Went on a Tuesday night and the entire place was spotless. The employees were all so friendly and eager to assist. The recliners in the theater were so plush and comfortable. To top it off their popcorn was so fresh and delicious.

Private party rentals are reasonably priced at $100. Super comfy recliners. If they would change the available movies more often, this could become a habit.

This is one of the nicest movie theaters i have been to. I purchased a movie ticket online to see Dr. Doolittle upon arriving the snack bar was very clean and all staff members respectful and courteous. The bathrooms were also kept extremely clean. The theater seats are recliner style, which makes for the most comfortable movie watching experience. I am glad I tried this theater out, i will continue to come back here and recommend this location to others in the area

Great movie theater in a good location. The tickets and concessions were not economical, but the seating was worth it. The place was clean and the people were friendly and helpful.

Went for the first time since Covid. The workers were making sure everything was clean and it seemed they took everything seriously. I felt safe with the social distancing they added to the seat selection. Cant wait to go back. Saw Unhinged and it was great!

First time at this location. Staff was super friendly. Went on Halloween and they actually wanted to talk movies! Super clean.

THE PLACE FOR BIRTHDAYS!!!The theater has a new deal that is called a Private Watch Party. We paid $99 for a private screening of Zootopia, and had 20 seats for our family and closest friends. Irene the supervisor was amazing and allowed us to decorate for the birthday, and even checked on us to see that everything was to our liking. The place is clean and is sanitized before each show. The theater require that masks will be worn and it made us feel safe and protected during these hard times. I highly recommend Cinemark West Plano and XD for your party or celebration. We will definitely go back and have more parties with our family and friends. Thank you Cinemark for your services.

I was so excited to be able to go to a movie again! Cinemark has outdone themselves with cleanliness, the staff were nice and wore masks. I went with a group it was our first time to a theater since the pandemic.

Great experience, lots of updating happened while they were closed. Spa bathrooms and brand new seats in theater. Felt extremely safe and we will be coming back to old movies and new.

Excellent theater to watch a movie at. They have upgrading all of the seating so now they have very comfortable recliner seating. Screens are awesome quality and the theater shows all of the latest movies and is kept clean. If you need to see a movie this is a great spot to go. They also have a new vr experience available only here in TX. I havent tried it yet, but sounds awesome!

Everything was very clean and safe especially now dealing with COVID. The only thing is how if you go as a large party, be prepared for one person to pay in order for your party to sit together. Each transaction separates patrons by two seats.

We rented a theater for large screen xbox time! Surprisingly affordable and an excellent option for those concerned about covid! Great seats and high quality theater

Came here today to watch a Hindi movie called Simmba, which was released today. Love the place due to wide parking area, convenient location, cleanliness, good bathroom and overall ambience. Theater 20 was showing our movie. Theater was nice, clean and sitting was fantastic with wide leg space and reclining seats.

This was great. Super clean and basically got a private viiewing of the Empore Strikes back. Go see an old favorite, you wont regret it. Some tickets are uat $5.

The movies where great just sad that the restaurant part was not open. Good popcorn, hotdogs, and ICEE as usual.

Bringing back some old movies is great. It seems they are really trying to keep the standards of clean updated. I would go again because they are trying there but there is room for some improvement but give them a shot.

This is the best movie theater that I think exist in all of Texas. This theater has virtual reality experience on the right half called the void. It has great sound quality and the best picture quality I have ever seen. Those who work there are very friendly and they know exactly what you need and are willing to work with you. A small recommendation would be the idea Im allowing the poster that advertises the movie to be sold if you can get a poster of the movie that youre seeing then that would be a bonus. Maybe the kiosk at the front should also have an option for ordering special items that relate to the movie. But this Cinemark is the best hands down!

This used to be Tinseltown before Cinemark took over.Visited this location after 4 years and I see a lot of changes. The ticketing booth has moved inside, new luxury lounge, the theaters now have reclined seats. The prices are cheap for reserved reclining seatsOverall great movie experience.

Went for the VOID experience. Star Was: Secret of the Empire. They were slammed busy and over an hour behind our purchased ticket times. Theater was extremely clean and well staffed. Everyone was friendly and manages the crowds well. Grab some wings from the Reserve Restaurant. They were very tasty. We will be going back.

