Great place to walk or run or bike and admire Portland’s waterfront views

Unluck 99.9 percent of reviews online I will try and give you useful information. While the trail may be nice, at other locations, if you follow this location it will take you to a dead end by the highway under the overpass, at the sewage plant. If you are on a bike and can get past it quickly great but if you are walking this is not pretty.
