Can I give it zero stars?

Had the pleasure of viewing a couple residences at Park Meadow yesterday. Denise was very helpful and friendly. Seems like a peaceful and quiet community. I am pleased to see so many positive reviews too as Its usually the other way around... For every positive review, theres usually about 20 negative ones.

My friend had ants in the house... And it was dirty and messy inside and outside.. She also decided to lock me out cause i was doing something outside.

Loved this place growing up. Ive seen tons of improvements I believe they deserve 5 all day

Beautiful, trees everywhere, and so quiet. You forget youre so close to the interstate and all the conveniences of the city. Were so glad we moved here.

Trying to rent from them and theyre very friendly

I live here, Management is approchable and they listen. Tanya is always a ball of sunshine. Stuff gets done. I have no complaints. Ive known this to be home for,the better part of 7 years.

Very run down looking. Roads are very bad and alot these homes should be condemned.

Weve live here for 8 years now and the only issue weve had is that there is no fences allowed so our small dogs can run. Weve had several problems with neighbors letting their big dogs loose and theyve come after our small ones, but Park management is very quick to work on issues. Snow removal is fantastic, way better than the city, and they do a great job of keeping the place looking as nice as possible. Management are just nice people.

Thats where I bought my trailer people really are willing to work with you so far so good no complaints

This place is a joke. They want people who are druggies to live here. You have to have pretty decent credit to live here. We had cash on hand to pay several months up front lot rent. The manager Denise is rude and disrespectful. There are many trailers in this park that are very bad shape and none of them are at the road. Stay far away!!!

This is one of the cleanest mobile home park I have ever had the pleasure of visiting they have a pool a play area and there are no shortage of children for visiting kids to play with and there are a lot of friendly residents my mother in law lives here and has for a few years now and we have never had any issues with anyone they also have a disaster shelter and a community center that we could rent for family events

Asked about parking my tiny house 3 weeks ago, never got back to me with a price. Unprofessional.

I have lived here many years and like it here

Seemed quiet, also seems like the city doesnt plow any of the roads around the area.

The management team do everything to keep the community safe and beautiful for all.

I lived here for 19 years my only complaint is that I wish they would fixed the S.I.D park family friendly, great management, private property who could ask for a better way to live

Great place great people . Its a beautiful park clean and well kept . Anyone look at this park will love the natural flow of the park

High rent, no place for kid and staff are rudeAlso plowed bad is quite but can be loud lot of druggies and has bad roads and sidewalks and the pictures on wedsite are out of date they dont take care of the playground and have recently removed all equipment accept the bad tennis court and very bad basketball court

If you need a place to live and your credit is not the best this is the place
