Manager is super rude has his son and daughter leaving on property they can do what ever they like and he wont complain. They never answer the door and they are never in the office not even when rent is due. Non-residents are constantly throwing there unwanted furnisher in the trash bins,and he increases the trash fee on the residents. Poor management .

There is one trailer that smells like cat urine so bad it makes the we hole park smell. They are elderly but their adult son and his druggie friends do nothing to help them. Its sad really. A dam shame if u ask me. Shame on their son for being so disrespectful and such a waste of time.

Really crowded horrible causeway do not like going here it is a one way street path inside of the trailer park and back out of the trailer park when yhou leave try and keep your attention very aware because it is so packed no place to park unless you try and squeeze yourself in there also there arent many stores too choose from in the area they also need to fix the street

The manager is really rude and sells drugs the pool has certain hours and if youre in there for a little longer he will kick u out unless its his family they will be in the pool after hrs
