My husband and I are new residents to Downtown Overland Park. We live in The new VUE Apartments and thoroughly enjoy living in this village setting. I can walk to: my hair salon; (Michael’s Salon) to my Dentist; (Family Dentist Co.) to my pharmacy; ( The Medicine Shop/Ken’s Sunflower Pharmacy) and to an assortment of great restaurants like Mi Ranchito directly across the street!My only complaint is Fusion Fitness’ classes, especially their Bikini Boot Camp.Between 5-6:00 in the morning, the noise is unnecessarily loud, not just for us but other residents. It has woken us up many times. Unfortunately, they’ve ignored calls, letters, emails requesting that they “... Just tone it down ”! It’s ironic that they offer their participants ear plugs!But for that rather inane irritant .. we enjoy this area and like apartment living.

Cute little downtown district. Lots of independent, creative stores with an interesting mix of products make for a nice visit.

Getting better and better... Great shops and restaurants, farmers market, etc.

Its such a good area. Shops, food, banking services. Spa wellness, Body Inspired. Love it

Such a fun place to spend a few hours on a Friday afternoon with friends. Lots of unique shops and such friendly people in all of the businesses that we went in! Will be going back with other friends and family that are visiting from out of town.

I was only here to work the Overland Park Fall Festival...Everyone was amazingly helpful & friendly.

Oh yeah yeah I was not treated well here, my mama was slapped just because she voted for Obama. never bring your family here, this place is definitely in the shity committee

The ladies Kate and Elle are awesome. They really give their all to help OP businesses thrive.

This is a great little area to walk around, shop, eat and in the summer visit the farmers market!

Such great and friendly people, always looking to get involved with the community.
