This place was great! I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday. The staff was friendly and efficient. Christina my server was awesome. Ed the manger allowed me to bring a cake, and they brought it out with the candles lit. They made my daughter’s birthday feel so special. My niece lost her phone, I informed Toni at the desk upon my departure, she personally contacted me that the phone was found. The staff, service and vibe was awesome. I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone. These staff members are definitely as asset to the company.

If i can rate a 0 i would. I went there tonight with my husband and my son for his birthday dinner. He had been begging me to take him there for his birthday so we decided to drive over from New Jersey. We were seated real quick which was a plus for me since I’m pregnant and was starving. We ordered a appetizer, 3 drinks and Our server Dominque recommended my husband and i order the lobster Alfredo since it was her favorite. Food came out and we started to eat and i noticed a roach on the table i jumped up almost falling out of my chair and notified the hostess Evelina who was nearby. She came over and killed it and apologized and said she was going to talk to a manager. The manager Omar came over and asked what he could do for us. Never once apologizing I asked him to please remake my food and package it to go since i was disgusted and had lost my appetite. He ended up taking care of the bill. I had Dominque ring us up for 3 desserts to take home because i wanted to make sure i could tip her. Omar brought our food out and we went to arcade so my son can play. We spend almost $200 in chips and stayed until closing despite me starving so that my son can enjoy his birthday. I’m just getting home and sat down to eat. To my surprise the food that i received is not at all what i ordered. It was just thrown together and It was plain Alfredo sauce and 3 pieces of steak. It was missing the lobster sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and shrimp. I probably should of checked my food before leaving but As a manger Omar should of made sure it was made correctly. I’m really disappointed and had hoped i could enjoy the night but I’m left feeling very disappointed and upset. Especially since i have to now send my husband out to Wawa to get me something to eat so i don’t have to go to sleep without eating dinner. Ok so my waiter was great his name is WIZ so attentive, helpful great personality. Now the games are still there and working great not many ppl there and the have a lot of games down for social distance. The food menu is sorry they removed some of their greatest dishes and kept the funky ones. The menu horribly done but everything else is great.

Huge place to have some fun and play games. There are tons of games to play. You use a card so its easier. You can get multiple cards too if youre giving to kids. Kids are welcome too. The food was really good, drinks not so much but it was probably just a super busy time. The wait for tables was extremely long so make sure you call quite a bit ahead and reserve if youre going to eat there or if you have a big group. We ate at the bar so we just hopped into seats pretty quickly. There is also a bar and other high top tables in the game room. Parking is attached and was $15. It came with a coupon for a discount on food.

Had a lot of fun but they took too long to call us for a table.

So I went to this establishment on Saturday. They offer virtual reality which I paid for. My child and myself, I watched the people controlling the VR not sanitize between each group that got off. I spoke with 2 Managers who helped but at the end of the day, we are in a pandemic. It is important that during this time everything needs to be sanitized and ready for the next group. I was offered 1 free game play which is like ehhh considering that this virus could wipe a family out. I recommend coming here when COVID-19 is completely gone!

A lively sports bar! We could enjoy a game of pool there. It doesn’t have a bowling alley, that was disappointing! Service was a little slow and laid back! Overall a good place to hangout with friends and colleagues.

I visited this facility this past weekend. To my surprise there were no social distancing practices being followed . No sanitizer was available, mask were not being worn and games nor Kisok were being wiped down after use .People were packed in without a capacity limit which didn’t allow for 6ft separation .Unfortunately I was forced to leave in fear of my son getting sick and he was extremely disappointed.

It was a fun experience for my daughters birthday. You cant go wrong with this place for entertainment. My kids went to a game that kept charging them points from their card with a few attempts but the machine never started the game. Wish they told me while we were still there. Everywhere you looked, in the restaurant section, had huge screen TVs or projectors with different sports (MMA, boxing & football).They dont supply free birthday desserts with a candle or a song(that wouldve been nice). Our server was great. She was very polite. I ordered the Ancho Caesar Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps. But the avocados were missing. I shouldve mentioned it but dont like to be an inconvenience.

Went here for a large Meetup consisting of around 30-40 people on a Saturday evening. 14 of us ended up getting the large table in front of the bar area, however it seems they were short staffed that day (on a Sat???) and we never got a server or menus until 10 min after getting seated, our orders were taken 15 min later. Some of us (including me) never got our food orders, and we had to remind the server - who only came back to check on us at the end (about 40 min later)I had only ordered the brownie / ice-cream dessert but the brownies were rock hard.... In the end the late diners among us ended up getting our meals comped.It seems like D&B needs an extra server for the bar area for busy evenings as I noticed two other people sitting at the high top tables approach the bartender in order to get their server and check.

