Small urban park with a decent playground, half court basketball, fountain and a few picnic tables. Street parking only but in the midst of the charming Irving neighborhood.

Great neighborhood park.

Walking distance to a great assortment of restaurants. Good for people watching, and relaxing with an abundance of seating and trees. Not big enough or designed for a walk though.

Another lovely Pdx park. One of the large triangles that hang from the tree as part of the (art installation?) nearly fell on my friends head! (MURDER PIZZA)

Charming old-fashioned City Park with lots of trees, benches, picnic tables, waiting pool and childrens playground. And restroom facilities when they are open

The swings were recently replaced which is nice. The playground is simple but approachable for three year olds. It can be really muddy though. Other than that, theres some great people watching as well.

Grassy!! Perfect place for a picnic, when here with a friend yesterday and hung out in the sun along with a bunch of other people throughout the park. I would definitely recommend stopping by this park oh, it is a great place to relax!

Honestly, you cant go wrong wherever you wander in Oregon Park. Its BEAUTIFUL and with so many #aesthetic views, its hard to believe this area is so close to Central Portland!

This is a dog park so people bring their dogs for off leash play. Dont try to have a picnic there.

Fun little park in the Kerns neighborhood! Lots of grass to lay or play, a little playground, basketball courts, public restroom, and a few picnic tables scattered around. My favorite place to chill and enjoy the sunshine. Can get sketchy at night, so Id recommend only hanging out when the suns out!

Pretty park, with great tree-cover. Small and very poorly kept, though. The grass is full of weeds and the general aesthetic is that of neglect. There are restrooms, but they are closed most of the time. A working drinking fountain, and a dozen large tables sum up the amenities; oh, and a B-ball court (non-regulation) in usable condition.

I love this place. Wonderful old trees. Excellent play ground for little ones. Open space for frisbee. Basketball court. Seasonal bathrooms.

Sometimes its really peaceful. Other times theres is homeless people drinking and screaming in broad daylight. One time someone who lives in their van threw a bucket of what i assume was their urine right on the grass where ive seen kids play and people walk their dogs

Good place to relax. Nice grassy area, but not an official off-leash dog area. Basketball court, playground and swings. Bathrooms, but sometimes locked.

Square lot overrun with squatters and brigands.

Smoking ban went into effect recently and there are still people smoking in the park and the city has no plans to enforce it. What a shame since we like this park. Also, no splash pads or wading pool like so many others on a hot day.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The kerns family have a picnic in the park every year for any and all. Great way to get involved with the community

Sketchy people everywhere people selling drugs even with families around. Very ghetto even for Portland.

Im sorry this park used to he super safe and really cool to go to as a child when moving up here to portland its really unsafe kids mistakenly picking up drug needles and very hostile homeless people in the park bathrooms are sick.

Classic tree lined neighborhood park. Lots of green space, with a small playground.

The trees are beautiful. Due to Portlands housing crisis, there are often homeless folks taking shelter here.

Lot of homless people, poor condition, Portland needs to step of their park sustainibitly measures for sure.

Have loved this park for years and years!

Do not bring your children here. Many addicts hanging out right on playground. Last time I tried, someone masturbating by playground. Felt very dangerous with kiddos.
