Called several times no one answers the phone. They called me but my daughter was not qualified to buy the house yet. Now that she is qualified I get no return phone calls.

Horrible place to live they will try to evict you any chance they get but then offer you $100 for your title and up charge you for everything including water I worked for this slimy company for close to five years and seen a lot of dirt when all the owners do is make all their managers and employees signing a document saying they are liable for any lawsuit going against them and hide behind their property managers

I live there now and the park manager is a sneaky old miserable lady and she has a ver big problem with minorities. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!

Internet VERY misleading. Place so run down old old homes not cared for. I now know why lot rent so cheap. Very disappointed

This mobile park is the best. Everyone around is so nice, friendly almost like family. I feel safe here

I miss this place that I called home. I lived here from 2005 till 2017. Good memories.

I have lived there for 6 years. I have never had a problem with anyone and the owner is one of the nicest people youll ever deal with. The person that put the bad review obviously wasnt what we wanted living in our park. The management and owner dont take any crap and dont allow low-lifes and druggies to live in the park.

Pools got more cameras than a bank.. Tells you all you need to know..

One of the most friendly places to live. people are great.ive lived here for 7 years it has a pool we have partys for Cristmas and Holloween.if you live here you will have little to no problems.we have fun here
