Spent the last 7 years here and seen a whole difference from drug infested and now with a strong management i can see a cleaner background and tidy environment. A better place for kids and for this place it was needed for a good management and Frank(the manager) has done splendid time throughout those years and the lady also is amazing too. Strong attitude and very kind and self-hearing. It has been the best experience watching this place grow since my first time being here till now. It doesn’t need a weak management. This place needed a person like frank to set this place to grow to how it is now and it has been unappreciated! This place couldn’t have been better without the help of Frank because without him and his team, god knows where and what this place would’ve become. Im glad to still see the future of this place.

This place is the worst. The whole management is a joke. Frank the manager and his little minions go around harassing everyone, threatening to “beat your ass” or “get someone to take care of you”. They invade your privacy and give you fines without any notice. They change rules and policies without informing anyone and do the most to get money out of people. So much illegal things happens in this neighborhood and Frank and his crew are the main ones that take part in it.This place is disgusting and I don’t understand why the cops have done nothing about any of this, they have a cop parked down the neighborhood at least once or twice a week, how do they miss all of this. I’d give this place ZERO stars if it let me.

Wow - this must be a wonderfully compassionate & caring place to live when someone goes around poisoning 17 already spayed, neutered, vaccinated and volunteer cared for kitties at one whack this week. Was management in on their murder or allowed it to happen? Watch your children & any pets - horrible, cruel things are happening in this park and law enforcement needs to be involved in catching & prosecuting these killers!

Love this area the manager was awesome. Frank knows all of his stuff when it comes to the property period and takes Pride as well

Frank which is the manager in the park is a complete theif liar and over all very bad person ....he works with a tow truck that is constantly picking up cars and splitting the money with Frank the manager hes always finding a way to squeeze extra money out the tenants! He has people on two trailer home selling drugs for him!last year alone there were three drug related deaths in the park !!sucks to live here ..cant wait to move out

Wish I could give some negative stars because from I see on Facebook, theres a killer amongst this place. 17 cats are dead now.I hope this person is caught, because you WILL BE.Better watch out mofo, there are eyes out.

I live here when i stay home because i am sick the people who work here stalk me i am not lying they try and loom inside your windows this guy named Jonny ( my landlords brother) tryied to look trough my windows to see if anybodys home i dont recommend living here

How sad is it when the actual manager everyone is complaining about and warning about writes a post pretending to be someone that lives there and make himself look good? Frank Gerena or Frankie Gerena are one in the same please listen to the warnings Frank is mental and he and his crew are dangerous they threaten and stalk people they will literally come and look in windows. As for kids forget it they try to play like they care about kids its a lie they will accuse your kids of anything and everything they can make up, theyll question ur kids etc keep them far from your kids please!! Also they all do drugs weve seen them doing them, selling them etc their not good people very dangerous and mental all of them.

Management is literally trash, they have employees that are good for nothing! They over charge you for your water bill, they say that they measure how much water you use, but in reality they charge whatever they want, they rip people off! If I could I would give them 0 stars.