The sliders werent that good. Cold and very dry. The buffalo wing burger was amazing and so were the wings. The mountain of nachos was outstanding! It wasnt too crowded for a Saturday and I havent been there in years, but we got a Groupon for $40 for two cards with unlimited plays on them so we had hours of fun after the mediocre food. The staff was extremely nice and the prices arent awful, but maybe eat before you go and focus on the games.

This is a good atmosphere to just let some steam off on the waterfront.

A good place to hang out with family or friends. There is a lot of seating for eating and drinking. There is a decent selection of arcade machines and games. Place is generally clean and well kept. As with similar fun centers, the prizes are pretty cheap and not worth it for the most part. You can already assume that some of the machines with jackpots are almost impossible to win.

So much fun. My only concern was the wait for a table. Also, We put our names down and were told we would get a text when the table was ready. However, that text came at the same time we put our names down which took us out of the system. If we werent there at the time we predicted it would be ready, it would have been a major issue. More than enough tables were empty for us to sit at but we had to still wait for them to clean and prepare a new one. Other than that great experience.

Fun environment for people of all ages. A variety of games and choices. I have not eaten here so will not review the restaurant side of things. Friendly staff and seemed like well maintained establishment. This was my second time going, and will be back.

Great Valentines Day event today, food was excellent, really recommended the Parmesan Cheese Curds for an appetizer & Make your own Churro Sundae for dessert, excellent to say it all. Staff was great, the game atmosphere is awesome & overall experience is unforgettable. Highly recommended going here if you like to have a great fun time with friends and loved ones!!!

This place is always a ton of fun for the whole family. Bar for Mom or Dad. Plenty of games for everyone. Lots a great prizes available for tickets won while playing games of skill. This D&Bs was interesting (being on upper floor of old warehouse on the water front), scenic, and large. The dining and drinks were the same as any other D&Bs, and the arcade included a few things I hadnt seen before. However, the games were not terribly well maintained. Several games I played with physical components malfunctioned. Id be more forgiving if games were not premium priced as they are at D&Bs.

We are frequent customers of this location and we love it! It is generally very clean, the staff are typically very nice, and the selection of games are phenomenal. The food is delicious too! I use words like generally and typically because of course sometimes there are issues, but it is completely reflective of the customers that come here. I have witnessed groups of girls literally sleeping with their heads on tables. This can sometimes reflect negatively on businesses so maybe management can work harder to expedite the removal of customers like this. Other than that, we love this place!

My first experience was great. Went for my birthday with family. Loved it.

The games were a lot of fun for the most part and it was and amazing afternoon, we had problems we a couple games that would get stuck or wouldnt give the amount of points/coupons, some of them also had beverages or food inside them making us reconsider if we wanted to play them or not, finally the prices even though really well distributed, lack the option to buy candy or food from the bar which could be a better option for adults. All around nitpicking but it stacks up to a really good experience but not quite perfect

Not a low budget outing for sure, but great place to escape the winter blues! Food very good but limited esp for kids choices. Table service extremely slow. But the kids all had a great time and thats what matters most to us.

We sat down at 6:35pm. We had 7 people & it was not busy at all. We did not get our food until 8:15pm. The waiter, Jules, was as nice as he could be- but he waited forever to even put our order in. We finally grabbed a manager around 8pm & the manager said our food was only up for 12 mins, so Jules didnt even put our food in??? Very strange. We also ordered an off menu appetizer & instead of Jules telling us they didnt have it, he waited until the other appetizers came out to tell us.... The food, when it finally came, was good. The games were fun & there was a lot to choose from.

Dave & Busters was a lot of fun. The virtual reality games were amazing; the water drop in the Jurassic Park games was epic! I was; however, a little disappointed with the food - was not a good experience!

I just have a question how much is the party room?

The service was decent. However a purse was stolen from one of my employees along with her phone and management didnt seem very intrested in helping to resolve since it was closing time period to their defense they did ask a couple of questions but was very clear that there was no sense of urgency because it was closing time. Drink were bit watered down. The environment was great however. Great place to hang out and have some fun.

Hours 2pm to 5pm. Food service was really slow. There were only a couple of servers covering a large area. As slow as it was, there was a long wait for our food. The server was great though. The games area was crowded but there is plenty to do and play. Closer to 5pm, the place began to fill up with people possessing raw marijuana. Very potent stuff. Not a place I felt appropriate for my 3 yr old.

