A nice place to watch a movie on Saturday and Sunday with the family

This place is in serious need of a renovation. I understand that the tickets are cheap & you can get unlimited drink refills but that doesnt mean the place has to be filthy. The water fountains are gone, the hand dryers are disgusting, the restrooms are dirty & unattended, some of the stalls are bolted shut, some parts of the theatre are shut down and/or unused, the floors are sticky, the windows are nasty & there isnt much advertising outside the place among other things. If this is what the public area looks like then what do the private areas look like? I will not be eating from this place. At one point I thought the place was closed but if you dont mind all that then youre going to enjoy the place and the experience.

Went to see a movie. Right after I bought the ticket the person informed me the projectors arent working and was not sure when theyd be working again. Couldnt bother telling me that before you sold me the ticket? After sitting and waiting for an hour and the projectors still not working. I went to leave and asked for my money back. Person at ticket counter said they are nonrefundable. I asked to see the manager, he said the manager was busy fixing the projectors. Do yourself a favor, just go to another theater.

The very basics of a theater are present. The movie worked, the sound worked, the popcorn and soda were fine. But the floors were beyond sticky in the theater, like they mopped with soda instead of cleaning solution. The bathrooms were dirty. The seats were the old, small, uncomfortable kind. I used to go here as a kid. I remember it being better, but maybe it is the same and Im used to other theaters that have a nicer setup now.

I was visiting family & decided to go see a flick. We got very lucky because Solo had just come out & we had a treat from characters from the movie (regular people & not the real ones) taking pictures with movie goers. Even r2d2 was present. Good times. My kids really enjoyed it.

Great place to have fun with your family or a nice date

I really like this theater. They have all of the great movies. The concessions are fresh and delicious. The seats are a little close you cant stretch your legs out all the way. I would recommend this theater.

Thought we could enjoy a good movie. Was proven wrong. Had to wait for more popcorn to be made. Then movie starts and the sound system was horrible. Constant kicks on back of an already uncomfortable seat. Another persons phone out the entire time recording the actual movie. Advice: spend a little more money and enjoy a movie at a different theater in a much better environment.

Theater is filthy. Seats are all so incredibly stained. Lights were on as we entered the theater and you could see the emense amount of years of dust and grime even on all of the walls. We left before the movie started it was so bad. Better take a painters tarp with you if you plan on sitting in one of those seats if you dont want to get dirty. Sad any business would let something go like this.

I live in Norman, my kids and I come here at least twice a week. The employees are very Sweet they have Great customer service. The theater is Really cozy and comfortable. So Thankful to have this place to share memories with my babies.

This place is run down, and grimy. The outside appearance is not good. Once you walk in it’s not very clean. The popcorn was nasty, and the drink machine smelled weird. The butter machine was sticky and had green grime on it. The floor was sticky in the theater and the screen was messed up. My husband said the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned yet. I will say the volume in the theater was great...

The theater is showing its age. But as the cheapest theater in the OKC area its not too bad. The screen, projection and sound were decent although the sound was kind of quiet and didnt sound like the surround speakers were functional. My biggest complaint is the seats..they didnt lean back at all and in fact I felt bent forward slightly. If these issues are fixed I think this theater could definately return to its former glory. Love the nostalgic neon lighting!

Terrible place to attend. The movies don’t start on time. The arm rests don’t have cushions anymore and the theater hasn’t bothered to replace them. The theater looks like it is falling apart. Most of the employees don’t seem like they care about their customers. My car got broken into in the middle of the day and no one at the theater seemed to care. I won’t go back to this theater ever due to the all around terrible service. They may be cheap but you pay what you get and you get bad service at that theater.

This theater is absolutely filthy. The chairs are disgusting I can only imagine what I am sitting on good thing the lights are out in the theater. Do not understand why they do not put the movie on the outside of the door before going in especially when you have an arm full of popcorn and drinks having to dig back in your purse to find out what number the movie is is ridiculous. Not in a great part of town it would be nice if they had some type of security. I really need to clean up their theater and update their chairs they had covers over the chairs that said they were broken. This is just not a good look

Trash cans over flowing, floors not clean, trash and popcorn everywhere. Would no recommend this place to ANYONE

The place was clean and the workers were courteous but when we were watching the movie there was no heat it was just as cold inside as it was outside they said the gas was off they couldnt do anything about it and it was a 35-degree night

This theater is older which isnt the problem because the seats are comfortable and the sound is good for the movies. But the building is run down and felt grimy. There was something floating in the corners of the screen, bathrooms were nasty and even the butter for the popcorn had old Grime around the button. The whole building could use a really good clean and maybe some more staff because they seem very understaffed especially for a Saturday. Also, the theater was dark and the screen was black until the main previews begun.

