It need a little community help.and property need to be fix.

Not that nice...the mobile homes/trailers are very old and lots are extremely small...not bad if you like your neighbors alot

Good location, close to everything and bus stops. Other than that...The manager of this complex is over the top and will not let you do as you please on your own property. Ive seen this neighborhood go through 4 different managers in 7 years. For some reason they just dont stay. They have a new security patrol who does nothing but drive around. The lake in the middle is grotesque and there is barely any parking. There isnt even any type of maintenance person. The best part of this neighborhood are the people who live there. Good people horrible Management.

I don’t live in this park but have to say it’s well kept clean-I drove by to drop someone off and the community looks well maintained.

Rude managment simply wanted to inquire about homes for rent and standards of the park and was told she didnt have time to deal with me right now. Actually so glad I dont waste anymore time trying to make them any money I couldnt imagine how they treat their tenants if the applicants are treated so rudly

Simple. The office lady lives in the park. She finds any reason to deny your application. When people get desperate, they leave, or she buys them out cheap.She denied my brother for something that happened 7 years ago. OK so thats fair.so we applied for my sister, who has 3 houses in Chicago, very very good credit.She denied her to.She didnt want to hand me the paper that said that.I spent 60 for my brother background check60 for my sisterand 30 for my registration,which she didnt return.

Went to visit a friend her home was beautiful, surprised of how well these home are done and well maintained community.

This neighborhood is the worst. For false accusations. And throwing dirt on peoples names

My experience living here, DO NOT live here!! Getto place, bad neighbors they are always with loud music and they throw the garbage in your lot!! (Thats the people that really need atention here) We work mornings and with all the music from the neightbors we can barely sleep here, is a nightmare. The management is so unprofessional, Tina was better!! We need a new managment here or at least a professional, I know almost all the residents agree. We deserve it!!

As long as you are not a felon and can meet 3x the lot rent they do not deny you... obviously if you have those issues they have no choice to deny you.

Lots of crime, several sex offenders live there, and kids hang out at gas stations past midnight. Dont ever consider this place as family friendly.

Traffic in the area is heavy at times. But the specific place we went to was a restaurant located there.
