I lived here and I still love it.

While I was visiting the Michigan Trailer Park, my phone and bicycle were stolen. I used the located my device app. The app showed me a specific trailer. I went to it and knocked on the door. When I did that, I saw people through the window, however, no one came out to speak with me. So I filled a police report, with no resolve. My Mom gave me that bike for my birthday. I had it 2.5 years. I had just gotten out of a relationship where the person took everything I had worth anything and sold it. The only 2 things I had left were that phone & my Chrome 20in GT... Until someone from the Michigan Trailer Park took those things from me.This place is a dive.

Parking is limited, hardly any space to drive through the park. Nice kids basketball court, a lot of run down trailers infested. A few nice ones. The staff was helpful but the power gets added on to your bill so you never know how much you will pay or if you even used that much power to begin with. Could be cleaned up but definitely run down trailer park.

This is a family mobile home park. The primary reason I like being here is that there are no rentals, only owners. Its quiet and peaceful and friendly. Been here for 5 years.

Bed bugs transferring from trailer to trailer, roaches, and mice. Drugs, junkies shooting up in cars and on porch. Tried telling manager multiple times, all of which were ignored. Electric box is always being damaged by who knows, and when fixed charges way over what its supposed to. Manager refuses to fix anything on property. Laundry room never has working machines, Ive called the company several different times to get a refund on money the machines took. Dumpsters are almost always overflowing with trash, and bed bug infested furniture. They dont follow the rules from landlord and tenant act for mobile homes, city has come out several times due to them shutting off water without notice. One of the people who lives there in the biggest trailer never pays rent, Just does work here and there for free rent and has told people manager steals money from the tenants. (Which makes sense since they have a new car seemingly every few months.) People speed through the park, kids almost get hit on a daily basis. Dogs run rampant, and management does nothing about that, my son was approached by a dog known to bite that was running loose. Ive made a report to the city about the bed bug infestation in one mobile home that theyre letting a tenant sell, which by law they can not sell it. Over all if I could this place would have zero stars. Bad place, esp for people with children. Sex offenders live right down the street over the train tracks, drugs going in and out all the time, management does nothing to keep anything safe for children, things get stolen right off your patio, even by maintainence. Theyll watch your stuff and when you leave take it. Bad place, never rent from here. Never rent to own these kinds of instead trailers.

I lived there in the 50s most fun place to be adult and teenagers. Pot luck in the rec hall games and cards I learned to swim there. The owner ran the park very clean

This trailer park sucks potholes and speed bumps everywhere except where needed by laundry room. The office/owners do not keep up with property full of cats and trash. You are only allowed to have two vehicles which is fine, but if you have Company over and they park in front of trailer a tow truck will take your vehicle with no warning...... I would give no stars if I was able Dont not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could use a better entrance &exiting system.

I live at peace here. No one bothers me here. The only noise we ever hear are kids playing.

Clean people mind there buzsness!! Not to many bog and cat running around. Nice and quiet!!!

Full of roaches and no good people . Management is horrible . They are scammers . Everyone there are such bad influences for my kids .

P is on duty less than 10 days a month. They only do bandaid repairs on the trailers. The kids run wild destroying property and damaging cars with no penalties from the management when proof is shown. The place has trash blowing around with no one caring to pick it up. The train makes sleeping at at night difficult. Drivebys on the park happen on the regular. This place is more like south phx. It sucks. People speed through the park narrowly missing running over kids on a daily basis. This is not a safe place for kids. The crazy part is, this is the best of the 3 properties they own.
