Great movie theater as it always has been since it first opened. Unfortunately, the fear of Covid and a crummy economy appear to be sending the movie theater to a slow death. There were sparse patrons and an eerie quiet for a Saturday night. We had no issues with our visit. Clean seats, theater, and venue. Do your part - watch a movie or two before its too late!

Great movie theater. Comfortable reclining chairs, large bright screens, excellent sound system. Large concession area with plenty of food and beverage options. Plenty of theaters and show times for movies. Plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot. The theater is accessible from the highway or back neighborhood. Bathrooms are clean and well tended. I go to the movies a few times a month and this is always my fist choice theater.

There are about 5 Cinemark theaters within similar distance to us, and we make this one our regular go to. Very spacious rows and nice luxury recliners for every seat. Always clean. And the lobby looks amazing, like old Hollywood or something. Definitely worth an upgrade to D-Box for certain movies.

Great time at a Monty Python Watch Party! Theater was super clean, everyone had masks, sanitizer and seat wipes available everywhere. Very safe and fun to be at the movies.

Great theatre. I used to frequent this one probably 1-2 times per week pre-COVID, and I just went to visit for the first time since March to see Inception. It was great. The theatre was clean, the staff were super friendly, everyone followed the directions for wearing masks/social distancing without any drama, and it was overall a really really enjoyable movie experience. I will DEFINITELY be going back. :)

We rented the theatre for a private showing so that we could watch with proper physical distancing during the coronavirus pandemic. They did a wonderful job, the theater was clean and comfortable, and they delivered concessions to us in the theater so that we wouldnt have to congregate in line. Great experience!!

Great place...Love the customer service here and want to mention about one of the managers, her name is Nadia she is great, being young and having experience to obey both angles from customers to company policy. Wow I’d give here 10out of 10. She is terrific, caring and always willing. My observation is Past 6 yrs she has carried that smile over and willing to go above and beyond for her client and customers. May want to look at her for higher promotion.Seriously.

Unfortunately the staff/management were not prepared for their Friday night “rush.” Now that things are different - a customer expects the team to be 10000% prepared and ready. They need to work on “setting up for success.”The ticket guy said the bar was closed. We walk right up to the bar which was OPEN.They weren’t stocked with any cups or utensils. We had to wait for our drinks because of this. The popcorn was cold and not dressed well with butter - when we requested extra butter. Just a disappointing experience...The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the movie was worth the trouble with the service experience.Be better Cinemark Legacy.

Everything looked very clean. There were a total of four people in the theater. Seats were comfortable but wife wanted a seat warmer.

My employer rented out a theater for just $99 this past weekend. We got to enjoy watching The Greatest Showman on the big screen and reduced concession prices. I had a great time in the clean theater with my coworkers and would encourage others to look into renting a theater with their company, friends, or family.

Saw a movie here during covid - I couldnt believe how clean it was. A lot of businesses are touting high cleanliness standards at this time but honestly I havent see anything comparable to this. I wont bother trying to detail their efforts, Im sure you can read all about it on their site, but just know they are doing a TON and it is showing.PS I saw the original Jurassic Park and Im happy to report it absolutely holds up. The T-Rex with Explorers scene is still incredibly tense.

Cinemark has outdone themselves, they are keeping the theatres clean and practicing social distancing plus the staff are nice and wear masks. Its nice to go to a movie again!!

Grateful for an activity outside of my house! The theater is doing everything possible tomake patrons feel comfortable and secure during this crazy time. All the associates are friendlyand responsive. Saw Russell Crowe in Unhinged and it was the perfect first movie back!

Love this place! Anytime my dad and I are bored we always think of the movies, and legacy never upsets. We live the seats, food, and employees! The bathrooms are always clean, and so are the seats. I do recommend opening up more ticket booths though, because at 8:00 pm on a Friday there was a long, long line, because there was only one booth open. Other than that great place!

This place has been upgraded. The seats are way more plush and roomier than a traditional theater. Power seats with leg support. The screen looks larger and good sound. Staff was great and they were installing new menu boards out front. Really was a nice experience.

