This place was better then I thought we have gone next door to IHOP and they would not give us a table for my family and I because we had 5 people sorry for having a normal family size so we have gone next door because kids where hungry didnt think my kids would have fun because they are 7 years old and 16 years old but they had great prices and food they had great deals and the staff was great food was very food they had stuffed Crest pizza and cheese bread and wings thanks to all you at this Chunk E. Cheese.

Great service great fun entertainment well desired for the children as well as for the adults and if food is divine

Alot of the games are for small children under then that it was a good place to go with my 8 year old old

They could have a better system for there quota on occupancy. We lost out on the $1 play for an hour bc there was no place to sit, so we have to purchase our play before we ate which disqualified us for the $1 play. Then less than 5 min after we paid full price, tables opened up.And I never omce saw anyone disinfecting the games, only tables. It has been two weeks since our visit + are C19 free.

Its was fun. When we first got there it was before noon so it wasnt crowded. But right after 1pm this place was so packed, it was so hard for my kids to get to anything fun. They have Chuck come out and do a dance every so often, then afterwards he throws tickets on the ground for kids to pick up.

Well this is the last time I’m coming to this place I always come here with the family but this was by far the most horrible time I’ve ever had with my kids.....first we walk into the place I see everyone I mean everyone without a face mask on my family except my son since he has asthma ..he asked does my son have a mask I said he has asthma he can’t wear it I said well how come everyone else doesn’t have a mask on Then they ask us to all take a selfie together so they will know who we came in with ..they must not stamp hands during Covid.. I can say I wasted 90 something $ in this place tonight and half the games are gone they have no games here half the game that were there didn’t even work! At 7pm we asked if we could order some food and they said the kitchen was closed! So they really lost out on more money

Chucky cheese is the best even though the animaltronics are creepy lol but very amazing

I love this place Ive been going since I was a little girl . Now I am grown and am looking forward to taking my own child once covid is cleared up.

So when I was here at this Chuck E. Cheese it was pretty cool, but then I saw so many new games. I was like, LETS PLAY THOSE NEW GAMES and btw the pizza and their staff are really nice!

My grandkids love it and we never have a problem the staff very very nice.

Its chuck e cheese. Its exactly what you expect. The kids enjoy themselves thats what matters. I like the unlimited play

Its not a bad place to have a party for children up to age 10. Prices are not worth it. It is free to get in but in my opinion they should not be able to cut a pizza in 6, 8, 12 or whatever pieces and call it a large, extra large or an XXL size and charge the price they do for it.

Its been over 18 years since i last went to chuck e cheese an i must say I was very happy with the service an the hostess, new party packages an unlimited game play for the kids is great an the menu has been upgraded as well so its a win win win for me an im sure others can say the same...well most of them my bad, overall it was fun an all the kids an adults had a great time as well so 5* for now until next time an on a side note..the pizza was amazing.

Pleasant this time around, I guess we choose the right time to come, it was clean inviting and they had free play for my kids for like an hour, also with the pizza and bread sticks. You cant go wrong,

I absolutely enjoyed myself here. I went as a last minute option for my after school program students. I sooooo, did not want to go. Its was such a health hazard the last time I went (A few years ago) and costly. First off they got rid of that germ box of jungle gym and it now has unlimited game play by purchase. The children had so much fun. They got to be kids without having to worry about running out of tokens. I played a few games for them. None of them wanted to leave and they never got bored. The games are great as well. They even have a really easy grab machine for the younger kids. They are not cheap but they are not too expenseive either. Whatever the price it is sooooo worth it.

I had my serious doughts about this place, my daughter is 7 and Id never let her go to one. It was Clean, accommodating and the kids love it! She was there for a large birthday party and the staff was very helpful to the girls mother, and all the guests as well. Not so big that you need to worry about where your child is so you can actually sit and relax for a moment. Actually a good short notice place for a party too. Again Clean, attentive staff and kids loved it.

Great for our birthday party! Host was attentive and helpful. If youve never been to a Chuck E Cheese, it is loud, extremely loud. But kids will have a great time!

Kids running around and parents not paying attention. The employees are slow at responding to broken machines. The food is too expensive for what you get. My kids enjoyed it but I did not.

