Great experience! My husband and I came in Sunday night and had so much fun! It was our very first time there and we will definitely be back. Upon arrival, we called and Sydney answered all of our many many over the phone! She was very patient and even told us about the $19.99 deal which we ended up purchasing. My husband is a Veteran and we asked if there was any discount {we missed out on Veterans Day} and she got the manager to give us a military discount. Our server {Devin I believe} was great and we bowled literally all night. Thank you to Sydney and the rest of the AMAZING Plano staff that worked Sunday night. You guys rock!!

We were sooo satisfied.We took a cake there and were celebrating our friend’s birthday. A staff kindly gave us plates, forks, and lighter.Food is so so, but the service was totally awesome, especially the manager Tim. He helped us make sure we get our food without waiting too.We will absolutely be back!

Temperature checks upon arrival. Sanitizer everywhere. The clerk staff lady was very informative and nice. We went on Monday Nov 9 at 830p. We did the 3 games deal. Bowling is spaced out so that every other lane can be used in efforts to keep corona from spreading. Fun night

Hung out last night with some friends, we bowled, are, danced, laughed. We had a great time, we really enjoyed ourselves. Cant wait to go back!!! The customer service was terrific, the entire experience was on point.

The manager Justin is rude and unprofessional. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful and had such a bad attitude when I came in tonight. This was only my second time coming in and it might be the last. Im not sure where this man came from but he needs better training because hes terrible. Thank you to manager Jenn and Sydney for being so polite and helping me when Justin wouldnt. Jenn was so kind and really took the time to go out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved and I truly appreciate that. Main Event needs to do better at who they chose to run their business.

We had so much fun at this place. Celebrated a friends birthday and so enjoyed. They gave us a free hour of game play for the occasion. I just hate that everything is separate as far as running a tab. If you open a tab its only for the bar. Activities have to be paid separately. Too much back and forth trying to go to all these different desks to get something. But still overall had a great time.

Had so much fun here especially the laser tag. We played on teams with other people and that was a fun exciting experience! We got the all play access deal and it was well worth it! Will definitely go back! Staff was awesome as well in keeping the place clean and sanitized!

This place was great for my kids birthday. The price wasnt bad compared to other places and they only charge you for the children and not the adults.

We had a great business party here. One annoying thing was the 1 hour bowling timer for our 5 hour reservation. Every hour we had to ask to turn the bowling back on.

I brought my granddaughter here to get out after being inside from Covid. There’s a guy named Preston that went above and beyond to make sure they had a good time today!! I really appreciate him being so nice and making sure the girls had fun!! Actually the 3 employees that were all super awesome.

It was a very good experience. The food was good. So were the drinks!! Had a lot of fun playing laser tag cant wait to go back.

Dorian the Bartender was so awesome. We went in for my cousins 21st bday. He was really nice and kept the bar very clean. He served our group very responsibly, i really appreciate that.There was some breakdown at the front desk about the Karaoke Room, but that is my only complaint. Also i really just wanted to do karaoke. I really loved that the pool balls and cues were wiped down after every use.Overall great experience.

The night started off well, but we were ignored when trying to order. The reason I am rating this so low is because we were the only ones playing pool. There was 6 tables and we were the only ones in the area and no one bothered to offer drinks or anything. So I went to the counter to ask how to order because we already had menus. We were there long enough to play 3 games and finished the third while waiting for a server. The young man at the counter for a waitress and we both saw two of them in the bar area directly next to the pool area. I also saw one of the waitresses acknowledge me at the front desk then actively hide by the bar. We waited another 10-15 mins and still she kept hiding behind the bar with another waitress. Neither of them made any attempt to take our order even when they saw us both staring at them, next we called for a manager and for some reason even that seemed hard to come by. So we just left, we have been to another location which is in Colleyville and the service there was great. Will not be back to this Plano location ever again and its 20mins closer to us.

