A great family-friendly fun time. My youngest (1yrs old), my 3yr old and my 6yr old, all had an amazing time! My wife and I may have had the most fun of all. Very clean, great food options, games and party packages. The owner and his family are very kind and fair!!!

Great value! Nice family owned business. The rink was large enough to skate freely. There were plenty of games to play and they all worked. Tickets were fairly given. There were 3 bouncy play areas and even a mechanical bull ride. There was a rock climbing wall and private rooms for parties. For a family of 5 it was worth the money. We went early on a Friday and had the whole place to ourselves. The owner is friendly. They have skates to rent and the walker for new skaters. This place was clean. We will be going back!

The kids love this place! There are multiple play stations for them to enjoy and the place itself is a decent size. Not too big to where your kid will get lost and not too small. The only thing I would change is their Elmo character could look better

Great place to bring the kids just hosted my sons 5th birthday party here and it was so much fun. Clean and the staff is really nice and efficient only problem was a lot of the games were not working

My nephew had his birthday party there and he had a blast, its not that many places in philly for kids to go, so Im happy its somewhere local I can take my kids

The place was fun the prices was decent and the I didn’t have any problems with the customer service the jump things do need to be clean wipe though other than that my kid had a good time. The games are a little pricey though.

Rented a party room for about 300 dollars which includes 2 large pizza 2 drinks for ten kids and each kids get 10 tokens. Skating is NOT included. Didn’t really use the party room at all. The place was not clean. Characters costumes were dirty. Would came out 150 cheaper if I just paid for the 10 kids and order pizza.

We enjoyed our visit here food was hot and prices reasonable.

This review is going off of my only time Ive been there which is recently with my step daughter and her mother. I gotta say this place is good value getting in, as far as the food I cannot comment as we didnt eat here, it was just for the rink and the bouncy houses and whatnot. However, we also didnt use the arcade as we thought that we would have a better experience at Dave and Busters on that end. This place was packed and full of people when we were there.My biggest concern about this place is sanitation, as you can clearly see that these rides are older, and dirty. Secondly, they are not in their prime and top shapes. So that is another thing that I would address. They definitely are in need of touching up.Beside that the rink was cool and looked well, I dont know if it is a new attachment to the place or not however. But none the less it is in great condition as well as the skates they have you use. Overall it is a cheaper option to Dave and Busters and the other competition for certain things, but it needs work.

Only giving three stars due to the fact my children and cousins enjoyed their selves. As far as everything is....not so much. I couldnt buy a pitcher of juice. I was told I could only buy single juices for everyone and the pitchers were for parties only. I came with ten ppl. Thats ridiculous. If Im paying for all us to skate, jump and also buying food, I should be able to buy a pitcher. Also the bathrooms are disgusting ️ smells like complete urine. Nobody cleans them routinely.

Great place to kill time for a couple hours

The kids did not want to leave. They have rock climbing, roller skating, ride the bull, arcade, and much more. Staff were all so helpful. The food was good. Prices great

My son LOVES this place! Fun bounce houses, slides, wipeout style courses, rock climbing, arcade, & they now have a skating rink! Super cute for kids, and plenty of chairs for parents to sit and rest lol. Also, it should be noted that the owner is extremely friendly & kind! The prices are very affordable!

My granddaughter enjoyed celebrating her birthday here. The staff were helpful and ready to ensure we had a good time!

Fun spot for kids to run and play. Pizza and wings were surprisingly good. Not crowded and price is reasonable although I came on a Groupon. A bit hidden behind the citizens Bank.

Its a great place to take the kids even adults can play. Its $10 for the bouncy houses, some you can play basketball, volleyball, slide, jump on supersized balls or jump over the spinning arms. The also have a bull ride which is $2.50. Then theres a nice amount of games to play. The staff is kid friendly and its in the neighborhood.

This place has a distinct smell and I believe its because the moon bounce area is not being cleaned or sanitized. The thought of eating here went out the window, once I seen one of the cooks in the back come to the front to cash out somebody tickets with flour all over their hands(no gloves) I was no more good! Im giving this place 2 stars because over all my daughter still had a ball.

I hate this place. The name sounds more fun then the actual facility. Children get bored with the bouncey houses very quickly. Then they want to play games. The tokens are priced as normal. 25cents per token but most of the games need four tokens each. So thats $1 per game. The food is the worst. Their chicken wings literally have no flavor and they call them buffalo wings. And they have no large quanity deals or specials. Children would have a better experience at chucky cheese even if they still sold tokens.

We came here with a group of families last month and had the best time. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a large food order and they made sure to bring it out the requested time. They had different characters come out to greet the children (spongebob, spiderman, etc) which was a fun surprise. We will definitely come back!

The place looks nothing like it does online. The bounce attractions are full of holes. If the air pumps werent on full blast they wouldnt of even been half standing. The price for parties are ridiculously high for no apparent reason. Not to mention the food is horrible the pizza took me back to high school terrible just terrible. The location of the place itself is just awfully dirty. But the staff is pleasant

This place is boring and increasingly expensive. They have a lot of bouncy houses but not too many games and the bouncy houses can get boring after a while. The games take tokens and most of them cost four tokens to play. Thats a dollat each game. I would never plan a birthday party here. Oh and the food is awful. The pizza taste sweet and the buffalo wings are plan with no flavor. They are basically flavorless chicken wings with blue cheese on the side. I was so upset. I will never pay to take my kids here ever again.