Caitlin helped out my group when we showed up at the wrong theater for our private event! The person who planned the event (and told all of us the wrong location) got stuck somewhere and couldnt be there, and Caitlin helped us figure it out.

Quality heater with reclining seats in their XD theatres. Great beer and wine selection and the usual snacks and whatnot. Clean facilities, approachable staff that are helpful. Tons of parking of course. Ticket prices for adults at night is about 15 so keep that in mind. Tons of Showtime usually as well.

It’s always my best place to take my family there but today I had poor experience. I went today morning to buy tickets for “Sonic the Hedgehog” and I gave the cashier my cellphone to scan my Cinemark membership for earning points and he did it then I paid through my credit but when I checked Cinemark app. It didn’t show that I earned points under Rewards as pending points. I went back to him to check for this issue he told me “it’s too late to fix it”, I didn’t understand what he meant when he said that because I already gave him my cellphone to scan the membership before purchasing tickets and he already supposed scan it I the right way but it’s clear he did it on a purpose.its time to switch to another theaters that have people with professional skills and consider customers as top priority.

Theaters 12 and 13 have ADA-compliant elevators for upper rows of more accessible seating. In the same corridors, upper-row attendees can use the stairway otherwise sparsely used except by staff. This is really great to not have to take the louder stairway within the theater seating area if the movie is ongoing -- such as during Avengers. **important: Look for the door on the *opposite* side from the emergency exit 2 rows down from the top in those theatres. Then return to the same door that says roof access

Clean...distancing...nice to be back in Cinemark

I have been to this place a few times now. Its always clean and the movie quality is pretty good. One thing Ive noticed is the volume of the movies is sometimes a little low. I like them to be super loud. Its what completes the movie experience for me. But other than that, great place. Theres a little arcade to play some games if you arrive early to your movie.

This is a luxury lounge theater with all seats reclined. It is well maintained and a spacious theater. Picture and sound quality is good. Movie club membership is really worth which gives you one movie a month and 20% off on concessions.

+ We were seated in theater 1 and found row D to be decent seats.- The walls in front of higher rows blocked a small part of the bottom of the movie screen.- Even row D had row C seats blocking parts of the screen if you laid down too low.+ Large movie screen.+ Volume was good, not excessively loud.+ Reclining seats were large and comfy.

Would be my preferred theater now ! The reclining seats are the best, also is so nice and clean is just overall an excellent movie theater. More choices of the concession stand then just popcorn and drinks.. I live in McKinney but I would make that drive to Plano from now just for comfort

This theatre is very pretty. The best theatre Ive been to by far. Its fun to walk around and just look at the building.

Normally I like going to this theater. However today, the experience was awful. The movie Onward is a great movie! Got tickets for the XD DBox experience. The chairs felt like they were trying to move, but only moved a small bit when it was a major movement. Then the chairs turned off 20 ish minutes b4 the movie was over. I am a member, but this isnt the experience anyone should get. I hope they fix this quickly.

A lot cooler than it was when I was a kid! I loved the recliners. It wasnt too busy, even for a major release. Only complaint is the snack lines are impossibly long and take forever.

Lounge seat reserved seating. Always clean. Popcorn is always fresh. Movie club members get half off on Tuesdays. I love this theater!

Online ticket pick up was easy and fast, got food and drinks fast and friendly and over clean place. Only complaint is the butter on all of the self serve stations was out. When we asked for more butter from a employee... there were no words spoken at all from the employee. Not a thank you, sorry or even a grunt or a smile to go along with it.

This is the best movie theater ever. Although they dont have recliner seats and tables for ordering food, its still surprisingly cheap! The tickets dont cost much, and the popcorn is delicious! I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos interested in cheap tickets to good movies.

Clean, modern, but most importantly: great sound and picture quality. Nothing worse than poor projection and this place is consistently great. If they never lose sight of that, this will be my theater of choice.

