I was hired to paint a couple of the mobile homes in July. Some of the friendliest seniors in the city. They always greet you and offer a smile to all. I was really surprised at how many people here are dog owners. Must have been a big sale at the pet store. I hope to return for another painting job.

Easy to locate, place is very clean and weekend manager was super helpful.

Poor Ownership as well poor management.

Lots of road construction and street closures but normally a quiet and safe place it is a senior park 55 and up friendly people here

Great mom lives there, I only wish they would let familys get together in grass area to bbq and swim with family...after all no one really uses pool there

This m h p has allowed our women of the moose to meet in Thier nice clubhouse for some months now that we are a stand alone chapter for a modest fee . If you want to join a fraternity that makes a difference to young and old and local familys I encourage you to see what we are about

A very quiet neighborhood but friendly people

My mother has lived in this park for 20+ years. Management nit picks on certain residents for frivolous things like a weed or a rock out of place while others have rubbish strewn about their space with no consequence. Things like no dogs allowed outside without the resident or a leash. Why on earth is that a rule? Ridiculous

Earning is high, park is clean, rental is space is also high
