I use to live in the mobile Park and work there. I was the maintance man.Its really bad its a drug den and full of thieves that wait for you to go to work and burglarise your home. The mobile homes are thin you can walk bye and here peoples conversations. I lived there from 2005 to 2017. The current owner does not invest in the mobile home park. The sorrounding neighbor Hood is really bad alot of gangs, homeless and lots of meth .

I personally wouldnt want to live here

Good place to live in. Pool in front of park. Stater Bros, Superior grocers, Arco, Chevron, Starbucks, and many more shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Horrible place came to make a delivery had to lock my car doors it was so sketch.
