This a clean mobile home park compared to another one in town. Looked like people that lived in this park took pride in their yards and homes. Good job to all that care about their living conditions

Management sucks. Never answered the phone or returns calls.

Poor communication skills. Brenda always has a attitude over the phone like she is better then everyone else. I asked Candis multiple times to list my trailer to sell it for me and plan was going on track and one day my calls just got shut out, no responses to my texts, nothing. So I get my own buyer and somehow they have a problem with it, probably because they didn’t get the $5,500 commission.Corporate was in there the other day trying to get information on how much my buyer paid for the trailer (very disrespectful) That should be between the buyer and I. I would not recommend moving here!This is the worst experience with customer communications/service I have EVER had. Don’t let Candis’s image fool you

Staff are so rude. Too busy judging you by what unit youre there for instead of being polite and answering your questions. If Im going to look for a place to live I dont want dirty looks and sarcasm.

The changes and upgrades that have been done at the clubhouse are truely amazing. Hopefully management will see 100% support and care from all residents to keep it that way. Respect the rules and Remember to be nice to your neighbors :)

I lived here for six years paid my rent on time every month I would get a letter about twice a year saying we didn’t pay for a previous month and would have to produce a receipt or pay again. I’m sure they have gotten over plenty of time. Also the we’re occasionally a fire that could not be put out due to fire hydrants that didn’t work. Management is the worst. They think it’s some kind of destination place to live! It’s a trailer park with poor maintenance,poor management and way overpriced. Enter at your own risk!!!

Do not rent here! I have not received my deposit back when I was told I would in full almost 2 months ago and will have to go to small claims court to get it back from them.

I have heard nothing but great things about Maplewood Estates. The staff is great and very accommodating. New owners have really went out of their way to make numerous improvements. Majority of the residents take care of their lots and homes.It takes the community as a whole to keep the park looking good and desirable for future tenants. The staff can only do so much if residents don’t follow the rules and read their leases. Don’t complain if you’re part of the problem. I would recommend this park over any other.

It is a nice community to live in.

This place has consistently gone downhill over the years, and its sad, because this used to be without a doubt the most premier mobile home community in Omaha. Rules are not consistently enforced, the condition of the streets is abominable oh, and wall the staff and management seem to try,. They seem to be stifled by the corporate owners. Rent is the highest in Omaha and you dont get what you pay for.

Really could improve the cleanliness of entire area

All they had to tell us was that you have uhh our notice of 30 daysNo. Instead they tow our truck.Cut our electricity. Bye cutting our grass and running over the cord . then says nothing to usDrives away., Comes back as n hour later and gives us our 30 days notice

They are out to get you for everything you have then dont want to give you your deposit back when you move out after you sell your trailer

This park is old ran down the people who work there are incompetent when I moved into the park they sent a maintenance man to turn on my water on the guy they sent was drugged out of his mind said something was frozen so he plugged in some kind of a heat rod and didn’t put it in the spicket but sat it on top of my water hose left and never came back I smelled something burning so I went out and luckily seen it before something caught fire I called the office they said they would send someone to fix it they never did..I ended up figuring it out myself and replacing the end on it.. giant spiders like bigger then quarter sized spiders everywhere...small unattended Latino children play soccer in the street until after darkIf you do make the Mistake of staying here get a receipt when you pay your rent because the people who work there will claim they can’t find it they did it to me twice till I showed them my receiptDon’t stay here the location is good but everything else is bad

So many new updates to the community and very helpful & friendly office staff & maintenance.

There is no parking for guests, even though they claim there are extra parking areas. More residents, than not, have more than 2 vehicles, which takes up the extra parking. If I can get a spot, I have to walk a block to get to the trailer. Because of this, my boyfriend had his truck towed, at the cost of over $200. His truck was parked directly in front of his carport, not even completely in the street. I cant wait for him to move the hell out of that place.

Had a good meeting with management, its a beautiful place. They are working to make it a community. Has amenities.

Lots of family that lives here, love coming to Maplewood, swimming pool & basketball court with playground for the children

Used to be a nice park. But prices keep going up and not being taken care of. To top it off used to have 2 pools than just 1, and now no pools and rent went up.

Love living here, great customer service and affordable housing.

My friend just moved in. She seems very happy. I havent seen much of it yet or experienced any of the grounds/management so i am giving it time to prove itself. If management harasses my friend, I will turn them in.

New management is rude. Expectations of the elderly or disabled to do improvements up to their satisfaction is completely unreasonable, just so they can weed out owners/renters they dont want. Very sad

Beautiful complex, super sweet & helpful staff. We only decided not to move here because of distance.

I work here in the complex as a care.provider and the management is very accommodating.I would live here if the opportunity ever presented itself.

We found it warm and inviting and looks like a good place to raise a family.

Management sucks has changed atleast 4 times in the last couple of years, they favor certain people. They allow parking on the street for their friends, but will tow everyone else. This place is overran with people who dont give a damn about boundaries, they will drive on your lawn, steal property from your lawn, and throw trash everywhere . Children run around in gangs because there is no parental supervision. Ive seen a 2 year old playing in the dirt on the side of the road after midnight. The management calls every week begging for 20 dollars, because half of the people here dont pay rent, they change it all the time. Ive lived here for 5 years and still dont know how much rent is. Some trailers have no windows or proper doors, on top of that... we just got fire hydrants last year, after a lady lost her child because the fire department couldnt hook up to the outdated ones. Neighbors blast loud music all day and night on the weekends. Basically stay the hell away from here. Management is awful, cant say that enough.

Decent good neighbors

Management is very rude, when I was applying to live there I heard as the manager talked down and gossiped about the people that lived there. They now decide based on your credit and want perfect scores to live in this run down mobile park. They have many mobile homes for sale way overpriced and very unkept. It will be hard to sell these mobile homes being that people with great credit prefer an actual home in nice neighborhoods. Dont waste your time or money applying here being there are better mobile parks with far less requirements. I know of 2 other people whom have applied for mobile homes here with good credit and got denied, they pick and choose whom they want here.

I have lived here for 5 years and worked here for 3 on and off when needed. I am so pleased that our park has been bought by a company that wants to make a difference. The problem here is the past is the past and people cant accept change or rules. If you read your lease closely ( the one you should have signed every year to renew legally ) all of these rules are in that paper YOU signed. However they have not been enforced, and they are now to improve our park!! Bottom line if you dont like the rules LEAVE, because the rest of us are happy with the new improvements being made and the management team. Take a drive to other parks and see how they look, we need alot of work out here in west omaha!!

First off, I have lived here for over 2 years. Most of the negative remarks given about this place are from either 1) those who did not pay their rent on time, 2) did not keep up their yard or house or 3) were not so good neighbors, 4) were doing things that were against the rules. Very few bad remarks sprinkled in because of #2 and/or #3 and/or #4. There will always be tenants who are not happy with management, another reason for disparaging remarks. I have heard so very many positive remarks, possibly at least 70% to 80%, by those who live here just in this last year!

I like the community, however, the pool hours are 10-5 pm and closed on weekends does not allow for enjoyment or to meet others in the community.

My trailer is horrible and full of spiders its so gross and run down and evrebody is rude AF.
