Best summer menu ever! The $2 burgers were delicious. Open access. Great for outing with friends, photoshoot, and dates. Their drinks were well mixed. Also nice for picnics. Awesome rooftop spot with a view!They have circles in the grass to keep groups distanced and a dog park for you to bring your furry friend.Today they were playing classic rock music and showing Dexters Laboratory on a screen on the side of one of the adjacent buildings.They have a restaurant there to buy food and drinks as well.

When I got there it was 7 AM and there was nobody there. The place was clean the grass was mowed and the views were spectacular there. I will definitely make sure to check it out when the restaurant there is open. The park is free and you can take the stairs or the elevator to the top. I will say that I did notice that some people take their animals there to use the bathroom because I did see some animal waste in the grass area so just be on the lookout for that when y’all decide to go there And chill on the grass

Beautiful scenery and great for photo ops. Enjoyed myself with family and friends. Great place for picnics with older kids ( its a rooftop) and the food is amazing.

Its a nice place to hang out if you live around the area. I drove more than a half hour to get here. It was a fun experience, but not worth the drive. It also looked bigger from the pictures. Its not as big as I thought. Like I said, nice place to hang out of youre from around the area, but not so nice that you should drive across the entire city to get there.

This is a really cool dog friendly park. The views are amazing and I really like the 50 ft tv being up there. We plan on going back for their eagles party this Thursday. Im sure itll be a great time.We also got burgers from their food stand up there. They were really good as well.They also serve beer, wine, and some frozen drinks.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place - great view of the skyline and the restaurant, Sunset Social has both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and good healthy food options, too! One of my favorite places in Philly!

We stopped by the rooftop park at Cera Green and had our lunch. Nice view of the city!

Really nice relaxed vibe overlooking downtown Philly, with music and a very large screen for viewing cartoons lol. It has decent seating options like the grass, tables and chairs. On a hot day, the breeze from being high up is lovely. The french-fries that I had were really tasty, and yes alcoholic beverages can be purchased as well. The only downside was the excessive lantern-flies in the evening, that part really sucked...the area really needs to be sprayed.

Its a cute little patch of green in the middle of the city. It was very well kept and extremely clean. It is a dog park so all are welcome!

Amazing view of the city with a chill atmosphere. We took engagement photos here and were able to catch some great shots with the skyline as our backdrop.

This place was amazing, the veiw of the skyline...breathtaking. I was there for an event but its a really nice rooftop park, great for dates or just hanging out. Has a small Cafe, in which the food was pretty good.

Views are great and space is nice but it’s really gone downhill. The entire facility was dirty with wrappers and other garbage flying around. Given the crowds and the possibly reduced staff appears it is hard for them to keep up. Pretty crowded with sparse social distancing and mask wearing. I felt physically ill a couple hours later after eating some of my kid’s chicken fingers and tater tots.

Nice park on the roof of parking. They have a lot of green zones where you can sit on grass. Nice view on the city, specially at evening.

I wish I knew about this place sooner. My wife and I took our wedding pictures here and we were very pleased with scenery.

It’s a REALLY beautiful green urban space. They really really really need to get it together with the bar/restaurant though. I’ve been twice, and I thought maybe they just needed some time to get more staff/work out the kinks because the first time was right when it opened. Over two months later, still really slow service and obviously need more employees.

5/5 amazing rooftop view, great place to chill. Cost no money to visit, had a bar and restaurant around, and plenty of space to sit on (reclining chairs are usually occupied, grab one if you’re lucky) Trust me, you don’t wanna miss this one when you visit Philly. I recommend if you wanna use the subway use the blue(MFL) or trolley line to 30th street or park your car around there if you drive.(Come during sunset, they got the best view) Cheers!

Its a great place to bring the kids for movie nights and also a very unique space for a date night. During the day Ive used it for outdoor studying as well. Its very chill and they sell mixed drinks which is always a plus!

Youre paying for the view more than the food but its a cool experience for sure.

Great place to hang out. The grass is stiff and spikey so bring a thick blanket. But the view is wonderful and the little dog park is a nice touch

It was so beautiful. And such a beautiful view to watch. And the good this, its mostly safe because it has big plastic walls around most ofvthe spaces so no none falls while watching the view. Its also a beautiful place to have a family picnic too. Its just so beautiful with the flowers growing and the sun shining. All they have to do is put plastic walls on the other sides so no one will fall, and it would be a 10 stars. Im going to see if i can visit again because for my first time it was so beautiful

What a unique place, its a public park on top of a 12 story parking structure. This park is dog friendly and they sell food and alcohol. I would recommend this rooftop park to anyone living in or visiting Philly. Ive only been to Philly 6 or 7 times, but this is one of my favorite places to grab a beer. The view is great, if this was a bar they would be selling drinks for 20 ore more!

Beautiful place to hangout in philly. Open to all no entry ticket needed. It is very near to AMTRACK. Very unique place in the heart of city. Beautiful views, cool sunset. There is a bar where they sell drinks and snacks which are Moderately priced. Wort visit and must visit place in Philadelphia. Also very close to schuylkill river trail. Its just above the parking garage so no worries of parking.

Great place to spend an evening or night, it’s like you are in the city but not with the city because it’s so quiet and relaxing. There is a “dog park” recently open a restaurant and restroom too. The view is just gorgeous!

Its was great. Peaceful, sunny and reasonably warm for March I wish that the sunrise social was open though - it would have been great to get a drink and some food up there !

Was very shocked at how great this place is. I thought it was just going to be a flat surface with some grass dropped on top. It has an amphitheatre styled lawn on one end and tiered levels on the other side. Its very nicely done and has some pretty nice views too

What a great place to visit! Circa green far exceeded my expectations. It’s the first elevated park I’ve been to and will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a unique experience . To get tot the park, enter the parking circa green garage on 30th st between chestnut and walnut and walk straight back to the right. Take the elevator at the back to floor R. Just remember that street level is the 4th floor, not the 2nd floor.

Great panoramic views from 12 stories above ground level. Now has a small dog park and resturant (that was not open during our visit). Park in the garage or walk in and take the elevator up. Also added a new 90bazillion inch TV on the side of one of the buildings showing episodes of the office- and who doesnt need that on a January day??

The view from here is really beautiful! Ive attended evening yoga here and it was the perfect spot when the sun was setting. Brandywine Realty did a beautiful job with this place. I think there is a small restaurant being added as well.Helpful hint for visitors: this is not in the Cira Center, as I leaned when my uber driver dropped me off there instead. :)

Awesome spot to chill at night and have a birds eye view of the city! Great for photos! Real grass and trees, lots of chairs, a massive TV screen where they show movies and sports, and a small restaurant where you can get food & drinks! All for the price of parking!

Never heard of a public park free of charge on top of a multi storied building. Its got a great view of the Philly skyline, is pet friendly, and has food and drinks available for purchase. Great place for events.

Visited this place as a celebration organized by my department. The place is very nice. Good views of Philly skyline. Its an open place with good and spread out seating. The food wasnt really good. It was very bland and there wasnt much variety (Not sure if it was catered by Cira greens)
