Love the electric reclining leather chairs! And being able to purchase your assigned seat means no hustle and hassle to hurry to the theatre to get a good seat. Ideal for me!

I am an AMC member so for my birthday I get a free large popcorn!! I used Groupon to purchase 2 tickets here. With our tickets already purchased we were able to skip the line and go straight to the concession. They scanned my phone for member rewards and points and got our popcorn and a large drink. The items are high priced, if I ordered a large drink and a box of candy online it was over $15.00..so its better to just buy it here. A large drink was a little over $5.00. We came to see the Invisible Man in room #6. I absolutely love the reclining seats. Several people had blankets and was all layed back and comfortable. The arm rest raises up to make a love seat. We had a great time, the movie was good, snacks were awesome. I dont care for malls, but it was worth going through to get to this theatre.

Stood for at least 5min waiting to get a ticket while immature workers played behind the food counter. Finally told to come to concession counter to buy tickets. Asked for fresh popcorn and young girl acted attitudinal that she had to restart the popcorn machine and took her time doing it. Service was subpar. Actual theater and seating were good.

Normally I’d have no reason to give such a low review. However....prior to COVID my husband & I went to a movie & the sound was up so uncomfortably loud. Tonight we came back to the theatre, happy to be able to see a movie out again & celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. We chose to see the movie Tenet. It was turned up so loud I could have worn ear plugs & STILL have heard every word. I had my fingers pressed so hard to my ears it almost caused pain. As someone who suffers chronic migraines I can tell you I prayed I could walk away without one. Unfortunately I did leave with the beginning of a headache. At some point someone should check the sound on the movies. It’s ridiculous!

It was amazing just how dirty and gross everything was here. The floor were caked in popcorn and food. And the drink fountains were out of almost all the supplies including straws, lids, napkins, and a majority of the soda flavors. It didnt seem like anyone had cleaned that place for a week straight. Better off going to the warren for they are much cleaner and sanitary.

The seats lay down and It is a very enjoyable safe theater.We have seen tons of movies here with our AMC stubs card. Great value all around. My only suggestion is please resolve any issues with universal studios and please keep playing their movies.

This is the best AMC theatre in OKC. They have the best seats that fully recline. The main drawback is that their theaters fill up really fast and all the way and its assigned seating. We are a part of the AMC A list and are able to watch movies for one price monthly which is nice.

A hidden gem of a theater!The AMC Penn 10 can easily be missed by movie goers due to it being located in a mall rather than being its own theater complex. The theater is adequate, small in scale. The layout is a T shaped hallway with auditoriums going down both hallways. The box office is outside the theater and they have kiosks sp you can buy tickets and avoid the lines at the box office.Pros:The price of admission is fair and the seats are worth the price. The seats recline and the theaters are set up in a stadium seating fashion.The concession options are great. I recommend the pizza!This theater supports the AMC food delivery. I ordered a drink and pizza from the AMC app, picked a time for delivery and before my movie started I was treated to my pizza and large drinkThe auditoriums dont hold a lot of people, which makes for a much more intimate movie viewing setting .The bathrooms were also very clean.Cons:There is no separate entrance to enter this theater! You have to go through the mall and its on the top level. *I reccomend parking at or near JC PENNYS, its the closest entrance to the theater* I parked at Macys and had to walk a little ways but I didnt mind.The concession prices are a tad expensive it cost me $17 for a large drink and a pizza.They only have 1 set of bathrooms. The bathrooms may have enough stalls but if you are not seeing a movie in the main hallway you will have a ways to walk to get to the bathroom. I was in auditorium 8, main hallway, and I had to power walk to the restroom just because of how far it was.No security, and I did not feel totally safe, but thats just a minor complaint.All in all this is a good theater to go to if you live near the area and want to enjoy a movie in luxury! I would still suggest this AMC over the Warren Moore theater.

I expected more for the price we paid today.Theater seats in movie room 5 are poorly kept! That shouldve been our warning to leave. Instead we stayed for the movie and got home to find my daughter had 5 bug bites on her abdomen! So now we have to hope that nothing tagged along from the theater! We Will never return and will always warn about this place. This place is just as bad as the AMC in south okc except tickets are cheaper over there! Both are disgusting!

Movie didnt start till 15 minutes after showtime.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. Especially for what they charge. The entrance was dirty and chaotic. Popcorn machine was broken or something, which can be forgiven but it added to the other chaos. Drink station was dirty and out of supplies.Positive. The movie did start on time and the theater itself was clean enough. The staff was friendly.

Screens are smaller but they do have recliners and I recommend downloading the app before hand. Cool coke fountain with all kinds of flavors.