Main event plano was really fun my favorite part was labor tag

Me and my friends went there June 12th to celebrate my birthday, and boy we had a blast!!! The manager on site was fantastic with us!!! They gave us the best Main event time ever!! He played my favorite songs and I got my birthday bowling pin signed! Thank you so much for this night! I am so happy we came here for my night!

If you like Bowling or Playing Games, you will like Main Event. My husband and I enjoy subbing for our friends bowling league. The food is really good - we like the pizza. We always have great service as well. The servers are always friendly and they make sure you dont go hungry or thirsty.

Front desk people RUDE!...Its a Family fun place if you have an attitude problem you should work somewhere else!

Had fun, but Unprofessional service, I won’t go into detail, but my family would never come back to this location.Poor handling of a situation, regarding payment & Game Cards. The end result was them giving us an Unlimited pass, but felt like they were calling us liers or trying to steal because they are unorganized with their processes.Again, we wouldn’t come back to this location.Maybe another one but not this one.

I visit this Main Event regularly. While it typically doesnt disappoint, I was sad to see that their Beat Saber machine was only half functioning and barely worked and there was NO SIGN warning you, leaving you to spend your credits or have other kind people around you inform you of the inoperable game Otherwise, it was very clean and all other games were labeled to inform others if they were in order or not!

My kids were here on a field trip from school. Also we come here all the time as a family. We always enjoy the food and games. Bowling, Billiards, Lasers and the music. The only drawback I noticed is that they are under-staffed. So the one or two staff on duty are always over-worked. I feel for them so much that even when they sometimes get cranky, I totally understand. So I dont take it personal. Otherwise, its a fun place and very inexpensive place to visit

Nice place all around but sometimes service was a little slow, I was literally the only one in line trying get a bowling alley, there was three associates at the counter and still had to wait like 5 minutes

This was my second visit and I would say aside from it being slightly more expensive than Dave and Busters, its better in every other way. Server was attentive, food was good, and they keep this place sharp and clean. Games are current and all functioning. My only complaint are the crane games. I tried each one and none of them have the grip pressure to win, even as a fluke. Dont waste your credits for it.

Wow! Absolutely fabulous employees! Excellent place for adults, kids and families. I cant describe how impressed I am both by the professionalism and kindness of the people who work here as well as the cleanliness of the whole building. Food was great and well worth the money. Lots of great games for all ages. I will definitely be visiting again.

So much fun! They take the safety of their customers very seriously, all the while making sure everyone is still have fun.

Kids had a great time. We went for Laser Tag which was awesome. However, we had one vest go down during game play so had to donate mine to my son. One of the air hockey tables let me play back to back about 7 times before I got bored and left but I just had to nudge it to reactive the air. Shared the secret with the party behind me and they were stoked!

No one was there to help! Went to purchase cards and the machine broke down, with no one in sight I had to call the main number to get help. Asked for a pizza to be ordered and wait over 30 minutes and it never arrived. I understand that with the whole covid thing they are trying to stay open, but close certain areas down. Dont b s the customers that are trying to pay. They guy told me that my pizza would take 15 minutes but he couldnt promise me that the time was correct. Then he said that there are so many things being ordered. I didnt even get drinks which all they had to do was fill the cup. The only reason they got a 1 is because that is the lowest I could rate.

Nothing like on T.V. Hardly any games, was warm, Dave n Busters is 10 times better!

So on this Monday Madness night, a group of 6 of us went and bought an all-you-can-play pass for only $10.95 each. Sounds good, right? But in reality, not really. We went in at about 8 PM, and we were told the there would be at least 2 and half hour waiting for any bowling alley! All right, fair enough. After all, it was in the holiday season with the special price. However, while there were about 65 people on the waiting list for the bowling, most of the alleys were EMPTY! What a great inefficiency and waste of peoples time! Finally, it was our turn on the waiting list, then the bowling computer was full of calculation errors! It was kind of disappointing for the whole experience. Also, the all-you-can-play doesnt include arcade games! So you would have to pay another $10.95 if you want to play those games.The reason I gave it a two stars (in stead of one) is because the laser tag was pretty good - although we had to wait like at least 45 minutes for each turn). At the end of the night, we only ended up playing two Laser Tag games, and a broken bowling round.