I went to Cinemark for watching Dabang3.Overall the experience was good. We bought tickets from the counter placed outside of theatre. The staff is to the point and keeps the theatre clean.The seats are awesome and we enjoyed the recliner seats. There is also some counters inside for snacks. I saw samosas also on snacks list along with beer .

Just saw a fantastic movie, Parisite. The theater was great, comfy chairs, great sound and service was also pretty awesome. Matt took care of us, polite kid, he was on the ball and gave great service.

Awesome theatre with reclining seats that are comfortable and the sound is great. They have numerous movie theaters in the building. You can earn rewards with their app. Easy to book seats online with the app as well.

As usual, freshly prepared food was lukewarm (at best). Ive decided that they dont keep frozen items in the fryer/oven quite long enough (other than pizza) so it never gets hot in the middle and is therefore lukewarm in the few minutes it takes to get from the front of the theater to your seats. Cinemark West is so much better...

This place is without a doubt my favorite place to watch upcoming movies. With good popcorn, drinks, food, and a movie to tie it all together, its a movie experience to remember.

This was a bigger salon/theatre than I had been in before at this theatre. Very comfortable seating, love the assigned seats as well. Movie pass just adds the the whole package.

Seating: very comfortable recliners. Personally I prefer the ones at the other Plano location; they seem a bit more comfortable. As with other locations all seats are reserved, which is convenient.Staff: excellent...friendly and fast.Food: popcorn was hot, fresh and was able to get it quickly before the movie began.Theater/experience: one minor issue, could easily hear the adjacent theater during some low volume parts of the movie I was watching. The bass near the screen was also rattling. This location shows it’s age. I’ll skip this theater for major releases in the future.Parking is very open and convenient.

Awesome comfortable reclining chairs. Very clean, the sound quality in the movies theater is outstanding.

The lounge seats are comfortable however smaller theaters have so few seats if you try to purchase at box office you are probably front row looking up at distorted aspect angles. Thats where we ended up even purchasing 45 minutes before. I walked out with a massive headache. Not worth $30 for that experience.

The seats here are great. Plus, you are able to buy food and drinks here such as pizza. Prices for the food are a bit expensive.

Love this theatre definitely is my new favorite theatre to attend and the dbox experience was definitely worth it while watching Aladdin. The location is very clean. The snack bar was very fast pace no waiting in very long. The restrooms were very clean other theatres they barely attend them. Definitely dont be on your phone. I was rating my experience before the movie and were told to get off my phone. So thats a plus but it was before the movie. But at least they keep the policy consistent. Definitely returning

This place has a large variety of food items. They have burgers, shakes, Starbucks and then your regular movie theater snacks. It was surprisingly not too crowded like other theaters get.

Comfy lounge chairs, easy to pick your reserved seats, online ticket purchases and super-easy ticket pickup kiosk. Painless. All I have to do in enjoy the movie.

Great movie watching experience with reclining seats, surround sound and XD experience. The prices are cheap - but I feel like the prices at the concessions is a bit higher.This location also plays hindi and telugu movies regularly...

The theater was nice and clean. It did feel a bit warmer than usual inside. The popcorn was fresh and the cheese pizza and cookie were delicious.

My wife and I experienced a new Cinemark practice at the beginning of the movie ‘Knives Out’. It was so annoying we considered leaving and asking for a refund before the movie even started.For the first time in our experience commercials were randomly mixed in with the movie previews, including a soft drink commercial that was played after the final preview and which lasted until the moment the opening scene of the feature movie came on screen. This is opposite the practice that has been in place ever since TV commercials started being shown before the previews. At least in the past the TV commercials ended when the previews started, allowing the previews to serve as peaceful transition to the beginning of the feature film.Instead, yesterday there was no transition sequence. Just a random mixture of commercials, other content and previews that went on for a full 28 minutes after the movie’s stated starting time. The worst part was a loud, frenetic and glaringly bright commercial that played after the final preview and up until the very second the opening scene came on screen.. Overall, the experience was the most annoying way possible to start a movie. Hopefully management will realize this practice will alienate much of their customer base and rescind it.