First off, I am impressed that all theatre rooms are reclined seating and the price is very competitive. About $13 to sit and watch movies in a reclined environment. This is very good. You can also order food to deliver to you at 2 different times before the start of the movie. The food is good. Comparing the flat bread at this theatre to the flat bread at the Warren, Moore, the flat bread in AMC, Penn Square is better tasting. Theatre was clean and they do have AMC perks/membership. I would purchase a membership if I live closer and visited more often per month. Simply put, this AMC made me consider watching movies at the theatre a fun choice rather than sitting in the comfort of my home.

Very clean and updated location. The reclining chairs are super comfy and have lots of room. The screen details are pretty sharp and accurate. The employees always seem kinda rushed which can come off as rude but many are nice.

It is a reserved seating theater, smaller with less traffic than the others. Seats come in pairs with a fold up armrest, perfect for snuggling with your date, good parking in the Penn Square Mall parking lot and of course there are plenty of candy stores in the mall to give you something much better than what they have behind the counter to take in, particularly Sees and Godiva. All in all I think this is the best date theater in the metro.

Nice place to catch a flick but I had to wipe my seat and my wife seat down before we sat down. I guess the employees didnt clean the theater after the last movie was shown. The pop corn was good and you do get refills on larges. Tuesday at AMC are discounted down on movie tickets.

Went for a date with my friend and had a great time. The seats are comfy especially when you are fully reclined. Plenty of friendly staff so no waiting for drinks and snacks. Place is well kept and clean.

The mall was really laid out so everything was so convenient to get to. The placement of the theater on the 2nd floor with a 3 level parking garage immediately to the left was so wonderful. It just made the whole shopping experience so much better.

I watched the sonic the hedgehog movie and loved it and the theater experience was great. Good place to kill the time or hang out with your cousins, friends or parents.

First time Ive ever been there I made reservations and I wasnt real clear about a lot of things the man at the front taking on the reservations was very very helpful even came over and got me and tell me when you have time to go into the movies and remembered my seat numbers very nice I was very impressed Ill definitely be there again

One of the best theaters in the city. At this theater the recliners actually lay back far and the armrests raise for a premium movie experience with sound and projection to match. They really have done an excellent job with this theater!

Love the reclining seats and a perfect place to go after a long work week, of course after I have had Paciuggo Gelato which is at the food court at this mall. It is cold at the movie so bring a jacket, or better bring a small blanket!

I took my wife and kids here to watch a movie. About 10 minutes into the movie my wife and I smelled a strong odor of someone smoking marijuana. I personally dont care what people do in their own homes but I dont want to smell it when my family and I are trying to watch a movie. My wife went and told the manager who came in and tried to catch the people. She was unsuccessful so I asked for a refund. All I was offered was vouchers for another movie. That is beyond wrong when even the manager could smell it. I should have been given a full refund!

Always a good place to go catch a movie. This place has a pretty good selection of foods especially with the food court waiting right outside they have some of the highest grade movie theaters you can find and the staff is always pretty friendly. And they have self-help kiosks at the front so you dont have to wait in line usually

The reason we go here is the online ticket purchases and reserved seating. After that part is the theater, other is patrons. Theater; the ambivalence of some employees just blows you away, we are A- list members which requires you to show your ID, recent visit the employee was on the phone while scanning my phone and just held the scanner in my face to show my seat, WOW. Next is the concessions, why have an A- list line if it doesnt mean anything. I only bring this up as I pay for this service. Last is the freezing theaters (yes we take a blanket), and trashed bathrooms where the sinks dont workPatrons; if you cant stay off your phone for the length of a movie, DONT GO TO THE MOVIES! Nothing more annoying than your screen lighting up in a dark theater

The concession area is average and can be very crowded. The seats are amazing and more than make up for anything that is lacking in the concession area though, as long as you dont get a broken one ( its happened to need a few times now). This is our go to theater, even though we have 3 that are closer, including the Warren.

Always a great experience! This particular time I had ordered concessions to be delivered to my seat but was late to the movie so I missed them! I had my 6 year old with me and didnt want to leave him alone or drag him out of the theater to get the concessions so I just waited until after the movie. The employees gave me a fresh soda and offered a new popcorn. Great service!

Ive been to this theater many times and January 1st 2020 was the worst experience I’ve ever had here.No hot food, no popcorn, no ice, no drink selection.I’ll be back, but, whoever is managing the matinee this day needs to be reprimanded.

Absolutely disappointed in this place. Soda machines screwed up. Most of the drinks were unavailable. Butter for the popcorn quit working. The napkins were completely empty. And popcorn and other trash all up and down the hallways. Last time I will ever come here.

The best movie theater in town! Recliner assigned seats. Good snacks. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Prepare yourself for a freezing theater, bring blankets! But, I love snuggling up to a good movie. Make sure to join the AMC A-List club, 3 movies free each week!