My 3rd time here and its always a weekday after work. Not crowded at all. And all the games was working other then running out of tickets. The staff was on top of it Everytime. My son had his biggest win 6,223 tickets on our last visit there.

The new method for buying tokens is so great. Buying time with unlimited play is so much better, it makes it a lot more affordable. Just wish the bathrooms were cleaned more often, they are a mess.

Much to my surprise this was tolerable for and adult with kids. My kid had a blast at the birthday party we attended, and I didn’t feel like killing my self. The noise level wasn’t bad. The pizza was surprisingly good!

The cashier at countertops were lost / and not focus on customer service without us theres no you my first time here and last food was nasty. Even the salad bar look old. Tomatoes had sour taste. Then the soda machine ice was not working and I watch a lady wait 5minutes for grapes because it was meat in it?

I enjoyed myself with my children, but when it came to pricing there was a bunch of false advertisement everywhere. They promote deals, then prove that the promotion is false or a misunderstanding when it’s time to pay.

We had a great time. The cards are a great idea

Polite staff, fun games, they are fair and quick to resolve issues. You could spend hours here and the kids never get bored. It does get pricey though and the prizes are cheesy for the amount of tickets you have to spend on them. I ended up spending extra money at the end to buy a chucky cheese doll because my daughter was so disappointed with her prizes and she had A LOT of tickets. Other than that she had a blast for a few hours! The games are really fun even for me!

My kids had a blast here I love their coupons that they have online they never expire and the staff is always fun their young and they communicate with their guest. Chucky is very energetic dances with the kids and makes it fun and not like a job

Need better customer service employees. The staff should consider walking around making sure the game machines are always working properly also checking to make sure the ticket machine isnt jamed

The staff was nice but the parents and children...ew. One woman was throwing paper stuff at her child and when she left she left the biggest mess under and on the table. Great role model, slob. I feel bad for the staff to have to deal with those trash bags.

Me and my family come here every so often with are 4 kids ..gotta say they really love it here ...it can get crowded at times but at times it’s not crowded at all that’s even better ... but the staff are pretty friendly and helpful parking is good big parking lot out front of the place ..the food is pretty good especially the pizza ...not bad for the price I thought it wouldn’t be good but I was definitely surprised on how good it is ..but all in all a really good place for the kids to come eat a bit play games a lot lol and win some prizes... we will be back soon !!!

This is an awesome chuck e cheese location! Went during the day on a Saturday (around my neighborhood when we go at that time we wear war boots and bulletproof vests), and it was amazing, clean, polite, and all machines had pretty much no wait. Wonderful!

I strongly believe this one is way better than the one out Springfield... they have a toddler section, kid and older kid section... the seats are arranged better and it is more games for the kids to enjoy.

Granddaughter loves it but machines were not working Chuckie finally came out only becase i asked he had no energy and stayed out for 5 minutes

I only go here on the rare weekend morning I am off. My and my son simply play arcade games for a while and leave. The staff are very friendly. The arcade games are just OK. The ticket winning games are fun but the prizes are incredibly dumb. Couldnt Chuck E Cheese have at least the equivalent of a happy meal toy?

This location has really gone down hill. I use to come here as a kid, now I bring my son. Im so disappointed with how its being maintained. The bathrooms were disgusting. Out of the three stalls only one was usable. The first toilet was leaking pretty heavily and must have been leaking for a while because it had rusk forming. The other had no toilet paper and the trashcan was over flowing. The third had dried up poop drops on the floor. I dont think the bathroom has been properly cleaned in years.Now for the dining areas. There were tables with empty pizza pans and used napkins that had sat uncleaned the entire 2 hours I was there (no, I dont believe they were being occupied because I didnt see anyone go back to those tables). The soda station was super sticky and messy. I dont want to even think about how dirty the tunnles must be if this is how the game floor is!

Tbe deal the th have now where you can pay per time spent is genius. I tell my kids unlimited play for an hour and they run around like it Is super market sweep. Its still a little dirty and staff is young and no one is really in charge but as long as you watch your own kids its cool. Dont expect that much either its chuck e cheese not dave and busters
