Small neighborhood park tennis courts basketball court field play area

Nice place to go shoot around with the basketball at night...take the kids to tire them out on the playground..

Alot of great drugs to buy

The playground is currently under construction (3/16/20). Lots of open space, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. All are in pretty good shape.

Playground is hot to the touch in the summer. An awning would be nice

Did not feel very safe at this park. Graffiti on playground equipment, used condom in parking lot, broken sinks in bathroom. On the plus side it does have tennis courts along with basketball courts and lots of grass for the kids to run around on.

My favorite stop along the way as I walk the path for exercise.,.

What the hell at a city of Phoenix, which my taxes help maintain, but you close the mens restroom and open the womens.

My granddaughter loved the park, my kids loved playing here when they were small

So many tweakers, instead of mirrors in the bathrooms there are caged cameras recording children. Sinks are always missing as the meth heads continuously steal them. Needles and burnt up trashcans throughout. The day I went there were 2 obese people in the grass field having sex. Id avoid unless your aim is to see what the end of society looks like.

Clean, small but not crowded, perfect for walks or kids to get a short break

Nice. By the water. Shaded. Area for both older and younger children. Downside weird scraggly ppl.

I grew up in the late 1970s and the 1980s around Nevitt. It a very nice park.

Its an okay park. The lights come on after dark and its hard to see. They need more lights put up in this park

Nice place but around night the place gets a bit dogdey. There’s dealers that usually show up around midnight there.

Small, quite park, perfect for just a relaxing day. There is 2 tennis balls courts, a basketball court, bathroom that I see workers clenaing all the time. Lots of parking and 2 jungle gyms. While they are a little older my kids havent noticed yet. Very clean park no issues.

Its a well rounded park with two playgrounds, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, full basketball court, and open grass fields surrounding all the activities. And scattered trees throughout Nevvit

Would be nice if it open but they are working on the play ground....so cant really give a review.....should send out notifications that playground is closed for maintenance.

It is very fun there is a charter school next to it tons of nice people and good basketball court and foot ball field

It was horrible. the bathrooms were filthy and stalls didnt even have doors

Beautiful small park and never crowded

Although the equipment is nice and the park is well equipped even with bathrooms, there are many issues at this park. Lots of fighting and bulling occurs here among older children. Just advised greatly to not let your children go alone.

I like how spatious this park is, its where I can almost feel alone, and the swing is my favorite there.

Not sure why, but theyve got one of the slides blocked off. Love taking my 2yo to this park in the afternoons though!

The park is nice but there not enough light at the actual play ground. I also got the feeling it wasnt very safe. 2 cop cars came to park and a few young men ran away (they were smoking MJ). So i wouldnt go there when the sun is setting. May when the sun is out its ok.

There is a lot of large space and a playground for the kids, but the tennis courts arent always open. Not bad for a neighborhood park though!

Good place for family fun

Being a family park I dont recommend taking your family here. By the bathrooms there was 3 makes using drugs and spray painting bikes, topically a sign the bikes are stolen. By the park bench were 2 individuals making a drug deal right in the open. I will never again go to this park as this activity is frequently going on there.
