Most of the mobile homes are of the older models the park has been in service for a good many years. However, the streets are in good repair the lots are clean of trash and I didnt see even one junk car in anybodys drive way. Being a mature park it has lots of shade trees.

Looks run down and not very clean, kids always running around unsupervised. Its in a high crime neighborhood. Not a good place if you have kids. If youre a lone and a male then you should be fine.

Dirty. Little or no space between homes ergo absolutely no privacy or peace of mind. Would prove dangerous ti children. Many units in obvious disrepair. Overall a very depressing and disagreeable to live. Or even visit.

If you are looking for a place to call home, where you can live in peace, & have good, decent neighbors, this would be the park for you. But if you expect to have decent, fair-minded, HONEST park managers, who also apply the rules fairly to all tenants, look elsewhere.After living in this park for over five years, my rental agreement was discontinued without any stated reason/reasons, & ten days to pack up my things & move.The on-site management couple are
