue. Its not in a park or nice place to take pictures as its on a busy street corner across from the transit station and a strip joint. A plaque commemorating the boy scouts but no background story to explain who Paul Bunyan was, not to mention no Ox named Blue. Not too well thought out Imho...

Lumberjack who wears a mask, way to go Paul!

I dont even know how we found ourselves going to the Paul Bunyan Statue, but we did. It was an odd thing to have in the city, but we decided to embrace it. We posed for pictures and made silly faces with good old Paul. Hes in a state of disrepair, could really use some paint.

Kenton landmark, the great Paul bunyon statue! A dude in Texas tried to buy it a while back. NO DEAL. Stop in at Kenton station for a beer and a burger while you are here.