I had my son’s party here. We had the party room from 1:30-3:30pm. The staff was amazing, they had very good costumer service! If you decide to have a party, plan it for early afternoon because after 3:30 it gets packed. Thanks Jump To It! I will be coming back.

Very overcrowded facility. The equipment could be cleaner especially that it services young children. The arcade machines were iffy at times and required adult intervention. The food wasnt bad for a kids event it just took long to come out. It was just pizza, frenchfries and wing dings. Its run by a bunch of teenagers that need for social skills.

Food was good. Prices reasonable. Faciilty not well lit. Dirty. Cold. No outside food permitted including birthday cake!!!!! 3 stars only because of the food and the kids enjoyed themselves.

Its worst then Chucky cheese. I say that because, the customer service is ran by immature kids. Literally its always someone who is young and have an attitude and maybe just maybe one adult sitting on the sideline. The food is ok. The prices are a little high but the unlimited jumping is probably the most attractive thing. At least the games are always working. Its not my favorite place but its cheap and the kids like the bounce houses.

Surprised by how much fun I had here with my nephew. The employees were super nice. They had a bunch of characters dressed up in different costumes. Nephew had an absolute blast on all the different bounce houses. The arcade was small but they gave you alot of tickets. We ended up getting a ton of prizes with the 10 bucks we spent on coins.

Decent concept for an indoor playground, but is rough around the edges.I brought my toddler here and she had a blast - there are inflatable slides, bouncing houses, and a mechanical bull. She was intrigued by the characters walking around - Mickey, Elmo, Doc McStuffin, Spongebob...I cant comment on the food because we didnt have any of it, but there didnt seem to be any healthier alternatives. We tried to play a games in the arcade and a couple were broken as was the ticket machine. I think this place would be really nice if the lighting were better, there was soap in the bathrooms, and they fixed the broken machines.

The young ladies that work in there are so ghetto they make you dont even want to come in all the games are broken the bathrooms are always dirty had to go up to the counter to ask for toilet paper

I hated the place, but the kid loved it and thats what counts. I didnt like the fries or mozzarella sticks but the kid ate them up and didnt complain so I wont either. The staff look like teenagers working in an arcade and not certified childcare workers because they are teenagers working in an arcade so get over it and just watch your damn kids. It cost $10 for the kid to bounce till exhausted and i didnt have to pay to get in and watch. I kept a close eye on her like in the olden days when folks didnt have phones to watch instead. If this is to overwhelming for you and you want staff to be more involved in supervision, responsible even, this is not the place for you. Some kiddos will love this place and never want to leave while others may not be that into it just like anything else, but for 10 bucks its worth a test run. Basically, watch your kids because some adults wont watch theirs and staff members dont look older than Kids themselves! Kids love to bounce, so go there to bounce not eat but, if you must, dont order the pizza and if youre looking for a higher end place or chain, this is not one of those. This is a small neighborhood arcade with bouncy houses for entertaining young children on a tight budget. My 8 yo rated Jump to It 100 on a scale of 1-5, so Im giving it 5 stars on her behalf.

My boys love it here and this is their favorite spot they get that play games and jump and they have a bull ride here for children it is awesome is great for it the food is good too and they had food packet so the kids arent basically getting two things for the price of one which is excellent cuz they can jump around a while and then go play games and then do it back and forth they also have a rock climbing wall for the children that was pretty cool to see some of the kids climb up the staff here is very helpful

Great staff but I do not recommend! Stay away this place is not child or adult friendly at all. Everyone got bruised cut up and scraped repeatedly. I felt like I needed a shower after leaving as well. Not visible from the road either. Do you and your kids a favor dont go, whatever you do Do Not Ride That Bull!! It is unsafe!

Nice place to bring the kids, they loved it! Kinda small though. Food could be a lot better, fries are good... easy to end up spending a lot of money here between admission, games and food...

Not many staff members watching the children, it gets dangerous when are so many children in one bouncy house, but all in all my daughter had a great time! Although I was exhausted from chasing her around and other children as well because no staff were watching them!

Fantastic way to get some energy out of your toddler for $10 when the weather wont allow for the playground. I got a good tip to go right when they open so the little one could enjoy before the big kids showed up about an hour and a half later. It was a little dingy, I would have been bothered were I a clean freak, but it was not a huge deal to me. I appreciated the bathrooms with kid sized toilets since my kid is in the midst of potty training. The rules were not super clear (shoes on/off? parent included/not?) but it was so empty they may just not have cared. Also wish there was a way to easily use the ATM to get cash for the games - the token machine doesnt take the big bills and the staff wasnt available enough to break one. But now I know, and I would prefer all these little dings to the place costing twice as much.

So, I wanted my daughter and bestie to have a good pre Birthday Turnup but how? We walked into a gloomy room where almost every machine is broke. The bounce area has poor lighting and is not up to par. This was definitely a wasted trip. Guess were going to the movies.

This place is a watered down Chuck E. Cheese. They charge $10 per kid to jump on moon bounce type equipment. They have a mechanical bull. You pay for that too. Still have to buy tokens for video games. The food is overpriced and service is lousy. The server laid my pizza on the bare table after he slid it off the tray. It was replaced but it was awful. I ordered 3 pizzas and chicken fingers. Each pizza and the order of chicken fingers were brought out separately. Each about 15 minutes apart. I had 12 hungry children with me. The kids enjoyed it but it is so not worth your money.

Im here now..even tho my kids are having fun ..there a lot of things I see that dnt sit right...like how there kids running around knocking others over...walking around crying cuz they got hurt.....there are no adult over seeing the inflatables...its a hot mess...its like a zoo in here....
