Peaceful and pleasant, friends brought chairs, we walked and enjoyed the view. Its just the maintenance that had me giving 3 stars. It hasnt been mowed and the small black ants were awful as they were last week.

Small but packs a punch. Small walking areas and benches, right on the water, easy parking, what more can you ask for in downtown Pensacola?

The Very Special Arts Festival at this location on Nov 2 was wonderful.

Its a place missed easily if you are not paying attention or unaware of where it is. With a quaint grass area and a few covered picnic tables....and a beautiful view of the downtown bay, a person can enjoy a relaxed moment of de-stress and just relax and unwind. Bear in mind it is right off of main street so there is traffic and at the right time of day, no chance of crossing the street safely. But if you time your trip you will see the beauty of this long time location directly across the street from seville park.

Beautiful park right on the water Downtown. The Crawfish Festival is this Weekend. May 4-6 2018. Everything was great and service from vendors was awesome.

Nice open area. Was there for the Crawfish Festival. Not much to do but great location for any kind if outside event

Wasnt much to see another Explorer Concord and torturing another people area in Pensacola in 1549
