Horrible people who run this place, wont fix anything and when you clean up after yourself and move,they keep your deposit anyway. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Anyone can find themselves in a bad spot where this is the only option they can afford and I believe you can make the most of any situation...That being said, this drug haven is really gross! Road is dirt and floods with giant standing water puddles. Trailers are very poorly maintained and half falling down. Poor management, terrible surrounding area where you cant walk the sidewalk without getting propositioned or robbed, and the residents favorite pastime is to drink from the early morning and scream at each other across the park. I would rather live in a tent in the woods.

Horrible! Poor people paying to live in HELL! Owner does NOTHING to fix. RATS! No stoves. Floors falling in. Needs visit from CODE ENFORCEMENT badly but ppl wont have anywhere to go. She should be ASHAMED to collect $ from anyone there. Karma will get her!

The care about there tenants n they do handle there problem when they know about the problem they do fix everything n they will give the deposit back if u talk to the landlord she is awesome person she will help if u talk to her
