Could use a little upkeep but in decent shape, one bench was missing from our picnic table. The dirt road is well maintained. Camp sites have leveled area for tent, picnic table, and fire pit. Some fire pits have a grate which can be placed over the fire.

Puskus Lake is a beautiful lake surrounded by woods. In the summer Lily pads can be found easily with their white flowers standing out against the green pads and dark water. The lake has two fishing piers, a boat ramp, and an ample amount of picnic tables. As you come into view of the lake, you are at a high vantage point that is a pleasant sight during winter months and a magnificent sight during the fall!

Went to check out the camp sites and bathrooms. Looks like it could use some maintenance work and a little cleaning up.

Really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness. Pretty clean and maintained as well.

A place of quiet beauty!

Good reasons peaceful. Beautiful inoculation. All lakeside campsites. Most hiking trails fairly easy. Boat ramp access. Spacious picnic area. Negatives. No running water at all, all faucets have been turned off. You have to bring your own water. A local resident told us the water has been turned off for 6 yrs. Pit toilets, they ate what they are. Could be kept up better. The campsites could use more up keep as well. All in all would return with my own water and a bottle of bleach lol.

Small, peaceful park....reasonable camping fees. Recommended.