Long time movie goer to this cinema. It has undergone a number of renovations that has improved not only the theaters aesthetics (new marquees to see movie times at the entrance and movies playing in which designated theater room, new look in concessions, etc.) but improved the movie experience with more comfortable seating, advanced audio and visual equipment, and a ever efficient and comforting staff. Come watch movies here, it awesome!!!

I never knew this location existed until my friend invited me. This theater has an old school feel to me but it is very modern. Something about this theater brings back childhood movie theater memories and I like that.Now on to the inside, the chairs that have motorized control for reclining. I thoroughly enjoyed this! If I didnt want to see that movie, I would have been sleeping. I was super comfortable and happy.Overall, Id come here again.

The seating is excellent and spacious. The screens and sound in the larger theaters is top notch. Concessions are fine but not great. One of my traditional go to theaters for big new releases. Aging a little but upgrading seats etc to keep up. Audience is generally lively and positive for big new shows.

This is by far the best movie theater I have ever been to. It is so modern and advanced that it is better than 4K and offers incredible 3D Vision and is becoming newly renovated for virtual reality experience called The Void. Ive seen some great movies and the sound quality was perfect the screen quality with even better. I like this place so much, it keeps getting better every time I go back. Now they have a food court a virtual reality section of the movie theater and genuine movies. The next will be the Matrix experience with sensory depth perception and neural pathway programming similar to the effects of Sleep Drug called Luicid Dream. Its going to be a riot when it arrives.

Best Movie Theater Ever! Very nice, clean theatre. Multiple concession stands, never any long lines to wait in. The luxury loungers at Cinemark are so comfortable, large and spaced out that you will never rub elbows with your neighbor. Its like being at home in your recliner but better. My kids bring their blankets to lay down and cover up. You never see the people in front of you because everyones at a higher level than the row in front of them, so your view will never be blocked by someones head. I order my tickets online and pick my own seats!! Scanning my phone receipt at the kiosk inside the theater prints my tickets. I never have to wait in line outside or worry about my movie being sold out when I get there. Oh and if you like extra extra butter on your popcorn, they have do it yourself butter machines around the concession.

New seating is great! Movie was good. Concessions were Lacking. :( No containers for a small popcorn! Self serve popcorn butter was Empty! Concessions staff needs customer service training!

Took my toddler to her first movie! She was all over the place, but it was to be expected. This theatre is always so accommodating, with booster seats and disabled elevators it makes me happy to come to this theatre and relax with my family. Also I loved Aladdin and hope to be back next month to sit back and enjoy another great movie !!

Love to go see movies here. Very comfortable seats (though as an older person I get a bit cold inside the theater itself. I always take a sweater or lap robe ). They have a Starbucks in the lobby! The snack food is good.... or at least as good as any theater food. Clean and well-maintained.

Only 3 stars because they have the nerve to sell seats in the front row which is absolute hell! Tickets for front row should be given away for free!Otherwise, its okay and like most cinemas. They have all the expensive movie drinks and snacks and an arcade room. They also have a coffee bar, which is unusual and serve Starbucks, if you like that sort of thing. Bathroom I was in was decently clean.

Good food, Amazing sound, Good service but good be better

Went to watch the movie Glass. Walked in and it wasnt busy. We got concessions and the guy behind the counter was very nice a patient as we didnt really know what we wanted. The theater room was a little cold at first but it warmed up as the movie progressed. The seat are amazing, I really like the reclining seats and the fact that you can choose your seats and see what seats are available before you buy your tickets.

Im torn in writing this review, located near my house great seating, love the ability to buy tickets in advance, and the one time I voiced a problem, the managers took care of it very promptly. On the other hand today the cashier doesnt know how to make change and was unable to correct it at his own register. After standing around for minutes while my movie started, I was unwilling to again go stand and wait in line for a manager for the dollar I was owed. Also noticed tonight that the soundproofing between theaters is not up to par for recent Construction