Good quality sound, comfortable seats, friendly staff, and fresh popcorn. However, when the movies starts they barely dim the lights. Im just use to darker theaters.

Its cheap and there are really nice people but the out side of the movie theater looks very shady and the inside could use a touch of paint but other than that it is a five star

Great heated/reclining seats. Great prices on tickets. Their concessions leave a lot to be desired they dont have much in the way of drinks and their food items are subpar at best. The popcorn doesnt have enough flavor. Nachos 6.50 are basically little chips in a bag with a cup of dipping cheese its sad. Where is the Arcade??

This place was very dirty. Not sure the staff knows how to use a broom or a vacuum. The theater was definitely not cleaned between showings with large pipes of trash in the corners. If you go here bring some sanitizer with you.

Went to see Jumanji. the projector wasnt working until one of the last ads. I walked into the theatre before the movie when the bright lights were on and it was very frightening. popcorn somewhat tasted like dirt but I met a very cute girl there with whom I shared a one word conversation. 3.5 stars rounded down

They are not always packed with people which makes the movie experience even better.

The theatre had a sign to buy tickets inside at the concession stand. They had 1 person working it. Long line took 15 minutes to get a ticket. The price is cheaper than the Warren but the quality is not very good. They had people doing nothing while one person tried to help people. Oh and the theatre was hot. The diet Coke is why I give two stars.

Horrible service, no one is at the ticket desk they expect u to know to purchase your tickets at the food stand where they pretty much only order popcorn which is cold and old I paid $15 for a small popcorn and drink, the bathrooms were dirty trash cans had a bunch of gnats swarming the actual theater was ragedy the seats were dirty and torn and we had to remind staff to turn off lights during the movie. this establishment should be torn down.

AMC crossroads has top movies for cheap. Dont expect reclining seats or an IMAX experience.. but fresh popcorn & a good drink are available

Yeah its an older theater and needs some love for sure. But the folks there are really friendly and fast at what they do. Youre never in a line very long.

Not many employees to help customers with getting tickets, snacks. The movie however, was magnificent, great graphics and a really great performance from all actors. Enjoyed it so much.

Took my niece to see frozen 2 for her birthday! I was so surprised to get 5 start quality from a very beautiful theater for cheap prices!!! I will now be going here!

I just absolutely love this place! Yes it is kind of old, but its only $5 so I am super happy with this place! The crew is so amazing, they are super nice even on holidays when they have to work besides being home with their own families. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! Love love love!!!

Projectors go down often, understaffed with teenagers who don’t seem to be trained properly, trailer lights almost always left on through the whole movie, and the last two times I went I had to get somebody to turn off the overhead fluorescent after the movie started. When the same kid handling ticket sales is also running concessions it slows the lines down to a crawl. Also, the place is pretty filthy, I shudder to picture the inside of their soda fountain or butter dispenser. Done with this place

People love to hate on this place, but if more people went then it would probably get some more love. It plays the same movies at way more reasonable prices I like coming to this theater when there’s nothing else to do and you wanna go see a new movie

Its an older theater, and could use a little sprucing up, but you cannot beat the ticket prices. I can take my family of five for under $25. In most other theaters in OKC, thatll maybe get you 2 tickets. It has all the normal snacks and drinks youd expect.My only complain are the seats. I dont expect big lazy boy recliners, but I dont want to be uncomfortable while sitting for 2+ hours. The seating is old and worn out.The audio and visual quality isnt top of the line, but it is still a great experience. Ive never heard static or distorted audio here, and the video always works.Its a little difficult to get to from the interstate if you arent familiar with the area. But Google maps does a good job of getting you there.