Staff was ride like they dont like thier job! They should be honored to have a job very rude everyone we asked a question!!! The only helpful one was Tim and he obviously was management. My advice to you is find younger help that will be more pleasant! We will not return to this location. Disappointed!!! Okay so on 2-8-20 we went again and had a blast! Tim made sure he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our grand kids had a blast and were exhausted from so much fun. Thank you so much Tim for bring such a great host we will return being the kiddos love it or just a date night of fun for us. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality you now rate 5 stars

Great people. Went for a kids party there were 2 kids with the same name so it wasnt clear where we should go. Dawn and others got it sorted out in a calm / fun / efficient way. Kiddos had a blast.

So honestly went here for work party in a fairly small group. The staff was nice and overall things were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful although semi-slow but I think that was due to the time we were there, there wasnt much staff on duty since we went on a weekday during they early afternoon. Honestly one of my favorite things was winning these ducks in one of the claw machines, Im not generally good at these but this one was fairly easy as me and my coworkers each got a few :) They will now decorate my desk.

Man idk maybe I just went on the wrong day but I did not have a good experience at this place. The lane we had was horrible we never got a server have the games in the arcade wasn’t working. I just didn’t like it. Feel like I wasted $150 at that location.

Great time with whole family

Fun for everyone, all ages. Theres bowling, pool tables, arcades and a karaoke room. The food menu has a variety of options. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chicken tenders and hot wings. Clean restrooms. If youre a bowler, bring your own bowling shoes. It costs more to rent bowling shoes for 5 people than the hourly bowling lane.

I’ve been going to this location since I was a child. Not really a bowler myself but loved hanging out with friends here and just mess around. The staff have always been friendly and assistance is quick. The drinks are fairly well priced and it’s a nice spot to relax and watch your children play.

It can get VERY pricey to have a day or even a couple hours here, and the service is usually pretty bad honestly. Dont sit down and try to have food here, its a bit overpriced and it will take forever to come out. BUT its clean, has a great variety of things to do, and the package deals are a good value. The addition of good VR experiences is a good draw to come here now as well.

Service was outstanding, staff was great and hey all were wearing mask and hand sanitizing stations were all over the place my daughter reserved a room for my grandsons 15th bday which was Awesome and the server was Jennifer and she did an outstanding job as well

Just had my son’s birthday party at Main Event.The venue, entertainment, design and location is why I’m giving it 2 stars.Otherwise, I would’ve gave 1.I paid for 10 boys to bowl, eat and play at the arcade. They only gave me 9 meals. Since 3 boys didn’t show up, I should’ve took 3 meals home— which I emphasized to pack the food for me to take. I get home, only 2 meals. The “host” informed me she did pack 3 meals but she never did.The “enthusiastic host”— ha! The host was a ghost. When I sent my older daughter to go ask for another pair of shoes, the host was on her phone texting. The host wasn’t hosting the party at all. She used slang when we spoke briefly and seemed to rush the event. I had to go look for her several times, and she served our food extremely late into the party. During the end, she asked me if we paid in full. Seriously.She had my printed party info (with confirm payment). Do your JOB.The food was mediocre to say the least. I went to other bowling allies where the food was absolutely delicious. This place, not so much.The music was nonexistent. I even have video footage from the party and it’s quiet. Towards the end, party music did begin to play.I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless they clean out their management and staff below. (Lack of) Customer service is their biggest problem. Laziness and the look of no interest from the workers is appalling.Spoiler: The “Main Event” is a disappointing event.

One of the best nights I’ve ever had with my family in a long time great drinks from lee and Dom the bar tenders and not to mention korey in games in the games room helping us out when we had problems and he even used his employee discount to get all 4 my kids arcade games for free.Thanks staff I will be back to visit sometime soon y’all rock!!