Cant have a bad time here. Our son is 5 and loves to play all the new, and old, games. Great value, and often times they offer some great discounts. Cant wait till it opens in NJ.

A nice Dave and Busters overall. The parking garage is actually a decent value, because they give you a coupon off of your visit. The food at this place is typical deep fried stuff that doesnt taste exceptionally fantastic, but also not bad. The drinks are decent, but very expensive.

This D&B store is excellent. Theres an excellent selection of games for both adults and kids. There are pool tables and multiple dining areas. The food is great. The service is great. Parking is 15$ but you get a 7$ food/drink voucher with the parking receipt.

Had a fun time here! The arcade is massive with lots of good games, and the food was REALLY GOOD. Staff was above and beyond! The place is also spotless, and I felt very welcome. See you guys again soon!

From the time we walked in to the time we left the staff was so helpful and prompt. Had trouble with the app and not one, not two, but three employees including the manager stayed with us until it was resolved. Had a few drinks at the bar where the bartender was very fast and super friendly. Very laid back and clean atmosphere. The virtual reality games are a must. The employee who helped us with that was great, even put the gear on for me and didn’t make us feel inadequate for obviously not being technologically literate. Bathrooms were sparkling and smelled nice, which is always a plus!

Half priced games are every wednesday and the wait staff, as well as bartenders, are super friendly. Highly recommended for a fun night out whether it be with family with children, or your regular night out group of friends.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon so the place was 90% empty. We waited almost 30 minutes for a waiter.I would also like to mention this was after a school event and the dining area was closed so they could clean. Besides the wait time the waiter was pretty okay. Not as attentive as Id like with us being the only table but not so neglectful as to warrant a bad/no tip. They have an abundance of games and a really nice prize room. Bathrooms could use a cleaning also. Overall I would recommend if the dining room is open.

Love this place. Went yesterday for my best friend birthday. I liked it. It was so long since Ive been there. I for got how good the food was lol. But it was very good planning on going back soon.

Great drinks ok food

Dave and Buster’s is a lot of fun. They always have new games every time I go there. The drinks and food are also both phenomenal and they they have different specials that include food plus games. The only thing to be aware of is that it came be expensive. Most likely even if you buy a food and credit (for games) special you will end up wanting to buy more credits. Overall this is a fun place just make sure your aware of the prices.

Lots of variety of games super fun with friends or family! I was there around 3 hours but definitely you can make it a whole day with the restaurant and bar option. Super fun!

Spent way less on games than we expected, still have a ton of points to go back and use next time. Also had a small issue with our food and they gave us more points to use. Really happy with my 1st visit here.

Me and the hubby went on a double date here. It was awesome. The food was great. The staff are what you get for young people probably working at their first job. Basically they were confused and bringing the wrong food to customers tables. They have a great eat and play deal. Once we finished eating we played pool. I thought the pool game would be included with the rest of the games but it was seperate. Thats was okay because the game was really cheap. There are so many games to play. You can win tickets but they are put on your card instead of having to deal with paper tickets. I really like that. I was able to purchase 3 small nice things from the ticket store. Overall I had really good time.

Been going to this D&B location for years. We get the BEST service from T who has been the best server to us. She is friendly and attentive. There are new menu items for kids that cuts down portions a bit but are the usual favorites like Sliders and Shrimp or their awesome pretzel dogs. Food is usually spot on and is tasty bar/pub food. Of all the Dave and Busters this is our favorite to frequent and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time!!

My sisters kids came, ages 10 and 11, and we all had so much fun. The food was delicious and there were so many games we didnt have time to play them all. Just make sure you bring enough money cause it is pricey.

We gave been to this location of D&B multiple times. Over a year ago there was issues, including bathrooms not being cleaned well and smell on vomit on the game floor near the bar. However over the past 6 months it has been much, much better!! The remodel and removal of the booths has been great. And there are SO many new games!! Bathrooms have been well maintained. The food is fantastic!! Every bartender serves up tasty drinks and the waiters/waitresses are on point and so nice! We will still come back agai!

I had watched here the first game NBA Finals 2019 Warriors@Raptors. Good design and nice TV. So, I spent time with positive emotions and good luck Golden State in the next games!

Love Dave and busters. Im happy that one will be opening closer to me in Gloucester township, but this one is still my favorite. I really hope it doesnt close down with this new developer coming in from NYC.

