Will have to say after all the chaos of the past few months, this place has touched my heart. After the ice storms, they bring by a few essiantals and offer help during this time. Thank you guys for thinking about us.

Office is very difficult to communicate with and rude as can be over every interaction. Pretty pleasant place to live, until you have to deal with Terri. Maintenance issues arent handled in a timely manner nor many other things, unless its about money she cant do her job. Would highly recommend looking else where for residence, where you want be spoken to like a dog everytime you have to contact her.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Rude and discriminatory! They never answer the phones or emails and when they do they complain! I was snapped at for interrupting a PERSONAL call while trying to pay rent! I’ve had a leaky shower since I moved in 9 months ago and it STILL hasn’t been fixed and now there is BLACK MOLD and they don’t care! The park is nice but I most likely won’t be staying simply because of the management! Just spent 28 minutes on hold with the resident relations department! A JOKE!

Visited my friend who lives here! was quiet on this night i was there! place seems well taken care of and not your typical trailer park you see some places that are ghettos!!

Great place to rent or buy

I had good neighbors. Had to break the lease because we couldnt afford it anymore. (Super expensive. BTW) for a growing family. It is not the place. Now that we have broken the lease we owe a lot of money. Which is understandable honestly. But overall not a good choice on our part. Get a house. Its cheaper and youll have more freedom.

Very dishonest management. Will tell you what you want to hear. Workers used my water and electric NEVER got any money for it. Terri is a very dishonest so called manger. Never got any of my deposits back. Very to faced people.

A quiet place to live

Purchased a MH from a resident of the park. Did all paper work, apps background checks, paid deposit etc. Okd us and we move in. Was forced to sell about a year later. After selling im told i dont get deposit back because we didnt pass the background check and WERENT approved! This after id paid the rent. Every month. On time. The most unprofessional staff ive ever encountered. Unanswered phones, unreturned phone calls. Terrie Boyd is THE WORST MANAGER ive ever dealt with...and ive rented most of my adult life. I have good credit and excellent credit history. NO reason to treat me like a second class citizen. HATEFUL, INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. Terrie and Renee both need to be replaced. DONT move in here. Total disrespect for their tenants.

The homes are beautiful and in tip top shape! The staff is so friendly and very informative! They tried their very best to get my brother and I into a home, they kept their word and made that happen! Very, VERY happy with my experience. If youre looking for a wonderful place to live, this may just be your stopping point!!

Very rude front staff. They are not professional at all. The Maintenance team is great but the front office is a nightmare. You try to talk to them and they just get rude with you

This company is rediculously evil. They will not give out tenant references until they have a 30 day notice!? How are renters suppose to be approved for another place to live when GR refuses to give out current and prior tenant info. They do not call people back, nor do they follow up on things. You have to constantly hound them to do anything. I’m a landlord, and I have never in my life dealt with people so incompetent and crooked. They don’t want to give prior renter info or refeferances because they are to lazy, or they are trying to hold their renters hostage in my opinion. Terry and Rene need to find new professions. Managing properties is not your strong suit.

Dont mind having my kids here. Location is nice. Clean..for the most part a pretty park. I like it here.

Management sucks they never fix anything and if you dog sit they charge you.. you can only have dsl att here which is expensive (they dont tell you that) oh and if maintenance knocks on the door and it takes you a little bit to get to the door because of kids or whatever they leave in less than a minute I have been here for a year because of lease but Im moving out asap

Too many stray cats, lousy office management, NOT pet friendly, and over priced. And the electric bill will be high because the trailers are poorly insulated. Many of the neighbors don’t keep their dogs on a leash either. Lots of things get stolen and the cops here everyday.

Good location, close to Wal-Mart and highway. Hard to get out of during rush hour traffic. Security has been known to harass tenants and the children living there can be disrespectful and loud.

It has a lot of kids it is nice plz visit

Well been here 23 years they dont clean trash everywhere they spend like crazy Ive seen someone go 80 through here almost took me and my dog out I walked my dog 5 times a day and I saw things you dont too see cars run over dogs run over it 10 mp they do up too 60 he almost wrecked out but my ca is got run over broke my heart that these dumm ashes fly through here if you have kids dont move here this place sux

No high speed internet... only over priced ATT dsl. And management probably getting kick back from ATT for not letting cable in. Management finally starting to take care of rental homes... had shower broken for half a year before got it fixed
