Trailer parks are ok they have a security guard driving around and a automatic gate at night that is automatically closed and only residents with remote can open.

Is getting better it was a berry bad community

I took my iPhone 7 here a few months ago after I cracked the screen. Every since I brought it here, my touch screen isnt always responsive, sometimes it wont respond at all unless I wait twenty minutes or force restart. I didnt have the same problem when my screen was cracked. They are friendly and fast, but something went wrong with my phone.

Great neighborhood it is safe it is nice great place to leave. There are great freeways closed to this movil homes people are great attitude there is great security at all times good to leave in great family environment great place here in Pomona city great job!

From what I know this place was the armpits of Pomona. It was gang infested, large amount of drugs sold out of here PPD was constantly patrolling the park or they had a substation in there. Not a safe place. But now all that has changed. Its a better place to live.

Good mobile homes and neighborhood but, not enough visitor parking for having family over and pool is almost never open.