Go somewhere worth your time. As an employee that worked there for just 3 weeks the work enviornment itself is very stressful and toxic, myself and a friend were the only ones who would actually clean, certain employees would cuss at customers and shorted another employees register Then laughed about it when he got written up. The store manager constantly leaves without his radio or his radio will be off. They offer inadequate training to new employees and when asked to help employees will ignore it and the newbie will get in trouble for not knowing protocol. Dont recommend for a job or a show.

For someone who has worked here for around 3 weeks. No one does there job they put it down on us.Theres trash and bugs eveywhereI would definitely not come here for entertainment and definitely not employmentNot only have they been unreasonable but THE STORE MANAGER leaves without a radio and if he does its off for like 4 hours, an employee who is NEW and has worked less then me, they made him work a rush by himself and someone took over his cash register over on his til by 50 something dollors and admitted to it and laughed about it yetThe other employee got blame for itGo somewhere worth your time and money

We went to go see the Dora movie, it was actually our first time going there and most likely won’t be going back. From far the building looks nice but once your walking towards it the building looks very old almost if it was abandoned. Once your inside they don’t have the showings of the movies, prices or times. Very weird and different. Than they only had one person working the counter. Most of the items they sell are not even on the menu. Worst part are the theater rooms, they are very small and seats are not leather or recliner seats. You will be almost on top of your neighbor. Very uncomfortable.

The theater is dating, but the tickets are very well priced and its in a very convenient location where there arent many theaters super close. I recommend this place for a decent experience. Not the greatest but definitely worth the price

Cheap movies here we go!!. Also you can buy the bucket of popcorn for 20 dlls and make it refills everytime with 4.50dlls awesome

The theatre is poorly managed. Some genius made the decision to remove the ticket taker and funnel every patron to concessions. This resulted in longer wait times for patrons to be seated. Think of the patrons ahead of your profits!

The employees are the only thing going for this theater and why I didnt give it 1 star. Upon entering, all the screens with movie times were missing, then the screens in concessions were broken with little signs taped to them. The ticket cost should have been indicative of the condition of the theater. The seats were torn up and broken and extremely shabby. Ill drive out of my way to avoid this theater.

Poor customer service, workers constantly yelling at eachother, poorly cooked food, workers being uncleanly, human feces in the bathroom, and a terrible management team! I would not recommend going to this place for employment or pleasure. They fired my friends for things the other workers did, and blamed my friends for it when staff was bullying them! Also heard that a worker did heroin on the roof. Definitely reporting to health services for rats and roaches as well.

It was a great experience, the line moved fast, the people were polite in the theater, and the movie itself was great. I would go again, and i definitely would recommend a friend to AMC Classic Crossroads 16.

Theater chairs definitely look used. Beaten. Dirt filled and sticky. Bathroom was disgusting. Ill take the extra drive to a different AMC

I was really unimpressed with this place, but it is by far not the worst theater I’ve ever been to. The facade of the building is dirty and tired, but the inside was clean enough. The whole place is just really worn. The bathroom smelled like urine, but it looked clean, so I’m guessing there is a leak somewhere. There was one person at the concession stand, but there was way too much work for just one person. There was a lady at guest services, but it kind of looked like she was asleep, and she didn’t know I was there until I said something. The prices are very good for tickets, and food is the standard way overpriced. The popcorn was not fresh, and overall disappointing. And to top it off, the “mall” is one step up from abandoned. Basically, you need to weigh your options before coming here. I won’t go again because I don’t like the area, and the ticket price is moot because I use MoviePass. As long as your expectations aren’t too high, you won’t be disappointed.

Okay.. floor was nasty.. theater 16.. felt like I had fleas jumping on me in the bottom front area.. moved up to the top row.. floor was even worse.. brightness/contrast of the projector flickered during the entire movie and gave me a headache.. soda seemed flat and not enough syrup to flavor the soda.. if it wasnt for the extreme hype of the movie I really would have passed it up..

The movie has been there since the early 90s... Since the Mall closed down the movie doesnt get much traffic. The place is good place to avoid the traffic.

