I lived here for over 5 years it was a very nice and peaceful place to live until we got a new manager everything changed drastically she changed the rules and made this place into a prison when its a Hot day she purposely doesnt open the pool when the kids and families want to swim and in some cases shes very discriminatory when it comes to certain people some even feel she only caters to her own kind which is Hispanics shes very rude she as given attitude to my sister several times shes not a very nice person and hope the owner of the complex finds someone new to run his business because shes not it she seriously needs to be fired unfortunately I dont live here anymore and Im happy! I dont have to deal with the negativity anymore and much happier where I live now and dont have to worry about that horrible manager.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Manager didn’t want to open pool for no reason. It is going to be over 90 degrees and her response was “oh it’s not open? Maybe the maintenance man forgot to open it.” I said “ so it’s not going to be open today?” She said “no it’s not...” she’s the manager and she doesn’t have the key to the pool? What is the reason for it??? Horrible.

Quiet little community. Friendly people. Only thing unlike is the parking passes for visitors must be requested ahead of time. The office isnt open on weekends. The keypad at the gate does NOT work, so youre kinda SOL and have to wait on the side till someone with a keycard comes up to open the gate.

Worse place to have family. Needs New Management they are Unprofessional they do illegal towing to some of the Park Visitors . The posting say Nothing about having permits before 9am 9 pm

I been living in this residence for over 15yrs now. Its a wonderful experience living there, its s secure site, very low violence, really private and clean area..... Not to mention schools,stores,frwys close by.

Horrible place to live in. Been living here for almost 10 years in hopes to move, but every time we fix something, something else breaks and the cycle never ends. My neighbor is so noisy and disrespectful. He blasts his music at 2 a.m. and runs out like crazy singing as if the whole world wants to hear him. Mind you the walls of these houses are so paper thin you can hear everything. To top it all the manager does not do nothing about it after we have told him several times. I would not recommend anyone in hopes of moving in here to do so. It is terrible, filled with drug addicts and wa-gers. Not a good place to raise children.
