Not recommend.

Currently live in another mobile home park and if considered moving. But not here. People are allowed to just let trash pile up all over the house. Saw several houses that looked like they might be inhabited by Hoarders. Streets were terrible as far as condition with potholes and ruts and things like that. Really would not recommend this place

Over priced and a Chimo works as the maintenance man. 2 people that lives there on D st were Federally indicted just recently.

The places were personally owned, nothing for rent.

Cuz the owner doesnt fix the roads or cut down dead trees I lost my truck do to his negligence on up keep in this park, but raised lot rent $50 a month

Reasonable lot fee and close to everything a family could need great schools

Too much drug activity