Absolutely disgusting! The facility, from floor to ceiling, is disgusting. Upon entrance the building smells of mildew. The lady at the ticket counter told us the wrong theater so we entered a movie that was already playing. If you take a right towards theaters 10-16 you will find a wall of mold that they are attempting to cover with a black tarp. The bathrooms are super dirty and have no hand soap dispensers. Literally, zero soap. We didnt even stay for the movie, it was that terrible

Dont believe the lies! I read some reviews saying the place was clean and well kept. WRONG! It was dirty and the smell of the theatre transported me, in my mind, to the OKC stockyards. The staff, while not rude, were mostly bored and disinterested teenagers. I felt I was putting them out just by showing up to the theatre. The restroom had 4 soap dispensers, only one had soap. On the way out a staff member was dusting and there were large dust bunnies that had to be avoided. I am disheartened, I feel that they wont be open much longer. I hate to see another place close down in Oklahoma. Sadly, I wont be returning. Its one thing to be outdated and in need of some repair, but it really is dirty. There is just no excuse.

First off, I really don’t know if my star rating is accurate, I’m trying to be fair. Really, one star is probably more fitting but I’ll explain my decision.First off, Oh. My. God!!! What is wrong with the management in this place?! I can honestly say, I don’t believe I’ve been in a filthier place! The smell, the trash everywhere, the filth in the floors and seats. It’s beyond gross! And for what reason? It’s 11 am on a Monday and there is hardly any customers here, why is it so dirty? Someone should be cleaning this place at all times of operation. Management DO YOUR JOB!Reason for 2 stars instead of one. The price... BUT Is being dirty and hard to breathe in, the reason why it’s so cheap? I mean, $12 for 3 tickets beats paying $30+ at another theatre. But to breathe fresh air and not feel like I’m touching years worth of build up on a door handle or faucet is probably worth the extra money. However, $10+ ticket prices are outrageous, esp for a large family but why should people trying to enjoy a good time out with family have to pay such a large sanitary price to come to this place? It’s not hard to assign a cleaning crew the task and make sure they do it. Sadly, I can admit I’ve been here a few times because of the price and everytime I remind my kids DONT TOUCH ANYTHING! I wish I could say that there are times I’m here and it’s clean but that is NEVER the case.If you don’t mind handling the smell and filth for a couple of hours, then by all means, go here! Save the money.NOT recommended for date night.

I agree with others who have already stated the place is old & dirty. I dont eat popcorn here because the last time I did, there was a long blonde hair in it... definitely not mine.

It gets 2 stars because it is priced right.....but this theater was super gross....messes and spills all over the theater. Management needs to evaluate their best practices and I would make a bet none of those are being executed at all....clean your establishment!

The movie theaters actually kind of nice. The place is a little bit run-down, It has seen better days. the staff keeps it very clean, the service is great they always answer your questions but sometimes its a bit rude, they are a bunch of teenagers.

Very cheap priced tickets. Clean theater . But the food and drinks are way way to over priced. 1 large drink and 1 large popcorn $20 . Candy was $5 for a box worth $1 . So be prepared

This theater was our second choice. We had no trouble getting tickets to the movie of our choice. The concession stand prices are a little high to offset the lower price of admission. The best deal is on fountain drinks since you fill your own drink and can get unlimited refills. Our theater was clean but the mens room was not! It is an older AMC Classic venue so it is rough around the edges.

Affordable ticket prices for newly released films during certain daytime hours.

Great customer service and greatest prices on movies and food... You can afford to get food for your family AND see the movie twice ...however the floors feel sticky... If it could get a once over cleaning I wouldnt go anywhere else. I think they would get more customers too.

This has got to be hands down the worst theater in the metro area, the monitors are missing in the lobby they dont work in the concession area, got to the theater as the prior movie was ending, turned on the house lights and the theater is absolutely disgusting. Surprised AMC decided to open and remodel a building in Norman but they let this place fall in disrepair

This was quite possibly one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been too. I tried to make it passed the sticky footprints and smooshed popcorn inches away from each other, but couldn’t make it passed the smell that seemed as if it was literally seeping into clothes.I couldn’t even stay long enough for the PREVIEWS.

Seats are a little rundown but they always have a good movie selection and popcorn is usually fresh. Has one pokestop that you can usually hit from inside.

Worst experience ever! No butter on one side had to walk to the other side then one side had no ice and the other side had no diet drinks I was walking back and forth no large lids no big buckets for the 9.99 special the movie in 16 was so hot there were only fans to cool it down then we had to go to the front to ask someone to turn the lights off for the movie...smh I do not recommend this place at all should have went to warren

Good location and movie prices are great for those who have a limited income.

