I used to live here. Its a long story but I dont anymore. I can say however that cops are here on the reg and its not going to change anytime soon. Its quiet for the most part other than the bs that pops off from time to time. I got my kittens from here. Close to lynx bus stop and all.

Did not hate it it. It is a much older mobile home community. Many homes and properties were quite older, many properties were needing lots of TLC.Apparently, Residents themselves are not able to care for their property.

Dear God, I pray they close this place!Not fit for humans nor animals to live in!

I really enjoyed my stay at this place the staff is great and the property is excellent. Ill be back soon.

Although the outside may not look appealing, as a resident I found the Trailer Park to be very quiet. Looks can be deceiving.

Lived here for a while. I could see the ground through the bathroom floor! Cant figure out if theres more roaches or prostitutes. They both knock on your door all night.

I go visit my friend there thats it I dont go outside when Im there always stay inside. I wish they would move out of there and I think the city should condemn the whole entire place

Nice place to visit but I would not want to live there the trailers are nasty or broken down and beat up it should be somewhere where its free to live because the police looks that bad dont go there not even to visit it looks like a place out of some third world country

Looks can be deceiving especially in this case ! Looks horrible from the outside but the trailers are surprisingly nice ! The landlord is very nice he works with you and actually has a heart . I was surprised how good I was treated given the area I was in . Couldnt have been more satisfied!