COVID-19 Measures are pretty well thought out for the most part. Masks arent required which is both nice and a bit hesitating. Some patrons try to wear masks, but most dont. Not ideal, imo, but its also really difficult to bowl or laser tag with a mask on.Still, innovative ideas on COVID mitigation. Specifically for Laser Tag. Free for all, no teams, each player must stay in their designated zone.Bowling, you leave your shoes and balls, and they clean up right after. As far as a business goes, I was quite impressed with the measures theyve taken. And of course, its a great and fun place to go. Really easy for birthdays, dates, or just post-stay-at-home-order breather.Even so, it is a crowded place, later on, so theres only so much they can do. Though, they strike a great balance between safety and fun, imo. Go there!

Love this place. Really good venue to keep the whole family entertained. My wife and I had a date night and it was a blast. Good prices. Id recommend the fun pass which is what we got and it covered us for the whole night 19.95 each. We stayed for about 4 hours and we were wore out. They have plenty to do (bowling, pool, laser tag, shuffle board, and the arcade)

Decided to do a family outing last night at Main Event for the very first time. We paid for a winter pass which includes activities...bowling, laser tag & pool but didn’t realize this location didn’t have rock climbing or golf so that was disappointing! The lady at the front counter offered a refund and said we could go to their ‘Frisco’ location but we were already there, plus we live right next to the Plano location & didn’t want to drive to Frisco. Even though the pass is supposed to be ‘unlimited’ they put you on a wait list for all activities, so in all actuality we were able to play pool once & bowl only one game because the wait time was so long! I know it was a Friday night but they could’ve been a bit more organized and more time efficient because I saw empty pool tables that they “claimed” were reserved as well as empty bowling lanes. The only thing that my kids were able to do more than once was Laser Tag. Make sure when you come to bring plenty of money because the food is expensive and if you want to play the arcade games it’s NOT included in the activities pass! We spent well over $100 in food (prices were extremely over priced for pizza & wings) and activities that we only got to do ONE time! I rated 3 stars because it was a very exciting, inviting and engaging atmosphere, live music & tv screens in the bowling & dining area. I was impressed with the taste & quality of the food & the food service was great. There was one particular team member named Diego who waited on us, he was awesome, very nice and attentive to our needs. But over all ‘wait time’ and ‘overpricing‘ is what makes me question if we want to spend our money at this location again.

Had our company party there, and it was fun! The only reason I doesnt have 5 stars is because of the food. Its what you would expect from a place like that, but you dont go there for the food you go for the fun which was on point.

Upper management staff was rude and didnt know how handle any situation. It took maybe 3 upper management to handle a situation. Horrible customer service I will never go to this location again.

Highly satisfied with the events and interactions I’ve had at this location. Staff is available, helpful, and so kind. A few have gone above and beyond to take care of my group.

The bowling is great fun!

This main event has been around for a while now. I’ve been coming since I was a kid For 15+ years now.The pizza and bowling is awesome! However the arcade is super duper expensive and small and gets kinda boring, but still fun. The most disappointing was the laser tag. I decided to give it a try for the first time in like 7 or 8 Years and It’s so out dated that I remember the decor in there from when I Was growing up and they play the same obnoxiously out dated Music in there too lol. And the laser tag room is super small also.

Absolutely wonderful place to be, your online advertising is so false, all you can play $7.99 to find you have to pay for shoes..... the staff is understanding and accommodating trying to always make the customers happy. It’s not their fault the advertisement is not Levite but they make it fun and worthy. I brought my grand kids here on Sunday 2pm and this place was so welcoming and not too packed so we enjoyed everything it has to offer. The manager let us try the Zombies game and m babies loved it she is so amazing and fun giving the kids hi fives afterwards. Eduardo at front desk is great and so polite.

Overall the main event is pretty fun place to go. You can go with large groups, you can go with small groups, or you can just do what I did and go there for happy hour and have nachos! Theres a ton of stuff to do you just have to pick whats important to you.

