It has been know to be a drug dealers dream environment, grew up down there most my life. But with the new company and seeing what they have planned for the place. Its going to be really nice. And the maintenance guys, is real helpful, and determined to do whatever he can to make the place, nice.

I couldnt be happier to live anywhere else but here. My neighbors are wonderful and look out for me. As manager Courtney goes above and beyond to help people out. She has helped me on numerous occasions. And Mike is great to lend a helping hand also. I am very happy here. And I love how anything I need is only 5-10 minutes away.

DO NOT COME HERE. They lie to your face and steal your money, telling you that you own the trailer and you paid for the title but then blindside you and tell you that you need to give the trailer back. They wont fix anything, especially if you lose water, they dont care. If you try to apply for a trailer, the office ignores your calls and then makes it out like its your fault. They need to be out of business. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Courtney is amazing and community is nice.

Best rates in Omaha. Better than motel/hotel options like the Carol Hotel, American Inn in Council Bluffs, or Travel Inn. Better than other mobile home or RV parks like Home Park or Riviera Court. Better than the various state park campgrounds in the area. They are out of the office quite a bit so can be tough to meet with initially but are very nice people.

Cheap place to stay, but management could be better, getting something repaired or fixed is a hassle if you are renting. They are nice and they do work with you, five stars would be given if only they fixed what breaks in their rented mobile homes.

Would not suggest anybody to live in Valley Court they dont update their trailers when you need something fixed it takes a month to come and fix it. In the maintenance mans always sticking his nose into everybodys business and causing trouble in the trailer park

Horrible service. Mold growing in the walls kitchen caught fire due to leaks by the ceiling fan. Ceilings in the kitchen living room leaked all over. Trailer smelled like cat urine all over no matter what was done to attempt to get the smell out. Payed 425 for rent but when one month behind they charged us 1300....wouldnt advise to look into this place if you have kids or are expecting

New people bought the mobile home court and are doing a lot of work so its really messy up there

Trashy residence management is no good criminals and Crooks allow you to buy a home put money into it force you to make upgrades then they start complaining about things that youve done to the home and then they evict you and tear down the home the management are Crooks thieves Im very manipulative criminals do not come rent by or any other inquiries at this lot

Besides all the meth heads and my tv getting stolen

It is a dump outrageous prices management that dont care make up the rules as they go

Rent is a little expensive.
