Clean and very friendly community.

This park has changed dramatically since New management . They are on top of things the parks clean all street lights work, pool now has lock with residents having keys, so no more outside hooligans taking over pool and destroying park best decision ever. They even had a Christmas party with Santa last year and gave it prizes for best lights in park..This park now feels more like a place to raise your kids and be a family with great neighbors and friends and when we had a problem contacted management they were here within 5 min with their electrician .Ive lived here with my family 12 tears almost and we now love it here . great place if your looking for somewhere to bring family and buy a home with great neighbors .

Beautiful, nice place

Beware, management are racist residents, imposing their own interpretation of the rules to suit their agenda. They did away with the HOA and now they can pick and choose their ways to extort money for their own pockets, by means of fines and their so called white privileged timeliness. Clear favorite and racially biased timelines have been carried out to make this a prey on minorities, impound and sell their property at auction, using a private tow company pretending to be an official parking enforcement agent, when in fact he is an employee of the tow and auction company, profiting off of anyone they find a rule they can twist to prey on minorities. They then lie to police when their private matters dont hold water, to create a public issue. No due process of law is in existence here, prepare for hiring an attorney to support their creation of grey, unclear timelines that are long term to adhere to for the whites, and short term no proof of service or means to get clarity or hardship extensions. These are clear violations of the state mobile home laws, but they count on your not having access to an attorney on short unwritten guidelines of time to comply requirements. The state senator for this district is now being advised as to this managements tactics and state law violations, but until the owners, from out of state, are clearly held accountable financially for these violations, this will continue. 7 known times this owner has been sued in court and all 7 times has lost... This trend is abundantly clear. Many reviews are names and alleged residents or guests that have never been seen or known by long term residents here, so the reviews have been doctored for gain as well. To be Fair. This park is very clean as many have stated, quiet as to what context you ask? The railroad crossing is right outside the front walls. 50 times per day and night the Locomotive horn sounds loud enough that at the rear of the park it sounds as if the train is in front of your house. The air traffic Flys jumbo jets overhead all day and night out of Ontario Airport in and out. Ups and FedEx trucks cannot move very quickly through the tight narrow streets here, as well as trash trucks. Add the walks from the University Dorms 4 floors high and the 10 ft high walls on the other side. Every large engine, loud stereo, faulty muffler and even the electric motor whining of the golf carts used by, and management. Successfully in picking up debris, and using that disguise to spot and record anything that they can use against minority tenants, to reap fines for their own personal gain. Back to the neighboring Cal Poly Pomona Dorms. 4 levels of college kids towering over the park broadcasting, what college kids do out their windows to all but the front 2 streets year round, less housed during summer, but you get the picture. Quiet in that their are no street lights, so being outside at night, No cars can park on the narrow streets at all, leads to a convenient quiet, that is a result from the residents, their job hours and professions. Most doctors and Lawyers arent living in mobile home parks. These are early risers and early sleepers here for the most part. Maintenance, laborers, housekeepers, teachers and public works. So there is no efforts of management creating this, its a convenience that they attempt to steal to benefit their position, as head Nazis of the Trailer Park. After looking into a few known incidents, it appears they also must use the states registered offender sites as a means to pinpoint even the residents here over 20+ years here, to harass and inflict harsher terms on, due to their self righteous views. Cant warn you enough, youll be a victim too if you want to take your chance, youve been accurately warned.
