Lovely walk after delicious dinner. The sights and smells of autumn.
Nice little park. Decent shade. While the playground looks like a lot, it doesnt offer a ton of variety. Still really nice though.
Nice shelter for picnic and birthday parties, ample play equipment and play area for kids. A creek to wade your toes and for your puppy to cool off
Lots of shade at this playground makes it ideal in the summer. It was nicely redone within the past year and is close to a walking/biking path as well as a “lake” (large pond).
Excellent, very well maintained, great neighborhood lake with some good conservation efforts. Parking lot would be appropriated!
Amazing for a neighborhood park. Very pretty!
A small lake in a very quiet neighborhood. A small trail goes all around the lake. Just a couple of benches to rest if one is a little tired, though given the length of the trail this is really only for the senior seniors. Good for a walk any time of the day or any time of the year. A few ducks can be seen swimming leisurely. But No swimming for the homo sapiens. Nor fishing allowed.
Thank goodness the playground is scheduled for a redo. Broken slide all summer and no mulch. My kids are older now but I’m sure folks with younger kiddos are disappointed with the playground
A small oasis on the trail.
Crunchy tacos are awesome, Im always ready for some Chipotle
Great upgrade
Beautiful scenery
A great half mile loop for runners, cyclists or families out for a peaceful walk. Plenty of ducks and geese available for viewing and there are frequently a handful of people fishing. Really excited to see what the south end of the park looks like once the current project is finished. Whatever it looks like, I am sure that it is going to make 143rd street between Quivira and Pflumm much safer.
Nice trails
Nice equipment but the wood chips were waterlogged and the entire place smelled dank and musty
