It was a good day, felt safe and the kids i heard and seen playing were happy. The people were nice as well. Im looking for a place to live, it would be a place Id consider.

This will be a old review but i just came across this. So here for what it is worthGIANT COMMUNITY TORNADO SHELTER (that alone is gold in okla)I stumbled in one day tired and scared i wasnt going to find a place to park just for the month due to my budget, This was literally the last place b4 moving into the Walmart parking lot, I rented a slot for the month and I did not leave for 18 months. Ashley (i think that was her name) gave me a address, internet and a place to catch my breath, The place was old and I had my reservations, but surprisingly very quiet after dark. As with most places that let you pull up & park, there were times, well, we all know the picture BUT it was dealt with pretty quick. When my internet went out, I always knew why and it was being fixed, There are kids than play in the park but what park doesent??When I left they were in the process of moving new trailers in and renovating I would imagine it has only gotten better.I have been gone 3 years now & do drive by every few months & I always smile when i do.

I live here its affordable and its a good community for kids... the trash is hardly ever picked up on the day its supposed to be... and my neighbors are constantly in my yard for no particular reason whatsoever which I find pretty annoying... Moore schools though..

I give this 4 stars because it is a great place to live. It is clean,quiet, extra wide streets, plenty of shady lots,and a family atmosphere, the management are friendly and helpful. So, why not 5 stars you ask? Well, no pool or community room, and no curbside garbage pickup. The dumpsters are at the end of the street.

Before we moved in, we asked if we could put up a fence for our dogs. We were told yes. About 5 months after our fence was up, they sent a notice that we had to take it down. The next thing we know, I open the back door to let the dogs out and the maintenance guys are back there pulling the fence down. Now driving through the park, several people have still got their fences and a lot look in bad shape and also a new fence was put up down the street. We were told the new owners did not want fences. So we are forced to put up a pen, which is small so the dogs cannot even play outside. So if you have pets, be aware of this. Oh and then the nerve of maintenance asking if they could have our fence panels for his yard!!! WOW!!

Never leave bikes unattended!! has improved over 20yrs.

Quiet family community... Theyve come a long and strive to make this a good place to live. Theyre bringing in new trailers now and theyve even built a kids playground....so excited for the changes

Its quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The office staff is so great and Ashley was very helpful with my move.

Its gone down hill.a lot of gypsy thriving drugs in here.use to be very quiet in the culdasax part.but its scary now

OKC residential also known as Landman and or Cairn Properties is very unprofessional company they charge a arm an leg and dont fix anything! The homes they are renting are full of black mold which they just paint over. Please Please do your research on them before renting from them. If you dont youll regret it.

I have been trying to help THEM complete a repair and promised to call back every time I spoke with her. It’s been 2 months and no call back.Please see the reviews for Tri City Mobile in Newcastle OK. That says it all.

Great neighborhood, good prices. Maintenance does take awhile to come out and fix things.. however they do usually get fixed, so Id have to give it a four.

Management is trying to make this place very nice. But some of the renters dont care how they live.

I moved in 3 months ago and had nothing but resistances trying to get them to kill roaches that was already in the house. They claim that they had someone come and spray before I moved in but they were still here. I had to fight for them to come back and do something about it and they sprayed a can of spray and that only killed a few. I have called them several times and turned in work orders to try and rid myself of these. Up until today they kept telling me that they would come back and did not. Today they ran me out of the office. Refusing to take care of the problem.

We have lived here for a yr in an rv spot. The manager is nice, they dont Harris you about things at all. The park is quiet 90% of the time, no one messes with our stuff.

I live here. Its a fair place to live. I dont like all the kids running around. But they have no other place to go. There are car breakins. And a few house breakins. Lots of roaches for everyone to enjoy. Runs from trailer to trailer.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. It is one of the worst places I have ever lived, and I have lived in many different states and cities. The management is awful. She will purposely ignore your call because she can see whos calling. She leaves the office and park to go do who knows what when the office is supposed to be open. She also brings her child to the office, in the middle of doing business. That is not professional what so ever. Not only that, everything that she said she would do, she has not kept. Its always an excuse with her. The house wasnt even ready before we moved in when they had over a month to get it ready. We werent even told that! The least they could of done was call and tell us so we could either wait till it was ready or go some place else. Should of taken that as a hint to how everything else would be. Everything else after that was awful. Maintenance does half a$$ jobs. For example, keep coming back to fix the same problem. If they knew what they were doing, it should of been fixed the first time around. Another major issue is the people who live in the park are TERRIBLE as well. There are so many kids that run around in the streets like animals, destroying or vandalizing other peoples properties, breaking into houses, and being disrespectful to everyone who lives in the park. One even put gum on our car for no reason. Who does that? Also, not only does management KNOW who keeps breaking into peoples houses, they do not get rid of the family. Weve seen kids throw things at peoples house, pies on them, etc. Its pretty obvious that the owner only cares about money, not happy renters. I can go on and on with so many other issues that this park has but Id be here all day. I suggest not renting from this place, even if you are desperate for a place to live like we were. It is not worth your time, money or effort.

I have lived here going on 9 years! I applaud the management and maintenence for the work they do. Finally in the last few years I have seen a major turn around with this park and them getting the trash out of here that does not belong. The genuinely Care about who they have in here now and wont just rent to anyone off the street. The maintenence came to my home on a Saturday morning here with me being a home owner and fixed a water leak for me on his spare time. The reviews make me sad to see but when you look at most reviews online its the ones that were booted from the community for not paying and or following the rules that have something to say. Again I give this place 5 stars! Way to go management on getting these people out and great homeowners and renters in!

Nice, clean, away from the city, but close access to the highway...A Taste of Country!!!

In the past bad management and low rental type. Area Community.been baught by a new corp. Homes and property are being totally rebuilt .rentals will soon all be rto .income based as they are remodeled. We baught a double wide 8 months ago. Good down payment. Beautiful inside .all problems were taken care of promptly and correctly nice place to live . playground going in Soon. No crime . if you are tired of renting but cant afford to buy check them out . you wont be sorry.