A great place to hangout with a group of friends for a few hours. I highly suggest the day pass esp if you want to do a few different activities. The staff was friendly, bowling alley scoring is very interactive and entertaining, a great experience overall.

A good place... Bar is a little slow compared to a real bar but kinda of expected tbh waited 15 mins for one shot seemed like one guy loved to talk while the other did all the work... The young lady working the front desk was new but super respectful

We visit this place many times. It has the good vibe, the party atmosphere, created by running kids and laughing families. The service is always good and friendly.Because of the chaotic nature of this business, the waiters are sometimes slow to show up, but the electronic kiosks on every table help making an order at your convenient time.For my sons birthday party, we used the walk in special, but they also have packages. Kids were super happy and stayed 3 hours instead of one.Bottom line, this is a good, honest business, Texas large and spacious, clean and safe.

The fun passes are not set up the way it appears on site. You can either pay for arcade, which will not let you play a large selection of games or you can do events. We waited 3 hours before we got a lane and pool tables never came open even though 3 were not in use most of the evening. Over charged and under delivered. Go to Allen Bowl or the bowling alley in Plano. Skip Main Event. My daughter liked the $20 sundae though

We love this place and they keep updating their arcade games. My kids are always excited to go their. Food is good too and price is very reasonable.

Had a great time. Plan your trip every section has a wait so you need to add your name to the list ahead of time. Highly suggest if youre bowling to look at the menu ahead of time so your food can come out while youre still on the lane. Best dessert ever

Great for date night

I love it...it has the best wings and it made me become good at bowling. It has great games there and its just a lot of fun there.

After a bad experience a few weeks ago, Main Event contacted us immediately, listened to our experience and made it right. The family went back yesterday and had eight hours of fun while celebrating their ten year olds birthday. I contacted ME because I was there during the bad night and I want to Thank the management for offering to change the experience for all. I am sure they will be back soon for more bowling and games. I am personally impressed by Main Event’s management and immediate help with this issue. I highly recommend Main Event Plano. I especially appreciate its cleanliness. It’s especially nice to know they care about their guests and their experience at their venue.

Great place to take your family, friends, and even just yourself. Their deals seem spot on, tho I do wish they offered unlimited arcade every weekday. It seems to only be offered on the Monday madness and very late Friday night. I think they should also charge maybe $10 instead of the $7.99 current deal so they can include bowling shoes. Win win for them and the customer.

Place is nice but service is horrible, food is okay but it would of had help if we had a server, we order off the tablet, food was deliver by the food runner but server never showed up, no drinks no silverware, my boyfriend got up to the bar to get refills after the food runner was kind to get us drinks he was standing there for about 5 minutes 3 or 4 bartender passed by and didnt acknowledge him at all.... Im a server myself and its hard for me no to tip even if service is bad, but this time we didnt even got to meet the server so NO TIP...

Laser tag, sports bar + food court, while including an entire arcade & bowling section large enough for large groups Id most definitely recommend this place for anybody looking to enjoy themselves on their own or with friends.

Place is a little expensive but there are a lot of things to do, kids would love it from.bowling to arcade games to VR games, food we didint try so cant comment on that, but we have a beautiful time recommend for birthday parties get together or just some fun with friends. Great lighting yes its a very loud place with good music.

Theyve really turned the volume up on the games to headache inducing levels. We used to love taking our kids there, but its not as much fun now. A lot of games they like are not working properly either.

Best place for 100oz tube of beer of Dos Equis, $28. It is expensive. I would recommend going early and getting the all you can play passes. Ir gets very busy. The food is meh. But not bad. The staff can be very very busy. I would recommend as a great place to go to drink beer let your friends with kids play and have fun. I used to go a lot back in the day. It is one of my favorite places.

Well maintained and clean bowling alley with Up-to-date systems and a reasonable price. The arcade area is also great but the games require more tokens than most of the other arcades in the area.
