Decent size more so its good to just park your car here and relax and get things off your mind or even take a nap in your car. My kids didnt care to much for the playground I dont really either because its pretty small but for adults its nice play to relax and decompress if you ask me

Strange park is a lovely neighborhood spot, great for anyone who wants to go for a walk, play tennis or basketball, swing, or read a book after checking one out at the Central Resource Library next door. Excited to see what the city does with the new improvements!

A nice little family park right behind the library. Great place to pick up a book and come read. As an avid Pokemon Go player, theres a gym and a nest here, as well as 7-8 stops around the perimeter. Great place to walk around. I dont have kids, but they do have a fairly sizeable playground with swing-sets, and 2 half courts for basketball (oddly, divided by a planter in the middle, so full court isnt possible).

Nice little park for walking. Has a shelter, a small playground, a basketball court, and some local history plaques. If your into Pokemon go then theres a gym and stops. Spawns good nests frequently. Great place for a quick family picnic.

Nice little park with playground and tennis court, benches. Was very clean and taken care of. Only 4 stars though because it doesnt have a regular bathroom; just has a Portable. Everything else was good though.

Well maintained, but very outdated. Only 1 stinky port a potty. Walking path is not smooth, but nice still. Playground is in full sun, so it gets very hot. Water fountain always works. City will be updating the park in the next year. Lots of green space to play soccer or games

Not very good seating for adults around the park. Had to drag over a picnic table, which was heavy! Grass hadn’t been cut so there were bugs everywhere hopping on you.

The parking lot is so small and often full from the apartment rental people on the weekend that you cant even visit. They updated the playground.

Great park with lots of wide open space. The park has a lot of features for a variety of activities. There is a well maintained tennis court (actually two courts) with a nice high fence around it. There are two half court basketball courts in the park. The playground has lot of slides and is large enough to keep any kid busy for a while. There are only two swings though, one is for infants and the other for older kids. The park features four historical makers telling the history of the surrounding area. There is even a small section of train tracks in the park near the historical markers. The park is right behind the Johnson County Central library, which is another great place to spend some time. There are a few restaurants close by if you need food.

Pretty decent Park if you live nearby. There is a playground (smallish) a couple half basketball courts, a couple tennis courts and a small gazebo with benches. The whole park is surrounded by a walking trail which is well maintained, and there is a lot of green space for running around, playing Frisbee etc. I love it because I can walk there.

Lovely little park. I like that its so close to the Central Resource Library. I also enjoy the historical significance and information about the long-since decommissioned Strang Line rail line. Theyve got basketball courts, some open areas to play football or other field sports, a decent walking trail and plenty of shade.
