I grew up in this trailer court and now live there with my kids. All around nice place.

We stayed here for about a month in December 2019. Nice large sites and good prices. Everyone friendly and helpful. Debbie in the office is great. Yes shes to the point but thats so people dont take advantage of their rules. Would definitely stay here again.

Relocated to Omaha on temporary assignment. Called around, and this park was one of the few that had RV spaces. Been here for a month now and have no complaints. Place is pretty quiet, neighbors are sociable.Had to replace my rooftop air units, and the owners offered to get them up on the roof for me, and bring the old ones down with their tractor. Nice folks and the price is good.

The people are great. It is a beautiful spot. I highly recommend it.

Management is wonderful and runs a very clean park. Close to airport, downtown, nature trails, interstates and parkways yet affordable, quiet and nice. We highly recommend and we have checked out many. Like many older parks they have older trailers. Only recommendation is that you should know what you are buying or moving into before you complain about it.

Its a mobile home park.

I lived here for 20 years, the neighbors changed, and so did the area but the owners took pride and took care of our trailer well. Would have stayed longer if the Mothers Day storm years ago didnt ruin our trailer. Miss it daily!

Not impressed at all! Im actually disgusted with myself for ever letting my mom live there. Tacky trashy eyesore type of court - trailers all throughout are both safety and health hazards!!! Im ashamed of Omaha,No expectations at all, must have given up - or needs correct determined person to run it! broken down totaled / stolen vehicles ditched, stripped and abandoned.- and the woman in the office is very rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful, but why? for not even doing her job.

I have been very pleased with my stay here. The owners are bar none the best.

Called to ask for lot and woman who answered phoned accused me of lying about my dog. Very rude!