I just moved back to OKC, right before Thanksgiving. So it had been some time since I had been here to see a movie. The last time was in 2016. It was a matinee and my tickets was like $6.25. They had already installed the recliners, so it was pretty nice. Well, I had a gift card with $30 on it. So Im thinking sweet, we can see maybe three movies on this gift card. I was TOTALLY MISTAKEN!!! For a 1:40 pm showing for two people it was....... wait for it.....$26.04!!!! I was completely shocked!!! I asked the very fast talking young man behind the register why it was so freaking much. I also added the fact that in 2016, the recliners had already been installed and a matinee priced ticket was $6.25. He said that because of the seating upgrades the prices had gone up. I told him that the recliners were already in place when I was here last. He said that it is a premium price for a premium theater. I completely disagree. And while I was getting more and more disgusted with the situation, my friend had gone in and purchased a small popcorn and 2 small drinks. Yep another $22. So, the movie was okay, the recliners were very worn, and we got all of that for $48 and some change. AMC is really trying to drive movie-goers away, with the prices. I believe that my movie theater days are over. Thanks AMC.

I love coming to this theater for the recliner seats. Every time i come its always a great experience. But out of all the days, a cashier chooses today on my 3rd wedding anniversary to give us half a portion of fries. Everyone knows the food prices in movie theaters are inflated but at least give me a decent portion of fries. She was of course overwhelmed because the rest of her team were occupied but it still pissed me off. I will be coming back, just wont get the fries again. Oh and she gave us over fried old fries too. Thank you very much.

This theater has improved quite a lot in the last few years; mostly the reclining chairs make this location much more appealing. The main drawbacks for this place would have to be the parking and the price. Because it’s in the mall, trying to get into that place on a weekend can be a struggle. The price for an adult is 14.65, which is a bit high for Oklahoma. I think the reclining chairs warrant maybe a $13 price tag, but $15 seems high. I would say this is a fun location for a date night, but there are other theaters I’d go to first if we’re just going to see a movie.

This is my favorite place to go for a movie! Love the seating, pretty good snacks and candy choices, drink options are endless, and the staff is pretty nice. The ONLY downside is price, but I get it, you pay a bit more for the 5-star experience. We frequently go here and havent had a badtime before this time. The seats we reserved looked like a popcorn bomb had gone of in them and the legs were already in the reclined position. Seemed like there in between movie cleaners might have been on break instead of ensuring the next guest have a clean and tidy place to enjoy there movie.

Although the seating/theater area was exceptionally clean.. the bathroom facilities are horrid. Pealing paint, broken and torn laminated sink tops, trash and NO papertowels.The popcorn was old and full of burned kernals at best. Use the bathroom at home before you leave!

The seats and screen were nice. The concessions area was disgusting and unorganized. Everything was sticky. And the service was terrible. The kid working concessions was not friendly, he did not care about his job and made it very obvious.

Went to see Star Wars last night. The theater was burning hot inside. It was extremely uncomfortable. Plus I just had foot surgery and Im on a knee scooter and this theater was not handicap friendly.

We ordered concessions to be delivered to our seats. They never delivered our items but refused to refund the cost or give a voucher for future items.

I have been here several times in the last few weeks. The seats are amazing with plenty of space to walk. Unfortunately, each visit has found the theater filthy, hot, and smelly. The bathrooms are disgusting with overflowing trash, the theaters themselves are not cleaned between movies, and there is a chronic shortage of staff. Even the concession area is dirty, with one visit finding a roach by the drink machines. The theater has a great deal of potential. Perhaps new management is needed?

Clean and cozy. This theater has reclining love seats which is a win for going on a date. The concessions are pricey, but I suppose it is expected at a mall theater.

This amc was great. We saw a late movie after the mall was closed on a Monday, so of course it was quick to get in and had decent seats still. I loved the reclining seats, and the layout of the theater was interesting. I hadnt seen it like that. One thing is that, Im not sure if its just me, and maybe I havent paid attention before, but the walls here seem very thin. Before the movie started, I could hear all the action from the other theater, but of course this didnt matter once my movie started. But overall all good experience here.

Great comfy recliners! You can reserve your seats online ahead of time which is nice if your running late. You dont have to worry about getting a bad seat. Definately go there again!

Best place to see a movie. Their seats fully recline and are far enough back from the row in front of you that you wont kick the seats in front of you. We are AMC stubs members so we get to skip the line and we have our refreshments delivered to our seats. Other than having to physically walk into a mall, this is probably one of the best movie places around.

A lot of the bad reviews are from years ago, so I just wanted to say Ive had good experiences the times Ive gone here, and Ive come to trust the AMC brand since my time in Oklahoma, hoping to see a movie tomorrow in fact, keep up the good work

Very comfortable assigned seating. Good for date night or day out with kiddos to beat the heat or cold.

They always seem a little under staffed. The drink machines may or may not have ice and just other little things. The seats are great as they recline however the arm in the middle when lifted up isn’t comfortable to actually lay on. Will continue coming here to enjoy a good film though!

I bring my granddaughter here about 1 a month she loves her movie time.