Service was horrible. Got seated for food and never once met our waitress. The lady who seated us had to take our order. The manager finally stepped in and gave us a discount for the bad service so that kinda made up for it until I went to the bar for a drink. The bartenders refused to make eye contact with any of us at the bar. And just to mention it was not busy at all which I could have made an excuse for the poor service but no. This was our first time at a a Dave and Busters and you know what they say about first impressions.

My job had their Christmas party at Dave & Busters. It was an awesome party. We had a private room, open bar, finger food which was good. I have a four star because they didnt figure enough food. They have games you can play.

Dinner was fine it just usually takes a while before you get your food, also make sure you let them know you want your appetizers before your main course. We were really hungry we ordered our appetizers and meal and couldnt wait for the appetizers which were taking a while before I was able to ask about the appetizers the meal came and then the appetizers right behind. I couldnt believe it, I had to tell them I dont need the appetizers now because our entree had arrived and if we are eating our appetizers our entree will get cold. Very frustrated especially when one is hungry.

I came here for a family night out. I had a reservation for 8 ppl. The package included bowling, shoe rental, pizza, and chicken bites platter, soda pitcher, French fries and kids party menu for 2 hrs at $34.95 per person. The food was good and the music was on point. We had an enjoyable experience.

The arcade portion was average for what I expect from a dave and busters. The restaurant is a different story. It took a while for our server to come take our order. My food came out first, my friends came out after I had finished eating. After the food came out, the drinks came out. The drink I ordered was warm despite having ice in it. I wouldnt eat here again.

Had my daughters Birthday party there last night and we had A ball. That place is awesome for kids to have A party

Terrible dining experience. Didn’t get one after getting a table & sitting & waiting for 40 minutes we were told it was an hour & a half wait for food. On a Saturday. So I can’t get food until midnight at this point. And nobody came over to the table to take a drink order or tell us this, we had to search for a waitress.

The food was pretty good and my niece and I had alot of fun playing games. We needed help setting up the new app to use in place of the cards but, once set up, everything was a smooth transaction. I could see how many tickets I had left and how many chips Id built up. Whenever I go back I can just go to the app and use whatever is left over from the last visit.

Always love coming here. They have a ton of games to play and a huge area to sit and watch sports. Drinks and gmfood are good too!

The game area was fun, but it can get really crowded really fast. It can also get rowdy from time to time. The main restaurant is great. No complaints there.

I hadnt been to this place in years but I decided to go for the bar area recently and have some drinks.I was surprised that there was a $5 cover charge to enter D&B on a friday night...that was very interesting for a place that is not a club atmosphere. So we enter, and its literally dead...no one was in the bar/restaurant area...a few couples.With the $5 cover charge, we thought it would have been lively. The drinks served at the bar were also very week. Which is usually expected in places like this but I had high Hopes that maybe they would actually pour alcohol in the drinks lol. I ordered a long island ice tea and it literally tasted like all sugar juice.Maybe I would return during happy hour when drink prices are cheaper and there is no cover charge (hopefully) to get in..

Arcade was cool and place was kept clean. Food took a while and was not very good. Cheese curds were covered in grease and my steak for my pasta was well done when I asked for medium rare. Buffalo bites were also really tough. And only some of our food was hot.

Had so much fine and they are getting better with selections with ticket prizes.. but still can improve with prizes

Horrible service ruined a good time. Four of us went here to shoot pool & play some arcade games. There’s no help when you walk in to know where you need to go for the pool table reservations are done at. Once we got a pool table, we waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come out, which none did. I asked for separate employees for our area waitress and kept being reassured someone would be over shortly. 25 minutes later, our waitress showed up but said her named and walked away. I got her attention and ordered our food/drinks that actually came out quick. We got the pepperoni pretzel bites, wings, and Asian chicken nachos which was all delicious. Drinks are on the pricier side but good. Once we were done shooting pool, we tried finding our waitress to close out the tab but to no avail. So we went up front to pay for the pool table and magically our waitress showed up there asking if we were trying to skip the tab. After feeling insulted, I explained no we weren’t going to skip on the tab and paid our bill. My wife and her friend sat at the bar and was ignored for about 15 minutes. Food that was ordered came out cold and took forever to close out the tab there also. Arcade games are reasonable priced and are mostly fun. Some of the shooting games don’t aim correctly but still fun. The virtual reality games are extremely fun. All in all, it was fun but due to service I highly doubt we’ll go back.