Love the theater seating and the fact you can reserve your seats on the Cinemark App. The two XD theaters are great, one larger than the other and they just put a bar/lounge in the main entry area. My only suggestion is improve the ladies bathrooms, I always feel Im sitting on kiddie potties. We chose this cinema to view movie today. I absolutely love this theater not only because its nearby but it also offers a full menu for food and a bar. As we viewed our movie, we were able to relax and recline in the comfortable chairs that are provided in the studio. I will continue to come to this theater for my movie viewings.

Went to see a movie and they only had seats in the front row available. 30 minutes in my wife became sick from sitting so close. We went out and asked for a refund and the staff was very nice and returned our money without issue.

I cannot believe yet another weekend and nothing for children with a PG rating. With things being so limited for children these days, going to the movies should be leading the way!!! Very disappointed...

Huge cinema love it. It has cafe and restaurant inside. Also a place where kids can play different games. I had so much fun with my husband playing billable in kids area. To recharge or buy card was fast and convenient. There is no other movie theater around Dallasthat can beat this one. I drive 30miles just to relax there. Staffs are organized and helpful. There are service counters for fast ticket processing.

They have mini restaurant where food and drinks are actually good that you can take to theater. Seats recline without extra charge. Always clean and staff always friendly.

One of the best theaters to watch any movie. I suggest you you try the XD shows, truly an experience. Always clean, fresh popcorn and good customer service. While there are good places to catch a show; this is going to have the latest hits running along with a variety of movie types - worth going out of your way to visit.

Decent service depending on time. Just did some updates to bathrooms. Added delivery of food to theater, which was needed! Drinks are just okay, better to go with wine or beer.

A very nice, and very clean theater. The concession are seemed to be well run and organized as well as clean and well kept. All of the staff we spoke with were knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. I went to a late show for the movie 1917 and all of the guests in the theater were well mannered. An overall great experience.

One of the best theaters around. Great seats, sound, large pictures, large selection of movies, polite staff.

Clean and 2 seats on either side of selected seats were reserved for social distancing. The snack bar prices arent as inflated as many other theaters.

This is my favorite movie theatre EVER. Always clean. Always a great selection of movies, times & snacks. The staff is consistently friendly and will always engage in a little chat with guests. I feel very welcomed here as a patron. I used to take my friends from out of state to Studio Movie Grill but I honestly prefer Cinemark now and will be taking them here. Nice theatre in a nice, safe area.Edit: Also, I had a problem in the past with a noisy fellow theatre-goer, and the management was superb about handling things and addressing my concerns promptly & professionally. They made things right. THAT is good customer service.

My to go place for all Indian and English movies. Also I like the lounge option. And close to DNT. But it is getting dated very fast. One time my lounge seat was not functional. But over all it is very good option.

Amazing theater!!! The room we were in has electric reclining chairs. The theater was clean, temperature was perfect. We had such a great time!

It was my first time going to CWP, I usually go to C17. At this theater they do things completely different from C17. After figuring out how things work, it was pretty easy to navigate through the theater. I went during the holiday season, so it was crowded. Im sure outside of the season, it isnt too bad. My overall experience at this theater was a positive one. I highly recommend going.

There were only a few seats left to choose for a movie that has been out since Christmas. Half the seats were empty when the movie played. Nice clean theater. Nice concession area.

The establishment is clean and pretty organized. The employees are consistently friendly. Clean bathrooms as well. Would have given 5 stars however the restuarant food choices are limited.

The Cinemark was easy to find. The parking was enough so I can find a spot without searching and. Getting our tickets was a snap. I did not spend much time getting snackswas able to easily in the seating was very comfortable and I did not have a problem seeing the screen even though I was like in the middle of the theater it was a very good experience!

We live in Frisco and typically go to Cinemark Frisco Square, but the Plano one is so much better. They have better reclining seats and tons of aisle space so you dont fall over someone when trying to get to the bathroom. That alone is reason enough to choose Plano Cinemark when you see your next movie.

