A nice neighborhood park. The equipment is geared toward younger kids but still fun for all.

Its a decent park for the area. Plenty for the kids to do. Not very well kept up though. Its shady, which is great for hot, sunny days, but not good for rainy days. If you go after the rain, make sure you wear mosquito repellent and bring a towel to wipe down the palyground. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables to sit down.

This park is good for a quick drive-by to let the kid do a slide and a quick swing to keep him quiet. but I very much dislike coming here. The wood chip ground covering is very irritating, there are ants at every swing, slide, and table. There are always homeless people hanging around the picnic tables creating messes and sleeping around with all manner of clothes removed. It also seems like every time I come here I see at least one band aid and at least one flosser on the ground. I do not recommend this park, it is not conducive to a safe play area for small children.

Pretty Park, hate that there seems to always be litter.

Very clean place... only one area for parking though... but it was nicely placed and my son had a lot of fun qhile we killed some time between errands.

Its way to many fire ants. Completely every where. We couldnt enjoy the park. Ants ants and spiders. HATED IT!

Its a nice place to sit and have lunch. But be careful with your children on the caterpillar jungle gym. It is very slippery.

This park is clean, sanitary. absolutely a ton of different obstacles and other objects that make this place fun, beautiful and utterly unforgettable. no matter your age, it’s the perfect peaceful and enjoyable place to go to.

Dont go during summer time! Red ants are so bad that my daughter had to keep walking so she would not have ants crawling on her! Worst experience ever at a park!!!!

Awesome place for kids

This is a very nice park. I have taken my daughter here a few times and each time has always been enjoyable. That being said, it isnt in the best part of town and if you didnt know where it was, its not easily seen. But other than that, its a huge Park and as long as you go during the day it is just fine! There are porta potties and places that you can get water so that is nice. There are plenty of benches for the parents to sit and watch their kids play as wellAnd for older kids there is a skate area! So kids can use 1/2 Pike and everything else as long as youre wearing protection. Im sure it has signs saying skate at your own risk but theres no one there watching just to let parents know.

There are so many different accessories and activities for kids who enjoy music, skating, science and more. They have things for special needs and gazebos and fields. I wish they had parks and playgrounds like this when i was a kid

Nice park for kids, less crowded and your kid can play peacefully. I often visit here, my kid loves playing swing and slides here. It also has a kind of open ground to play soccer and have seen people playing soccer. I suggest to wear shoes instead of sandals or slippers as I have seen ants many a times.

Okay nothing so special about it.

We have taken all 3 of our children here!! Been regulars since about 99. My children are too old to want Momma to take them to the park but id say this is a nice park and a great location for running their energy out before dinner!!

My grandkids love it, the only downside is no public restrooms. Lots of large shady trees to keep the equipment not as hot as it could be if fully exposed to the sun.

To many fire ants

Decent little park. Just a fyi, there was a random little girl running around trying to steal our snack and drinks when we had our backs turned. From what I hear she lives close to the park and does it fairly often.

My kids love this park and I love being able to play disc golf when I go as well.

Fun place for the little ones to play and explore.

Pretty park. One star taken because there is no fence between the playground and road. Tippin is pretty busy.

Good spot if your an Adult watching your kids.Bad spot if your a kid without parents watching you due to Sex offenders and sickos lounging in that area, so much for security....

This park is nicely shaded with mostly shaded parking. The grounds could be kept up a little better but the kids had fun anyway. At the time of our visit, there was a pretty big ant problem in certain areas, so beware.

This park was a blast! My nearly two year old had so much fun climbing on all of the structures and the slides were awesome. Its a great spot to get some photos of your kiddo in action too! I got loads of wonderful pictures when we visited. Highly recommend!

Nice equipment, everything else is garbage!

Not much there...a little play area for small children and a practice field for baseball/softball.

Nice and cool place. The location is good, my 2 year son loved the place, especially the swing...it has 2 slides, a smaller one and another a moderate size. It is surrounded with a huge empty ground where even kids can enjoy, three tables with seating arrangement where parents can sit and watch kids playing..All in all it is a good place for kids below 5 years...My kid is so picky in food and he luckily had some food here..so I am glad to be here...

Its a nice little park tucked away in a bustling area. It has some slides & playground equipment for the kids and a nice and clear field for running around or playing a sport. I just enjoy going there and sitting outside while reading or jyst thinking. Very calming big space. I agree, a couple water fountains and maybe a bathroom would be nice.

Its a nice place to be. not the most peaceful because of all the cars passing by. but i went there to read today & wasnt disappointed.

Great big park for little kids. Kite flying area in field. Benches and picnic tables. Pokemon friendly. Could use a bathroom for the kids and maybe even a water fountain.

Good home feeling park.

Its not a bad park. I would not mind coming here since it has a huge place for kids to run around, climb and ample of space. The trees provide a good cover when its sunny or hot. The park could probably use a good refurbish since it looks like it hasnt been changed or replaced in awhile. And the people who like to smoke shouldnt be smoking near or close by when children are present or playing. I think it would be ok if no one else is around. But its really inconsiderate to others. I wouldnt be coming back here!

Great park/playground! Too close to North Ninth Avenue, and traffic is heavy and unpoliced on Tippin.

There is an open field for kids (and adults) to play baseball or soccer. The playground is pretty nice too. Area is covered with trees. So its great for hot summer days.

Its a great park for kids to place, just make sure they use the restroom before arrival because there are no public facilities.

Good slides. My 3 yo likes it. There are guardrails missing from a few high places which makes me nervous. The zipline track is non-functional and the riding toys are really crooked and have limited motion. They do have several swings (4-6 regular and 2 baby) that are in good shape. Good for about 15-20 minutes of play and then he gets bored.

This park is run down. The paint is faded off of everything that is metal, the playground borders are collapsing in and there are fire ants all around the picic tables. The park has such great potential to be something great but the matinence is just not there.