Great choice for first run movies on a budget. Not all of the amenities of newer movie theaters but ticket savings more than offset little things like lack of reclining seats.

Great deals on movies! Concession Booth is expensive. However, you are allowed to obtain one refill on your Coke & Popcorn Also, this theater is quite cold. Be sure to wear long pants & a Sweater ️

I want to start out by saying I visit AMC often. This particular visit wasnt too pleasant, Lauren was the lady that we first approached.... I started off trying to joke with her but it was pretty obvious she wasnt in the mood. I understand no big deal, but you dont have to be rude to your customers.. If it wasnt for all the customers she would be without a job... She actually exchanged spots with another co worker without letting us know.. It was obvious she exchanged spots because she didnt like how we talked alot. Well fast forward we asked for the manager Benjamin, after speaking to the manager and the manager basically treating us like we was liars, we really wanted to leave... If it wasnt for our kids we would have left!! We went on and purchased popcorn and drinks as usual. That lady was the only employee that cared about her customers, Hailey was nice and had great customer service.. Also I would like to add I think they should have a cleaner to come in atleast once a month and clean the seats...

I miss this place so much. Best prices on brand new movies that Ive ever encountered at any theatre across the US. Ive paid premium, standard pricing for seats that were stiffer, bathrooms that were dirtier, and decor that was just as outdated. At discount theatres I visited in the past, I usually had to wait until other theatres stopped playing a film before I could see it. Here, you can see brand new movies the day of release for less than five bucks (I always paid $3.99 but Ive heard some tickets are $5). For a while, you could buy flatbread pizzas for two dollars, too.If youre after an experience where you get a recliner and a call button, this isnt it. But for the everyday consumer wanting to see a movie without spending the equivalent of their car insurance bill, you will not beat the price vs experience here.

This is our go-to movie theater when taking the kids out. Its not very clean, the bathrooms are usually a bit scary, but its about what you can expect for $4 a ticket matinee price. If you go in expecting a dollar-movie theater experience, you will be satisfied. If you go there for a nice date night... well, good luck with that...

Most disgusting theater Ive ever been in. Floors are covered in filth and popcorn. The trash hasnt been taken out anywhere and it makes the entire theater smell like a rotten dumpster. Your shoes stick to the floor while walking. And the movie didnt even start when we walked in there. We had to go out and tell someone the movie wasnt playing and she had to call the manager to get it started. How can the management let this happen. The tickets are cheap that is the only reason to go here. But after that experience I wouldnt go back for free.

This is an okay place to see a movie. It needs a face lift. It is run down and needs new carpet. There needs to be a bit more leg room. The popcorn was superfresh and the coke machines are super cool.

Theater was very dirty. Was not cleaned after previous movie. Cup holders studded with napkins. Trash all over the floor. My kids did enjoy the movie though.

Extremely sad considering what it once was. Under staffed, not clean, a/c was iffy, etc. On a Friday night it seemed like it was 30% staffed, which was was working the snack bar/ ticket area. Bugs were visible in the theater as well. If youre not going to do it right then dont do it at all!

The price is very reasonable and love the rewards card. But, they seriously need a big time remodel. Their seating, floors, and bathrooms are out dated. If they remodel the whole place, then they attract more customers. Or relocated by 1-44 W over by the new Super Wal-Mart and built a new one. Their building is stuck in no mans land and in that 1980s vibe.

Tried to see Maleficent on the 14th. Power went out and when it came back on there was no audio for 5 minutes. We got rain checks come back later and they actually gave us for when they were just two of us. I came back today the 16th to watch Zombieland at 5:20 and the girl told me it wouldnt be on till 10:20.

I usually take all my family to this one. You need to fix your showing times. I took my song to see the 3pm standard showing of Dragons for today and that time was for the 3D and thats not what is being shown here. You need to be more aware of this issue! And they dont have another showing until 10pm for standard!! That is ridiculous! Very disappointed!

Our chair arm rests were solid metal with no padding then others the padding was all tore up. I see why the seats are so cheap. Also I have stub hub so Ill never go back. Why use a free movie to see something there when its so poorly maintained