This is my favorite movie theater in the area. They have a lot of movies and concession options. The Void interactive VR experience looks like it would be super fun. It runs $30 a person for 30-40 minutes. It is nice to have other entertainment options for the family to do.

Location is always great! Surrounded by eateries and shopping, inside hosts its own bar food and some meals served to your seat if needed. Loc has the latest technology in movies and seating. A little pricey but we should all expect that. Cheers!

Very good spot to go see a movie. Staff is usually quite accommodating and friendly. Love the luxury loungers which are extremely comfortable. Great sound and picture quality. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because of cleanliness. Seats and floor sometimes appear not to have been cleaned. Overall though high quality movie theater.

Its a lot nicer then other Cinemarks, you also can pre pay for food and have it delivered to your seat. You have a bar inside as well. Oh if you get a chance to do the void aka (virtual reality experience) its pretty cool it may be $30 a ticket but its a good time.

I really like this theatre, as far as the concessions area, bar, and lobby as a whole. The theaters themselves are pretty nice as well, with reclining chairs that *generally* work.The reason for the low score is very simple. Their theaters are hot as hell. Im usually a very temperate person. I usually dont even think about temperature when Im out.Having the Cinemark movie pass however, Ive been going every month, and Ive noticed it is constantly warm in there. Warm enough that the second half of any movie is uncomfortable.Its a silly thing to be cheap about, and yet they seem to be consistently reluctant to run their AC.If they could address this, it would be a much better experience.

Great theater. They have a big lobby with a bar/restaurant on the left side where I got myself a beer for $7. Walked in to the theater room and saw they have recliner chairs that are really comfortable. The screen size and sound system are great and lastly the restrooms are really clean and they actually had paper towels. Definitely check this place out!

Good and modern looking place

Went to experience the Star Wars VR experience they have. Absolutely blown away by how immersive it is. The ride is a little shorter than I expected,.but still really engaging nonetheless.The theatre itself was really well maintained. Place was clean, employees friendly. Much bigger and more modern than the Cinemark I normally go to (Mansfield). Was a drive to get there, but the experience was definitely worth it.

Great theater with delicious popcorn. Its not overly crowded and the renos took everything up a notch. If you’re gonna watch a movie, It’s worth a visit.

They were not prepared to reopen. Poor signage and communication. Understaffed at the concessions, with only one cashier the lines and wait were long.

Me and my brother were at this theater on Nov 06 2019 to c one night only Slayer movie (the relentless killogy). Unfortunately the whole sound was coming out from only 2 front speakers!!! The rest (side and back) speakers were mute!! I was planning to give one star rate! Because it happens once in a life time but after the show we talked to the manager and they accepted their fault and gave us 2free ticketsI think it would be a good idea in future before playing the live show at least spend couple of minutes to do a sound check.thanks

Been to several of the Cinemark theaters in the metroplex now and this one is just ok. Seems like one of the older ones. The front area isnt designed very good for traffic flow. They only offer two pizza choices compared to others; pepperoni or cheese. I asked to have a pepperoni made for me because ball that was in the heating bin was a cheese and they told me what was there is what I could choose from. Cinema itself was clean, audio was decent volume (not too loud or quiet), and the picture quality was fine.

They serve wine & other adult beverages.Theater 11 always has screen issues.I can tell you one thing, if my experience was based solely on treatment by the staff.. such as the cashier at checkout. I would not come to this location. They are on their phone and lack customer service.**Lately the staff has not been cleaning after the last show. Especially in the afternoon showings***

I have been coming to this theater for about a year now. I absofreakinglutely live for the fresh popped kettle corn! The Central Plano location is closer, but they do not offer fresh kettle corn. The theaters and bathrooms are clean. Concessions move a good pace. Checkout can be slow, but I blame the customers, not the cashiers.That kettle corn though....

Ive watched a movie on a normal 2D screen, Sound system needs to be upgraded! Everything else is great apart from that.

Of course Loved this place. Take a big purse if you know what I mean. Then order Refillable butter popcorn & Dr.Pepper. The rest is on your puse.Oh dont forget layers of butter. Finish with salt & a ton of napkins!

Their concession stand set-up totally different you can pretty much go get your own stuff and then check out which really helps with the lines. Also the drinks are fountain drinks with free refils.
